As the effective use and strong protection of an organization's information resources are recognized as a condition for the growth of an organization, they are increasing technological and policy investments in IS(information security). However, information exposure can occur from external invasions such as hacking and incidents related to misuse and abuse by insiders. This study proposes a mechanism that considers the organizational environment and individual characteristics from the viewpoint of promoting employees' IS participation activities. In other words, the study presents the complex effects of organizational environmental factors (ethical leadership, IS collaborative communication) and personal factors (person-organization fit) on organization trust and IS voice behavior. We surveyed office workers who asked for IS-related business activities and tested hypotheses using 422 samples. As a result, ethical leadership influenced organization trust through collaborative communication, and organization trust strengthened IS voice behavior by having an interaction effect with person-organization fit. This study suggests direction for establishing an organizational environment for promoting IS-related activities by office workers, so it provides practical implications for organizations with goals related to internal information exposure control.

In today's era, where internet technology and culture are advancing rapidly, the importance of systematic internet ethics education has been underscored to address the insufficient levels of internet ethics among college students. This research primarily focused on assessing the level of internet ethics among college students, who represent a significant proportion of internet users. The innovative Flip Learning teaching method and the introduction of the Wheeler Model, along with the application of frequency measurement theory, allowed us to explore ways to maximize the effectiveness of the education. It was confirmed that students who received internet ethics education demonstrated improved levels of ethics. This study concluded that significant progress has been made in systematizing and effectively promoting internet ethics education. It also proposed the need for systematic ethics education and provided future directions for improving internet ethics education.

Immoral and unethical cases are reported in newspapers and on TV every day, and the number of serious juvenile problems such as suicide, truanting and extreme egoism has been increasing. Therefore, through our counseling system, we can select some students who are at risk of causing juvenile problems such as delinquency and absenteeism. Moreover we can prevent the students from causing these problems and help the students adapt better to school circumstances.

This paper suggests the education method of information communication ethics by harmful word filtering on web boards as a way to solve the malfunctioning problem occurring in making informations at the step of their positive activities of information offers. The harmful word filtering system for the education of information communication ethics describes the method to construct a harmful word dictionary by extracting harmful words related with improper doing of writing, sexual insult, abusive language and expressions of criticizing others shown in web boards. Decrease by more than 90% in writing with harmful words and inappropriate writing was shown as the result of application of the harmful word filtering system on school home pages.

In recent years, the need of the education for the Internet ethics is emphasized as the number of offenses committed by juveniles is increasing. So many researches on the methodologies about educating the Internet ethics have been being performed But, those are not competent to make young people inspire the sense of ethics in the cyber-space because they get trained by the cramming system of education with a textbook in their schools. In this paper, we developed a web-based learning model and an learning system including various multimedia materials that induce the learners for ethics to study actively. And then we applied our system to school education for the Internet ethics, and verified the effectiveness of our learning model and system.

사이버 공간은 개방성, 익명성, 탈중심성의 특성을 갖는다. 이러한 특성으로 인하여 긍정적인 측면과 부정적 측면이 동시에 나타나고 있다. 청소년들의 사이버 공간에서의 활동은 제공되는 정보를 단순하게 탐색하는 수동적 역할에 그치지 않는다. 청소년들은 자신의 의견을 제시하거나 정보를 제공하는 역할도 동시에 하고 있다. 이 과정에서 스스로 유해한 정보를 생산하거나 게시판에서 타인에게 해를 끼치는 행위가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문은 청소년들의 적극적인 정보제공 활동 시점에 발생하고 있는 정보화 역기능 현상을 해결하는 방안으로 인터넷 게시판에서 유해단어 필터링에 의한 정보윤리 교육 기법을 제안한다. 인터넷 게시판에서 유해단어 필터링 기법은 초 중등학교 홈페이지 게시판에서 나타나는 부적절한 행동과 상대방에 대한 성적 모욕, 욕설의 사용, 상대방 비하 등에 관련된 유해단어를 추출하여 유해단어 사전을 구축하고 필터링하는 방법이다. 필터링 된 결과에 따라 글 쓰는 시점에서 정보윤리 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 이 기법을 학교 홈페이지 게시판에 적용한 결과 그렇지 않은 경우에 비하여 학생들의 글쓰기 자세와 글 내용이 바른 것으로 나타났다.

In this study, we develop a role-playing instruction model based on mind practice. The proposed model can strengthen the information and communication ethics and enhance the will to act which leads to behavioral changes. It is also designed considering methodological and procedural elements of mind education and the steps of role-playing. It has much importance on having students experience mind practice directly and indirectly through role-playing. Firstly, an instruction model for a role-playing is designed based on other researches and case studies. Secondly, it was applied to students to find out the advantages and improvements and modified the earlier version and then, it was applied to 36 sophomores in J university in J city for five weeks. They are majoring in Education and are taking Instructional method and Instructional technology. To prove the effectiveness of the model, it was also applied 5th year 24 students, 6th year 26 students and 10 teachers in an elementary school. The results show that more than 90% students respond positively about how interesting information and communication ethics after participating in a role-playing instruction model based on mind practice.

The evolution of the IT facilitated the social actions of the consumers by supporting social communication of the online users. At the same time it help for the consumer to post malicious comments on the Internet or to spread the unproven news for distorting the public opinion in the SNSs. Although the number of the consumer unethical behaviors and the estimated damage of the innocent companies have been increased, a few studies had investigate on this issue. Based on the Literature on the consumer unethical behaviors and the institution based trust, we had developed the defense strategies against the consumer unethical behaviors. This study would introduce the new perspective that the consumer could always not be innocent. Also, the defense strategy developed in this study could contribute to make the guideline for consumer service manual.

Although education on information technology ethics is increasingly being reinforced in elementary and middle schools, immoral and illegal behaviors online are not showing any sign of decrease. Because cognition- based education fails to lead students' practice on what they learned. Therefore, this study proposes a teaching- learning model integrating cognitive, affective and conative dimensions which had been developed on the elementary students' practice of information technology ethics. We verified the effect of achievement and practice through application this model to the school. To raise reliability we analysed the result of learning such as observation, analysis video data, homepage etc., and interview.

The aim of this paper is to develop a network-based collaborative learning system based on cooperative learning, computer simulation, role playing, and web-based instruction, which is called NetClass. It is an educational system of hybrid-type, and supports three learning modes as a distributed network, a stand-alone system, or a web browser. To accomplish the purpose of this paper, we have studied on the following topics. First, we selected appropriate learning contents among dilemmas on information ethics. Second, a Collaborative Dilemma-solving Learning Model (CDLM) was designed, and this model means systematic procedures that leaners can notice others' feeling and thinking and predict the results of his actions by introducing interactions among learners on computer networks. Third, Collaborative Learning System Model based on standard architecture of an educational system was proposed. Fourth, we developed many components such as network components, database components, and interface components.
