청각장애 아동의 청각통합 능력과 언어능력과의 상관관계 연구

  • 연구목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 청각장애 아동들이 실제적으로 소리를 듣는 능력과 말소리를 이해하고 표현하는 언어 능력과 어떠한 관계가 있는가에 대해서 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 일반적으로 청각통합 능력은 청각장애 아동의 듣기 능력을 측정할 수 있는 대표적인 검사도구이며, MCDI-K는 부모가 언어능력을 평가할 수 있는 도구이다. 이 두 가지 모두 부모가 평가할 수 있는 도구이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 청각통합 능력, 언어이해능력, 언어표현능력이 연령과 교육받은 시기와 어떠한 관계가 있는 가 알아보기 위해서 실시하였다.   • DoD makes efforts to develop Capability-Based Force Structure through NCW and requirements. MND makes efforts to develop capability based force development and management for dynamic security environment and wartime command and control, however it seems to be very difficult to develop Capability-Based Force Structure without the concept and development method of integrated capability. The purpose of this paper is to make "An Integrated Capability Framework of Capability Based Force Structure" which presents integral capability of Enterprise. This framework contains the concept of force operation and force development view based on defense force life cycle.

  • Objective : The purpose of the study was to investigate The effects of the sensory integration intervention focused on combined both individual therapy and group therapy for sensory integration ability and occupational performance abilities in children with somatodyspraxia. Methods : Once in a total of 12 weeks, baseline period of four sessions and twenty-four session intervention period, research process had combined individual therapy and group therapy for sensory integration therapy. The Design is ABA design of single-subject research design. For a comparison of each-side of the operation performance change in therapy for children, through the assessment Baseline at four sessions and reassessment at two sessions after intervention, the Occupational performance ability change was measured. During intervention period, Process changed the Sensory Integration ability was measured through the Goal Attainment Scale (GAS). Results : The Sensory Integration Ability combined Individual therapy and Group therapy have effect about improvement of the Sensory Integration ability and the Occupational performance ability for children with Somatodyspraxia. Conclusion : Henceforth, subject will undergo systematized experimental design, and when dependent variable such as Sensory Integration ability and the Occupational performance was measured, effect-measuring study needs through using reliable tools.

The Effect of Sensory Integration Intervention Program on Body-scheme and Praxis Ability in Children With Developmental Disability (감각통합치료프로그램이 발달장애아의 신체도식과 실행능력에 미치는 영향)

  • Objective : Purpose of this study is to study how Sensory Integration (SI) Intervention Program affect body-scheme and praxis ability of children with Developmental Disability (DD). Method : The SI intervention was programmed based on the theory of SI by Jean Ayres. Thirty children with DD underwent the SI program for six weeks. The effect of the SI intervention was evaluated in terms of body-scheme and praxis ability. Assessments used in this study are One-Point Imitation Test (OPIT) and 6 Body Puzzle Test (6BPT) for body-scheme; Praxis Test Sheet (PTS) for linguistic order, oral motor control, sequential praxis and Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests (SIPT) for postural praxis. Data of this study was analyzed by the paired t-test to compare before- and after the SI intervention. Results : Results of this study are (1) in the OPIT, there is significant difference on body-scheme ability (p<0.01); (2) in the PTS, there is significant difference on all three items (p<0.01); and (3) in the SIPT, there is significant difference on sensory integration and praxis function. Conclusions : From the results, it is concluded that sensory integration intervention is effective on body-scheme and praxis functions for children with developmental disability.

Ability, Heterogeneity, and Parental Choices on Human Capital (이질적 학습능력과 인적자본에 대한 부모의 교육투자 선택)

  • This paper shows that when children's ability is heterogeneous, a parent's choices about educational expenditures and fertility follow a pooling equilibrium or a separating equilibrium. Which of the two equilibria will prevail depends on the probability of getting a high-ability child as well as productivity differentials in producing children's adult human capital. Adopting the model of Acemoglu's (1999), this paper presents that the outcome of the pooling choice in the pooling regime and the outcome of the separating choice in the separating regime make the growth rate of human capital higher than otherwise. In addition, as the probability of a high-ability child increases, the growth rate of human capital in the separating equilibrium exceeds that in the pooling equilibrium.

  • The objectives of this study are to investigate core learning ability necessary for the 21st century and to develop core human resources required for social and national development in the future. The '21st Century Learning Ability Project' is to approach the existing knowledge and learning multidisciplinary and interactively based on the learning ability of each learner and individually and socially valuable themes. Even in Korea, a variety of intersubject integrative educational curriculum was attempted to cultivate learning ability. However, there are not enough teachers who can teach the differences between the content and characteristics for each subject by fully understanding them. Thus, it is difficult to apply them easily to the field of education. Thus, this study develops the multidisciplinary customized educational curriculum in order to develop the learning ability necessary for the 21st century, analyzes the reality of the educational curriculum integrating the academic knowledge in order to support this effectively. As a result, this study offers the interdisciplinary customized integrated model applicable to elementary and middle schools.

  • Patients with schizophrenia have thinking disorders such as delusion or hallucination, because they have a deficit in the ability which to systematize and integrate information. therefore, they cannot integrate or systematize visual, auditory and tactile stimuli. In this study, we suggest a virtual reality system for the assessment of cognitive ability of schizophrenia patients, based on the brain multimodal integration model. The virtual reality system provides multimodal stimuli, such as visual and auditory stimuli, to the patient, and can evaluate the patient's multimodal integration and working memory integration abilities by making the patient interpret and react to multimodal stimuli, which must be remembered for a given period of time. the clinical study showed that the virtual reality program developed is comparable to those of the WCST and the SPM.

  • Objective : This study was to investigate effects of sensory integration intervention with oral activity on breathing and oral diadochokinetic movement of child with developmental disability. Methods : A subject of this study was 6years and 7month old boy, living in G city which was diagnosed as developmental disability. The study performed from November, 2012 to February, 2013. Research design used in this study is AB design for single-subject research. The experimental period was divided into two phase: 3 sessions for baseline phase (A), 16 sessions for treatment phase (B). There was sensory integration therapy on the baseline phase, and sensory integration intervention with oral activity was conducted on the treatment phase. Breathing measured a Spirometer, oral diadochokinetic movement was measured by measuring the time secondly when repeating "phathakha" ten times. Results : In comparison with the baseline phase, the child's breathing and diadochokinetic movement increased during the treatment phase. Conclusion : Sensory integration intervention with oral activity brought positive results to child's breathing and oral diadochokinetic movement.

  • The aim of this study was to identify influence that integrated PNF(IPNF) on sprinter and skater pattern exercise had an effect on static and dynamic balance in chronic low back pain elderly adult. The subjects of this study were 34 and they were divided into two groups: IPNF exercise group(n=17), swiss ball exercise group(n=17). They were measured static balance ability using Good Balance System (GBS) and dynamic balance ability using functional reaching test(FRT) and timed up and go (TUG) during pre and post exercise. The results of this study were significant differences in groups about pre and post static and dynamic balance tests the greater part(p<.05). There were significant differences in groups according to exercises(p<.05). The above results from this study indicated that integrated patterns of PNF have improved the static and dynamic balance ability. This study will be enough to provide the basic raw material using a integrated PNF.

  • 최근 하드웨어와 컴퓨터 기술의 발전으로 인하여 전기통신망에서의 전송/교환 및 서비스 능력은 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 전송 및 교환기술에서 분명하게 나타나고 있다. 이러한 정보전달능력의 증가와 더불어 늘어나는 고객의 요구, 그리고 가속화되는 통신시장의 경쟁 등의 환경변화는 다양한 형태의 서비스를 단기간에 생성, 제공할 수 있으며 필요한 경우 최소한의 노력으로 기능의 추가 및 변경이 가능한 형태의 망관리 시스팀을 필요로 하게 되었다.이 경우 망관리 시스팀은 망 자원 관리기능 및 망 서비스 기능을 통합적으로 지원하는 형태를 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 위의 특성을 지닌 B-ISDN 통합 망관리 시스팀의 구조 및 기능에 관하여 기술한다. 먼저 목표 통합 망관리 시스팀의 구조를 명시하고 목표 시스팀으로의 진화를 지원하는 초기 단계 B-ISDN 관리 시스팀의 기능적 능력과 구조를 기술한다. 또한 이러한 구조에 근거한 ATM-Highway I의 구조를 설명한다. ATM-Highway I의 구조와 기능은 제안된 초기 망관리 시스팀구조에 근거하고 있으며, 목표 통합망관리 시스팀으로의 진화가 쉽게 이루어지도록 설계되어 있다.
