초기설계 및 선박 유체 성능 해석 시스템

  • 본 연구는 CSDP-초기설계 시스템 개발'3' 세부과제로 수행되었으며 선박의 기본 성능 및 사양을 결정하는데 필요한 제반 기본 계산을 수행하고 설계자의 의사결정을 지원하는 대화식 초기 설계 전산 시스템의 개발에 그 목적이 있으며, 크게 개념설계 분야와 선형 설계분야로 나누어 개발 되어왔다.(Fig. 4.1 참조). 이번 4차년도에는, 프로그램을 보다 효율적으로 사용할 수 잇도록 하기 위하여 개년설계 시스템을 구성하는 단위 모듈들을 단독으로 사용 가능하도록 독립성을 유지 함과 동시에, 시스템 차원의 상위 레벨에서 각각의 모듈들을 통합 제어하는 수퍼어플리케이션 개념을 이용한 유연화된 대화형 개념설계 프로그램(BASCON-3)을 개발하였다. 그리고 선박의 주기관 선정과 관련한 경험적 지식을 도출하여 지식베이스를 구성하고, 주기관 데이터베이스 및 저항.추진성능 추정 모듈들과의 통합을 통한 시험형의 주기관 선정 지원 시스템(ME-ASSIST )을 개발하였다. 또한 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(GUI)를 채택한 확장형 선형 정의 및 변환 프 로그램(MBASTRANS)을 개발하였다. 형상 모델러인 ACIS를 도입하여, 조선 분야에의 활용 가 능성을 연구하였고, 조선소에 GUI개발 기술과 시스템 통합 기술을 이전하였다.

  • In pipeline planning, the systematic and reasonal management of topographical and spatial data are needed in order to omprove the availibilities for data analysis and the effective combinations of spatial informations. According to that fact, DBMS (Database Management System) and DSS(Decision making Support System) have to be developed for the planning of water supply system Also, the economic selection for harmonious delivery of water to target area, since the alternatives of pre-designed pipeline are influenced by hydraulic stability and geographic characteristics. In this study, GIS technique for water supply planning and management which stores graphic features and attributes as digital data sets is considered and engineering application programs are integrated for effective planning of water supply system. Decision making support system based on analyzing technical, Social and economical aspects is developed for the extension of water supply facilities and pipeline configurations. Especially, Hydraulic, land-use and economic influences are considered as important factors for the purpose of developing the system. Hydraulic analysis program(SAPID) for pipeline flow which is already developed in Water Resources Research Institute and economic analysis program(ECOVEL) are integrated with GIS for resonable decision making. Every possible aspects in pipeline planning for water supply is reviewed and the applicabilities of developed system into the field are evaluated.

Development of Web-Based VE Supporting System for Effective Workshop (효율적인 VE워크숍을 위한 웹기반 VE지원시스템 개발에 대한 기초연구)

  • Value Engineering methodology was introduced about 30years ago and has significant achievement in Korea. However, many of workshop still focus on cost down process and do not spend enough time on function analysis and expert cooperation. As a result, limited range of creative ideas were produced. To improve effectiveness of VE workshop, this study developed web-based value engineering process and system. And this study applied it to real case study to evaluate effectiveness of proposed system. Developed VE system also provides automated FAST diagram function and decision-making supporting tools. The authors found that this developed web-based VE system can significantly help to save cost and improve performance of VE workshop by using the appropriate VE process, and quick cooperation between experts. In addition, this study shows an example of a VE case study that applies the web-based VE system process, which led to a very innovative and effective way to lead workshop.

Influence of teamwork skill and decision making competency on nursing work performance (간호사의 팀워크스킬과 의사결정역량이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was undertaken to investigate the influence of teamwork skill and decision making competency on nursing work performance. A total of 170 nurses more than one years working experience were recruited from two university hospitals. Data were collected during March, 16 to 25, 2016 using a structured self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Teamwork skill and decision making competency for nursing work performance showed significant positive correlation. The significant predictors of nursing work performance among nurses were total clinical experience (${\beta}=.23$, p<.001), teamwork skill (${\beta}=.61$, p<.001) and decision making competency (${\beta}=.13$, p=.015). These variables explained 66% of the variance in nursing work performance among nurses. The results indicate that nurses' teamwork skill and decision making competency are factors positively influencing on nursing work performance.

Key Factors Affecting a Startup Entrepreneur's Choice of Accelerator (스타트업의 액셀러레이터 선택 시 의사결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • Even though Korea is strengthening the support for startups due to the limitations of growth policies focusing on large companies, the survival rate of startups is very low, so that there should be more efforts to increase the survival rate of startups. As the existing startup support institutions have provided only fragmentary supports to startups, it would be necessary to have the comprehensive support institutions. As an alternative, the accelerator providing the comprehensive support such as spatial support, education, mentoring, networking, seed investment, and connection for follow-up investment to the initial startups was legalized in Korea of 2016, based on the registration system. Currently, within less than two year from then, there have been much interest in it enough to have about 136 registered accelerators. In the United States, the accelerator was introduced more than ten years ago. In Korea, however, it is still in the initial stage, so that the researches or social consensus on the accelerator are not sufficient. Thus, this study aims to suggest the measures for the development of accelerator and the consensus on the decision making for the selection of accelerator of startups, by researching which parts are considered when startups in the accelerator stage select the accelerator. As a result of the empirical analysis, the factor that has the greatest influence on decision making factors when startup chooses an accelerator was the subsequent investment attraction. This can be explained to the accelerator as desired, considering the factor that the startup of the initial stage places the most importance on growth as investment. We hope that these research results will be sustainable in future research related to accelerators, in hopes that it will be useful for establishing accelerator policies for domestic startups and direction for revitalizing related industries.

Introduction of Decision Support System for Design of Low Impact Development Based on SWMM5.1: WMAM (SWMM5.1을 기반으로 한 저영향개발 시설의 설계를 위한 의사결정지원시스템: WMAM)

  • 도시화와 토지이용 변화로 인하여 도시지역의 불투수면적이 증가하고 있으며, 이로 인해 발생하는 홍수, 가뭄, 수질악화 등의 해결은 수자원 계획 및 관리에 있어서 중요한 과제이다. 저영향개발(LID, Low Impact Development) 기법은 물 순환 체계를 복원할 수 있는 대안으로 도시지역에서 물 관리를 통해 하천 복원 및 수자원 관리를 가능하게 해주는 기술로써, EPA SWMM의 업그레이드 버전에서는 저영향개발 기술과 관련된 시설의 설계를 통한 유출 모의가 가능해졌다. 그러나 SWMM 모형 내에서 저영향개발 시설을 설계 및 계획하기 위해서는 저영향시설과 관련된 다양한 매개변수들을 입력해야하며, 효과적인 시설의 설계를 위해서는 반복적인 모의 수행이 동반된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 SWMM 모형을 기반으로 저영향개발 시설의 설계를 위한 의사결정지원시스템인 WMAM(Water Management Analysis Module)을 개발하였다. WMAM은 저영향개발 시설과 관련된 다양한 매개변수 중에서 최종 유출량에 영향을 미치는 매개변수의 추출이 가능하다. 또한, 저영향개발 시설의 설계 및 계획 매개변수에 대한 다양한 시나리오를 생성하고, 짧은 시간에 동시에 모의 분석을 수행하여 수문학적 측면에서 효과적인 시나리오를 도출해준다. 본 연구에서는 WMAM의 효과성을 보여주고자 A대학교를 모델링한 SWMM 모형에 저영향개발 시설 중 하나인 침투트렌치의 (1)계획 전과 (2)계획 후, 그리고 (3)WMAM을 적용하였을 경우의 첨두유량과 침투손실 결과를 비교하였다. 침투트렌치 설치 전의 첨두유량은 약 0.48 CMS로 세가지 경우 중 가장 높은 값을 보였으며, 침투트렌치 설지 후와 WMAM을 활용한 경우의 첨두유량은 점차 낮아졌다. 또한, 침투손실량을 보면 설치전에는 약 0.28 m로 가장 낮았으며, 설치 후 그리고 WMAM을 활용하였을 경우는 점차 그 값이 높아졌다. 본 연구를 통해, WMAM이 저영향개발 시설의 설계 및 계획에 있어서 수문학적으로 효과적인 결과를 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 향후 보완과 추가 개발을 통해 수자원 계획 및 관리에 있어서 유용한 프로그램이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The Analysis of Knowledge Information Research and Development Activities for the Fourth Industrial Revolution: Focusing on the U.S. Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity(IARPA) (4차 산업혁명 시대 대응을 위한 지식정보 연구·개발 활동 분석: 미국 정보고등연구기획국(IARPA)을 중심으로)

  • Leading the fourth industrial revolution era requires science and technology strategies that establish original research directions at the national level. To this end, it is necessary to look at the research and development activities for the fourth industrial revolution of technology-leading countries. In this study, the research programs of the U.S. Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity(IARPA), an organization focusing on cutting edge research on science and technology information such as artificial intelligence, are investigated by using network analysis. The findings show that, resolving around the information identification and forecasting, decision making and cybersecurity clusters, IARPA's research programs largely focus on finding hidden information and predicting specific events, supporting decision making by considering changes in and outside organizations or establishing cybersecurity. Also, this study finds that China and Japan, representative technology-leading Asian countries, refer to the research programs of IARPA to establish their science and technology policies. The results of this study suggest implications for Korea's science and technology policies in response to the fourth industrial revolution era.

액셀러레이터의 스타트업 투자의사결정 영향요인에 관한 연구

  • 스타트업의 자금조달 능력은 초기 스타트업 생존에 가장 직결되는 문제이다. 스타트업은 정부 지원금을 비롯하여 엔젤투자자, 벤처캐피탈 등으로부터 자금을 지원받고 있지만 초기기업 회수시장의 불확실성으로 인해 투자 규모는 작은 편이다. 이에 따라 초기기업에 투자함과 동시에 경영 및 기술 멘토링, 교육, 관리 등을 체계적으로 지원하는 '액셀러레이터'가 최근 창업생태계의 핵심으로 떠오르고 있다. 액셀러레이터는 단순하게 인큐베이팅 시스템을 제공하는 것이 아니다. 초기기업의 팀빌딩부터 성장 과정을 함께하는 '공동 창업자'와 같은 역할을 하면서 이들이 성장해나갈 수 있도록 집중적인 멘토링과 교육 등의 프로그램을 제공한다. 이러한 시스템을 거친 스타트업은 생존 기간이 상대적으로 높고, 벤처캐피탈도 이렇게 성장한 스타트업 투자에 보다 더 적극적으로 참여하는 경향이 있다. 하지만 액셀러레이터 설립의 역사가 오래되지 않아, 관련 연구는 비교적 다양하지 않은 편이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 엔젤투자자, 벤처캐피탈과 다른 액셀러레이터의 특징이 무엇인지 분석하고, 특히 액셀러레이터가 스타트업 투자의사결정시 영향을 미치는 요인에는 어떤 것들이 있는지 렌즈모델을 통해 알아보고자 한다.

Perception about Shared Decision Making of Family Caregivers of Early Dementia Patients: A Qualitative Content Analysis Study (초기 치매환자 가족 돌봄제공자의 공유 의사결정에 대한 인식: 질적 내용분석 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore perception about shared decision making of family caregivers of patients with early dementia (PWED). This study was conducted with a sample of 12 family caregivers (mean age = $71.4{\pm}10.4$) of PWED from three dementia safety centers in Seoul. In-depth interviews were done for each participant about shared decision making and data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Six categories and 17 sub-categories identified for participants' perception about shared decision making: means to facilitate communication with patients with dementia, means to secure autonomy of patients, opportunity to facilitate treatment, cause of increasing family caregivers' burden, cause of worsening relationship with patients, and option for choices depending on priority change. The findings of this study can provide a knowledge basis for health care professionals and policy makers to understand how family caregivers of PWED think about shared decision making. It would be of great value to develop educational programs and practical guidelines about shared decision making for PWED and their family, which may contribute to respecting PWED's self-determination right as well as reducing burden of their family.

  • This paper proposes a novel appoach which can assess the system technical maturity for use in Defense R&D Program reviews. As the weapon systems become more complicated, the success and effectiveness of R&D outcome heavily depend on the application and tailoring of systems engineering process and methods. It is a difficult task to assess the system readiness level(SRL) of the system being developed. A system-focused approach for managing weapon systems development and making effective and efficient decisions during the development lifecycle is critical to ensure the success of the program. The proposed weighted average SRL can facilitate the system technical maturity assessment without expending heavy work load.
