People who live in the Republic of Korea the world's leading information technology, all use a smartphone. When all the people calling 112 to report an emergency many use smartphone. Accordingly, this paper is not to be put on the emergency police report arguing for a second location backtrack through the 112 complainant to report a smartphone and not wasted also Identifying a false declaration to become beneficial to all citizens.

In this research, The Police Order No. 2013-1, which is 'Electronic Security 112 Report Standards,' was analyzed and the relevant policy tasks were presented. The policy tasks to achieve the purpose of the selective report system are as follows. First, in order to construct the statistics base, the establishment of the terms related to false alarm and false call, emergency button, and sensing signal and the development of the appropriate term to replace the electronic security guard are needed. Second, the electronic security companies should build the response system to abide by the 112 report standards of the police order. Third, the police should reexamine the establishment of the emergency report objects of the selective report system. Fourth, the reinforcement of the administrative regulation and supervision to enforce the police order strictly is required.

We investigate the effect of polarization-mode dispersion (PMD) on the optimum dispersion compensation (ODC) monitoring and nonlinear penalty in optical transmission systems. We report that PMD may reduce the fiber nonlinearity. We also report that the monitoring error of the clock-based ODC monitoring technique decreases after the first-order PMD compensation. A simple explanation of this phenomenon is shown.

A discussion on false alarm is a series of problems about a waste of police resources. The the false alarm primarily increase machine the cost of security firm but ultimately increase the costs of national and social management. Verified Report System has been in operation since July 1, 2013, We could analyze the actual operation of 112 report on false alarm rate was 82.4% before this system launched, but after implementation of the Verified Report System, this rate level downs below 69.7% records. So 12.7% is declined at the rate of false alarm. However, the actual alarm rate of Electronic Security itself is just only 0.3 % in the total number of cases responding in contrast to Police is considerable. It is more urgent to evolve the Verified Report System, so penalty system against the false alarm, Police registration system of sensors, and strengthening of the task of the company for installation and management of detection equipment are urgently needed.

Clear cell sarcoma (CCS), also called malignant melanoma of soft parts, is a rare malignant soft tissue tumor and is often associated with tendons or aponeuroses. Most of CCS involve extremities, especially lower extremities, but a tumor occurring in the trunk is rare. We report an extremely rare case of CCS originated in the upper thoracic back muscle. To our knowledge, this case is the second report of CCS of the back muscle.

Idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM) is known for its association with malignant diseases. Moreover, various solid organ malignancies, such as ovarian, breast, lung, esophageal, stomach, and colorectal cancers, have been reported to occur with IIM. Furthermore, its relationship with hematologic malignancies, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma, myeloma, and leukemia, has been reported. However, to date, IIM related to pancreatic cancer has scarcely been reported, particularly in patients with polymyositis (PM). Therefore, here we report a case of PM developed immediately after the diagnosis of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.

In the present report, a p[ossibility of the interaction fo Ser-33 and Asp-112 residues in folding of tryptophan synthase $\alpha$ subunit was explored by examining the effect of single or double substitution of these residues on folding of $\alpha$ subunit in E. coli. $\alpha$ subunit of which Ser-33 was substituted with Leu (SL33) was accumulated as insoluble aggregate form, when overproduced in E. coli, whereas $\alpha$ subunit of which Asp-112 was replaced by Asn (DN112) or Gly (DG112) was accumulated as soluble form to the similar extent as wild type $\alpha$ subunit was. When these alterations were combined into one protein, the synergistic effect of residues 33 and 112 on the amount of aggregate form was shown. The amount of doubly altered SL33/DG112 $\alpha$ subunit as aggregate form was increased 5-13 fold that of SL33 $\alpha$ subunit, and the amount of SL33/DG112 $\alpha$ subunit as aggregate form was decreased 3-4 fold that of SL33 $\alpha$ subunit. Aggregates are derived from the specific association of partially folded or unassembled subunits in the folding process. Therefore, this result suggests that residues 33 and 112 of $\alpha$ subunit may unteract during the folding of this enzyme in E. coli.
