The Regional Mix Types and Models in Place Marketing Strategy : Focusing on Gwangju-Jeonnam Region (장소마케팅 전략의 지역믹스 유형 분석과 시론적 모델 연구 - 광주.전남 지역을 사례로 -)

  • This study aims to establish the regional mix types and models of place marketing strategy. For this purpose, eighty seven cases of place marketing in Gwangju-Jeonnam region during the last two years are reviewed, Twenty seven types of regional mix are abstracted according to space, theme, subject, target, and factor. There are five spatial types(urban mix, zoning mix, zoning urban mix, package urban mix, zoning mix, and space package mix), eight thematic types(culture mix, history mix, tourism mix, industry mix, administration mix, environment mix, transportation mix, and PR mix), five subject types(central government led public mix, local government led public mix, enterprise led private mix, civil society led private mix, and private public partnership mix), four target types(resident mix, tourist mix, enterprise mix, and common mix), and five factor types (organization mix, image mix, point mix, target mix, and channel mix). In the basis of these types, the twenty two primary model of regional mix, and the one hundred twenty six secondary model of regional mix are established.

Ginseng Saponins Enhance Maxi $Ca^{2+}-activated\;K^+$ Currents of the Rabbit Coronary Artery Smooth Muscle Cells

  • Potassium channels play an important role in regulating vascular smooth muscle tone. Four types of $K^+$ channels areknown to be expressed in vascular smooth muscle cells, and maxi $Ca^{2+}-activated\;K^+$ channel $(BK_{Ca})$ is a dominant type of $K^+$ channels in these cells. Because total ginseng saponins and ginsenoside $Rg_3$ cause vasodilation with unclear mechanisms, we hypothesized that total ginseng saponins and ginsenoside $Rg_3$ induce vasodilation via activation of maxi $Ca^{2+}-activated\;K+$ channels. Whole-cell BKe. currents were voltage-dependent with half maximum activation at -14 mV, and the currents were sensitive to nanomolar ChTX and millimolar TEA. External application of total ginseng saponins increased the anlplitude of the whole-cell BKe. current in a concentration-dependent manner. Single-channel analysis indicates that total ginseng saponins caused the channel opening for a longer period of time. Ginsenoside $Rg_3$ increased the amplitude of whole-cell $K_{Ca}$ currents without affecting voltage dependence of the currents and increased single-channel open time. Hence, the results suggest that ginseng saponin-induced vasodilation may be due to activation of $K_{Ca}$.

  • This study explores the possibility of maximizing locality through synergy between local terrestrial broadcasters and cable local channels. To this end, it examines the significance of the concept of locality in the changing environment represented by the 4th Industrial Revolution. It also analyzes the existing situation of broadcasting locality and the terrain of existing studies concerning cable local channels. Based on the reviews, the study searches for the connection points between local terrestrial and cable channels, which are still heterogeneous operators. The difference in the size of broadcast region and the programming time constitutes the optimum condition. As a result of this, the study discusses the issue of appropriateness and feasibility of bundling the local terrestrial and pay-TV channels in the same legal system. By doing so, it reveals the biggest obstacle in institutionalizing the cable channel into the public category is the emotional rejection towards cable TV. In order to overcome this problem, the study suggests to abolish both the current policy guideline characterized as the same service, same regulation principle and the abolition of local business right of cable TV. It also proposes to allow news commentary function of cable local channels and strengthen cable TV's own capabilities.

  • TRS 무선망은 셀룰라 시스템과 동일한 네트워크 교환 기술로서 다수의 기지국으로 배치된 광역의 서비스 시스템에 의해 그 내에서는 어디를 가더라도 교신이 가능하도록 되어 있다. TRS 시스템 설계에서 고려해야 하는 우선사항은 용량에 관한 설계이다. 예상된 가입자로부터 지역별 통화량을 조사와 가입자당 통화량을 조사한 후, 각 세부 구역별 통화량 값을 구한 다음 가용 주파수 대역과 가입자당 수용 가입자의 값으로부터 FA당 통화 용량 및 기지국 유형별 가입자 수용용량을 계산한다. 더불어 통화품질 수준을 고려하는 엔지니어링이 필요하게 된다. 본 논문은 TRS 무선망에서의 용량설계 연구내용의 일부로, 최종적인 채널용량을 산정함으로써 최종적 목표인 기지국 수/유형/용량을 결정하는 것을 목표로 한다.

웹 저장공간 임대서비스의 사용자 만족 결정요인 연구

  • 인터넷과 정보기술의 발전은 디지털 자료에 대한 저장방식에 변화를 가져왔으며 이것은 인터넷 웹 저장공간 임대서비스라는 새로운 비즈니스 유형을 창출시켰다. 사이버 저장 공간 및 자료를 상호 공유 할 수 있는 점과 고가의 저장 매체를 소유할 필요가 없다는 장점으로 웹 저장공간 임대서비스 서비스의 수요가 급증하고 있으며, 이러한 서비스에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 웹 저장공간 임대서비스가 사용자에게 정보 저장 공간을 대여해주는 서비스라는 개념하에, 사용자 만족을 이끌 수 있는 웹 저장공간 임대서비스 특성에 대해 실증연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 결과는 사용자의 만족에 영향을 미치는 웹 저장공간 임대서비스의 서비스 품질은 유형성과 신뢰성, 대응성 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 웹 저장공간 임대서비스를 제공하는 기업은 서비스에 대한 시각적인 디자인과 사이트의 기술수준을 높이고, 사이트 구조에 대해 사용자 측면에서 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 구성하여야 할 필요가 있다. 또한 사용자가 신뢰할 수 있도록 개인 정보 및 공유 자료의 보안성 및 보유정보의 체계화에 비중을 두어야 한다. 마지막으로 사용자들의 요구사항에 즉각 대응할 수 있도록 정보전달 채널을 강화할 필요가 있음을 지적하였다.

  • This study deals with an important but ignored topic in previous IS research, so called trustee issue. The purpose of this study is to compare the influencing strengths of trust types on the customers' intention to adopt IT services. The research results showed that the influences of the customers' self-trust and the trust in mobile channel on the customers' intention to adopt mobile banking are statistically significant. However, unlike the results of previous research, it was revealed that the customers' trust in vendors is statistically insignificant in mobile banking services.

  • The study investigated how did Credu pioneer Korean e-Learning market and reinforce their core competencies and how did they promote business diversification analyzing type of learning motives and examining Credu real cases. Under the fierce competition in the current e-Learning market, Credu has maintained their core competencies and strengthened an active communication channels with customers with focusing on investment to core businesses. Credu has introduced more adventurous and challenging products and services with creating a new model for the types of learning motives. This study could introduce the new perspective about the type of learning motives in e-Learning area. Also, the case study of successful e-Learning company, Credu, could contribute to make more spread e-Learning market techniques in this field in practice.

  • We perform an analysis of the characteristics of the time-reversal pulse in Rayleigh or Ricean fading channel environments. We verify it by using Monte Carlo simulation. In a time-reversal system, each antenna in the time-reversal array receives signals from the transmitter and reverse the received signal in the time axis and then resend it to the original transmitter. We assume that the channel characteristics varies very slowly and the spatial separation between the antennas is not large. Hence the signals received by each antenna are correlated. In this paper, the effect of the correlation on the time-reversed pulse is examined, which includes the spatial properties of the time-reversal pulse such as the focus size, and spatial power distribution.

  • This study explores diffusion of information on Covid-19 relating to China on You Tube. For this, information on Covid-19 relating to China was divided into factual information and disinformation, with factual information being categorized into positive and negative information. According to network analysis, there are lots of negative information and disinformation. On the contrary positive information is rare. There are lots of videos about rumor on the leak of Wuhan institute among disinformation. Rumor on the manipulation of genes has the highest average value of view count and betweenness centrality. Main stream youtube channel has only role of messenger which delivers messages as it is instead of fact-checking on disinformation. The fact which there are much more negative information or disinformation among videos about Covid-19 relating with China shows that Youtube users skewed toward negative information and disinformation than positive ones. In summary, disinformation on youtube brings spreadable effect by making user watch similar contents.
