An Analysis of a Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction on the Relationship between Education and Training of Female Managers and Life Satisfaction (여성 관리자의 교육훈련과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과 분석)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the relationships between education and training, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction for female managers and to analyze the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between education and training and life satisfaction. Statistical analysis was conducted on a total of 1,381 female managers using the data from the 6th Korean Women Manager Panel Survey. The results of the study were as follows. First, education and training had a significant positive impact on job satisfaction. Second, education and training had a significant positive impact on life satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction had a significant positive impact on life satisfaction. Fourth, job satisfaction had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between education and training and life satisfaction. Additional research on education, job satisfaction, and life relations of female workers is needed. In order to establish a virtuous cycle of education and training, work, and life for female managers, related government policies and systems need to be improved.

  • The current study examined the relationship between satisfaction with pay and performance. The purpose of this study is not only to analyse the effect of pay satisfaction on job satisfaction and turnover intention, but to verify the moderating effect of LMX in order to provide a useful theoretical and managerial implication. The empirical results reveal that satisfaction of pay positively affects job satisfaction, but has a negative impact on turnover intention. It is also found a moderation effect of LMX between pay satisfaction and performance. The empirical results imply that an effective compensation management should be applied and an enhanced LMX effort has to be made to motivate employee.

A Study of Satisfaction with the children of multi-cultural family through Taekwondo program (태권도 교육 프로그램을 통한 다문화가정 자녀들의 만족도 연구)

  • This study aimed to improve the satisfaction of multi-cultural children by encouraging their participation in healthy exercises, and confirm the level of changes in their school life, the satisfaction with happiness. In order to achieve this purpose, dividing the participants in this program into an experimental group of 20 who participate in taekwondo training program and a comparison group of 20 who do not do sports activity, the study was conducted with a binary mixed design by three repeated measures by group. The conclusions made through these measures were as follows: According to the measurement time between the experimental group who participated in taekwondo training program and the comparison group who did not do sports activity, there were differences in changes in satisfaction of school life, leisure satisfaction, and satisfaction with happiness. Namely, the change in the experimental group was more than that of the comparison group. In conclusion, for multi-cultural children, it can be assessed that as the duration of participation in the taekwondo training program increases, the effect was clear, and it was found that satisfaction of school life, leisure satisfaction, and happiness satisfaction have changed statistically and significantly.

A Study on Competition among Three Game Platforms in aspect of User's Gratification in Multi-channel Era (다매체 시대의 게임 플랫폼 경쟁에 관한 연구: 이용자 만족 요인을 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed the competition among three game platforms, PC, Console and Mobile in aspect of user's gratifications using niche analysis. To do this, four gratification factors, 'transportability and accessibility', 'liveliness and variety', 'availability and economic feasibility', 'relationship', were assessed. To investigate competition level among three game platforms, niche breadth, niche overlap, competitive superiority of four gratification factors were analyzed. The results of niche analysis show that mobile platform appeared as a most competitive platform because it utilized diverse resources for game user gratification and had competitive superiority in 'transportability and accessibility' which appeared as most important factor determining user's gratification. However there was no game platform which had competitive superiority in all four gratification factors.

The Relationships among Infant's Delay Gratification, Delay Strategy, and Parents' Child-rearing Attitude (영아의 만족지연능력과 만족지연전략 및 어머니의 양육방식간의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among delay gratification, delay strategy, and parents' child-rearing attitude. The participants of the study were 62, 18-36 month old infants, who demonstrated individual differences in the level of delay gratification and their mothers. The instruments of the study were infant's delay gratification and delay strategy were assessed by Mischele(1974) and the parents' responded to the parents' child-rearing attitude(Cho et al., 1999). Data were collected by menas of conducting observations on infants in experimental settings and completing questionnaires with mothers. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The delay gratification of infants differed accordingly to their age. Older infants displayed increased time in showing their delay gratification, while younger infants relatively exhibited shortened time. There was no significant difference in infants' sex and the order of the birth. 2. Following the age factor, the distraction strategy in the delay strategy played a significant difference to infants. Older infants required a frequent use of the distraction strategy in comparison to younger infants. 3. The previous two factors - delay gratification and distraction strategy-showed a positive relationship. 4. The delay gratification was significantly influenced by infants' age, parents' attitude, direct facing strategy, and infants' distraction strategy. However, the delay gratification was insignificantly accounted for by infants' sex.

  • The objective of this research is to find out how work process influences employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction to compare hotels and residence hotels in Korea structured equation model. Many previous researches suggested that residence hotels similar hotel because residence hotels service based on the hotel service. As a results, all hypnotists are accepted. Work process positive influence on the employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction positive influence on hotels and residence hotels results as well. this results show that residence hotels service the same as hotel service in Korea. This mean residence hotels are providing stay a long time, expansion of rooms, hallmark and others based on hotel service.

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of elderly sports activities participation motivation on Leisure Satisfaction The participants were from elderly who the daily sports program. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed from Sep. 1 to Oct. 31, 2018 and, after excluding 53 questionnaires that had missed or inappropriate answers thus low reliability, 197 questionnaires were included in effective sample. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 21 and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis were performed. The results, based on them, are as follows: First, Among the motivations for participating in the elderly sports activities, internal motivation influenced psychological satisfaction, educational satisfaction, psychological satisfaction. Second. external motive influenced social satisfaction, resting satisfaction. Third. amotivation influenced psychological satisfaction, educational satisfaction, resting satisfaction, environmental satisfaction.

  • This study is to analyze the Impact of visitor's satisfaction on the operating staff's internal satisfaction of festival. This study purposed to provide the basic data for the marketing and strategic planning for improve of visitor's satisfaction. According to the result of this study, we analyzed that the operating staff's internal satisfaction of festival will affect the visitor's satisfaction including the understanding of local culture, venue's comfort, satisfaction of resting place, convenience of information facilities.

  • 기존의 관계마케팅에 대한 연구에 있어서 소비자 만족과 같은 고객의 평가에 대한 경험적 연구들이 많이 진행되어 왔지만 기업에 대한 소비자들의 관계성이 강하고 약한 다양성을 구분하지 못하고, 대부분의 연구들이 상대적으로 단기적이거나 약한 관계에 대한 실증연구의 결과들을 제시하고 있기 때문에 상대적으로 관계지향성이 높은 고객에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 거래적 교환관계에서부터 관계지향적 교환관계까지의 연속적 고객관계선상에서 비교적 관계지향성이 높은 고객과의 관계구축을 구전의도와 재구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인의 관점에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 먼저 관계마케팅에서 핵심적인 구성요소인 요인별 만족과 전반적 만족 그리고 몰입과 신뢰 개념을 검토하고, 이들 구성요소들간의 관계를 파악한 후, 재구매의도에 대한 몰입과 신뢰의 효과를 검토하였다. 본 연구에서는 기업과 5년이상 장기적인 관계를 유지하고 있는 심야전력고객을 대상으로 하여 실증연구를 실시하였는데, 분석 결과 전반적 만족은 요인별 만족과 구전의도에 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계적 교환관계에 있어서 요인별 만족과 재구매의도는 신뢰와 몰입수준에 의해 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 요인별 만족이 신뢰와 몰입에 미치는 영향도 다르게 나타났는데, 심야요금제도와 서비스맨에 대한 만족이 몰입에 영향을 미치며, 제품요인과 대리점 요인에 대한 만족이 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
