An APT attack is a new hacking technique that continuously attacks specific targets and is called an APT attack in which a hacker exploits various security threats to continually attack a company or organization's network. Protect employees in a specific organization and access their internal servers or databases until they acquire significant assets of the company or organization, such as personal information leaks or critical data breaches. Also, APT attacks are not attacked at once, and it is difficult to detect hacking over the years. This white paper examines ongoing APT attacks and identifies, educates, and proposes measures to build a security management system, from the executives of each organization to the general staff. It also provides security updates and up-to-date antivirus software to prevent malicious code from infiltrating your company or organization, which can exploit vulnerabilities in your organization that could infect malicious code. And provides an environment to respond to APT attacks.

The Purpose of this study was to obtain data about management of the landscape plants and facility in APT. complex. Because of be completed 2 years ago, landscape plants ware damaged by transplantation and lost the nature tree shape. As well, the management conditions of plants and facility were wholly bad. In details, tree-species consisted of 52 species arbors and 35 species shrubs in APT. complex. The high rank 5 species were planted as main plants. The rates were 45.6-62.8% in arbors and 81.8-97.0% in shrubs. In the degree of tree shape and damage by diseuse and pest, the bad level of 1-2points were ranked highly as 13.9% and 10.4%. In the degree of tree shape and damage by disease and pest, the bad level of 1-2points were showed as 5.1% and 4.7%. In the interview Survey, the main problems of management-maintenance were expressed deficiency of budget, specialist and concern of residents. In the future, methods for the intensive management of APT. complex; First, the management of landscape plants and facility should be attained by a expert and need to establishment of maintenance scheme thoroughly. Above all, for improvement of residential life, we should be lead to convert of a resident recognition in the management -maintenance of exterior space.

Advanced Persistent Threat (APT), aims a specific business or political targets, is rapidly growing due to fast technological advancement in hacking, malicious code, and social engineering techniques. One of the most important characteristics of APT is persistence. Attackers constantly collect information by remaining inside of the targets. Enterprise Security Management (EMS) system can misidentify APT as normal pattern of an access or an entry of a normal user as an attack. In order to analyze this misidentification, a new system development and a research are required. This study suggests the way of forecasting APT and the effective countermeasures against APT attacks by categorizing misidentified data in data-mining through threshold ratings. This proposed technique can improve the detection of future APT attacks by categorizing the data of long-term attack attempts.

The Purpose of this study was to establish the belter residential environment in Apt. complex. In this study, the management consciousness of exterior space and the degree of satisfaction were investigated and analyzed on the GI-SAN Apt. complex in Taegu city. The data were obtained through the questionnaire survey about the exterior space of Apt. complex and analyzed by the SPSS/PC. The results of this analysis are as follow; The result of the image analysis were the cleanness factor and the arrangement factor, which have great influenced in residents image of exterior space. The dissatisfaction source of the management conditions were owing to the lake of management techniques and the discord of residents. The subject of management in the residents consciousness was the management office. In additionally, the management form by the residents were highly showed the cleaning and weeding. The main issues of their dissatisfaction about the exterior space was the lake of size, quantity of plants and rest space. The place of the most demand on management was investigated the children playground which was regarded to be the most damaged.

As of June 2014, the rate of mobile internet users aged 6 and over is estimated at 98.3% (up by 2.8%p from the previous year). The vast majority of the teens (99.7%), the 20s (99.8%), the 30s (99.8%), and the 40s (98.1%) answer they use the smart phone. The existing notice methods have utilized noticeboard in the apartment. It is difficult to support real-time notice. The App has a merit to be accessed in anywhere, so that it is quite suitable for services requiring real-time support. This paper describes a development of apartmenrt notice and decision-making service using smart phone. We study previous researches about apartmenrt notice Apps. Then, we described the notice flow diagram and decision-making flow diagram. Apt admin sends the important notice message to residents using apt notice app in real-time. Apt admin writes the decision item in the admin web site. It pushes decision item to residents using apt notice app in real-time. The residents vote and send it to Apt admin. Apt admin counts the votes and send the collect the vote result to to residents.

The aim of this study was to analyze the apartment management expenses in the district of Pusan. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Haeundae Gu DB apartment showed the highest APT management expenses. 2. Kumjung Gu KSJK APT showed the Lowest management expenses. 3. The number of household and the period of construction didn’t have significant influences on the management expenses. 4. The method of heating system and the method of management had significant influences over the management expenses.

Typical security solutions such as intrusion detection system are not suitable for detecting advanced persistent attack(APT), because they cannot draw the big picture from trivial events of security solutions. Researches on techniques for detecting multiple stage attacks by analyzing the correlations between security events or alerts are being actively conducted in academic field. However, these studies still use events from existing security system, and there is insufficient research on the structure of the entire security system suitable for advanced persistent attacks. In this paper, we propose an attack path and intention recognition system suitable for multiple stage attacks like advanced persistent attack detection. The proposed system defines the trace format and overall structure of the system that detects APT attacks based on the correlation and behavior analysis, and is designed with a structure of detection system using deep learning and big data technology, etc.

APT attack aimed at the interruption of information and communication facilities and important information leakage of companies. it performs an attack using zero-day vulnerabilities, social engineering base on collected information, such as IT infra, business environment, information of employee, for a long period of time. Fragmentary response to cyber threats such as malware signature detection methods can not respond to sophisticated cyber-attacks, such as APT attacks. In this paper, we propose a cyber intrusion detection model for countermeasure of APT attack by utilizing heterogeneous system log into big-data. And it also utilizes that merging pattern-based detection methods and abnormality detection method.

To determine the problems with the apartment management system in Korea and to make recommendations for its development, a review and content analysis of the 2010 and 2011 editorials of two newspapers, The APT News and The Korea Apartment News, was conducted. Apartment management is divided into four areas: maintenance management, operations management, community management, and synthetic management. More than 50 percent of the editorials were concerned with the problems of operations management. There were two management subjects: the apartment manager and the apartment management company. Interest in the apartment management system varied between apartment managers and apartment management companies, so more positive policies and more interest are needed for apartment management.

아시아$\cdot$태평양 지역에서의 전기통신 분야에 대한 표준화의 인식 제고와 표준화를 통한 국제경쟁력 강화를 위해, 최근 동 지역에서는 지역 표준화기구 설립 문제등을 포함한 표준화활동 강화가 주요 이슈로 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 제21차 APT Management Committee(관리이사회) 회의결과를 바탕으로 그 동안 논의되어 왔던 지역 표준화기구 설립에 대한 주요 사항을 분석하였으며, 아울러 국내의 향후 대응방향도 간략히 살펴보았다.
