The composite bridge applied in Korean high speed rail project (한국 고속철도 교량에 있어서의 강합성교 적용사례)

  • 국내 고속철도 강합성 교량이 경부고속철도 8-2공구에서 처음으로 시공완료 되었다. 그동안 수년간에 걸쳐 고속철도 교량시공에도 불구하고 강합성 교량이 적용되지 못했던 것은 설계 기술적인 면과 더불어 재료 적인 면에서 국내여건이 성숙되지 못한 요인이 크다고 보여진다. 본 고에서는 기 설계된 PC BOX교량중 지형여건상 강합성교량이 적합한 교량구간을 제시하였다. 또한 강합성 교량의 설계기술적인면 중 특히 중요한 한국형 TGV차량의 동적 하중의 적용과 그에 따른 구조물 거동의 평가를 1@50 교량에 대한 8-2공구 사례를 통하여 논의하였다. 강합성 단면은 단순 2주형 주형거더(double I beam)이며 플랜지 두께는 최대 80-100mm가 적용되어졌다. 본 단면에 대한 HL차량하중등에 대한 정적해석을 통하여 관심이 되고 있는 플랜지등의 응력 검토결과를 보여주었다. 아울러 정적해석과 동적해석의 결과치를 비교하여 국내 시방서에 제시된 고속철도 HL차량하중에 대한 평가도 이루어졌다.   • 경부고속철도 급전구간을 운행하는 KTX 고속열차는 싸이리스터 위상제어방식을 사용하는 대용량의 집중부하로 고속열차가 운행될 때 차량에서 발생되는 많은 고조파 전류가 철도급전계통으로 유입된다. 이러한 고조파 전류가 한국전력계통으로 유입되면 한전계통의 전압왜형율을 증가시켜 전력품질을 저하시키게 된다. 이에따라 모든 고속철도 변전소에는 고조파 전류 저감을 위한 필터설비가 설치되어 있다. 필터설비 설치에 따라 고속철도 급전계통으로 유입되는 고조파 전류와 전압왜형율 측정결과로 고조파 저감효과를 보인다.

  • In this paper, to assess and enhance the reliability of Korea High Speed Train, auxiliary power is selected and reliability analysis is carried out. The auxiliary power system is classified into subsystems and functional analysis is conducted. Reliability block diagrams are drawn. and reliability parametric analysis is performed. Analysis results show that the reliability of auxiliary power system depends on critical items. To grow the system reliability, activities have been concentrated on improvement of critical items and the results were successful.

  • The HEMU-400X project starts at 2007. It is important first of all that describing correctly system requirement during configuration of system, design, manufacturing, installation and test verification so that the complicated high-speed electric multiple unit is to run safety and reliable and to achieve target performance and function properly. The system requirement assist the system designer to understand the performance and function of system in basic design. For this process, system engineer have to manage the system requirement. This paper proposes the management contents of system requirement such as change management, requirement traceability, etc, for HEMU-400X.

Aerodynamic Noise Characteristics of High-speed Trains by the Beamforming Method (빔형성 기법을 이용한 고속철도차량의 공력소음특성 도출 연구)

  • In this paper, aerodynamic noise characteristics of high-speed trains were deduced from the beamforming method. First, pass-by noise of high-speed trains was measured by a microphone array system. This measurement suggested that the majority of the aerodynamic noise produced came from the bogie area, the pantograph and its cover, and inter-coach gaps. Then, beampower outputs of a position in high-speed trains were obtained from the beamforming method. By Fourier transform, sound characteristics of the position in the frequency domain were deduced from the beamforming power spectrum. From this study, aerodynamic noise characteristics from the major sources of high-speed trains were drawn.

  • In this paper, noise of Korean high-speed trains (KTX) running at different speed from 150 to 300km/h was measured by a microphone array system. From the measurement, relation between maximum sound pressure levels and train moving speeds of KTX was drawn and a regression coefficient from the relation was also derived. Moreover, increases of SPL with speeds of KTX were analyzed in the frequency domain. From the analysis, sound characteristics of passing-by noise of KTX were provided. Then, dominant noise source areas were obtained from the measurements and propagation patterns of KTX in vertical direction were also investigated. Finally, noise sources of KTX were identified from inspection of noise maps.

  • Recently, the speed of high-speed railway has been rapidly increase with the development of high-speed train design and operating technology. This causes a lot of complaints related the environmental noise in residential areas near the high-speed railway. In order to operate the high-speed railway in accordance with the design speed, noise reduction technology should be developed to meet the noise characteristics of high-speed railway. And it is important to develop the prediction technology by grasping the noise radiation characteristics. In order to meet these requirements, in recent years, infra-research for 400 km/h high speed railway has been conducted. Reliable noise prediction and noise reduction techniques have been developed through this study. This paper is concerned with wind pressure safety and noise performance evaluation of the newly developed 400 km/h noise reduction device. The wind pressure safety and The noise performance of the developed device was confirmed by this paper.
