  • For the internet is spreading out, a trade method and a trade process are chaning. Especially, with the development of an internet, a international trade can be madevia internet and other trade related with businesses can be achived electronically. The electronic trade is expected to dominate the gloval trade. Therefore, a trader needs to study this new method of trade intransaction with German. This paper focuses on the electronic transaction system in German. They participate in the foreign trade which is based on The AuBenwirtschaftsgesetz(AWG) and AuBenwirtschaftsve- rordnung(AWV). Customs are managed by the processing of two methods, The one is a export custom processing, the other is a outward custom processing. This paper also focuses on the law for a electronic trade in German. There are a varity of Law related with a electronic trade in German. For example, there are Das Information und Kommunikationsdienste Gesetz, Teledienstegesetz, Entwurf eines Gesetzes zum Schutz von Zuganskontrolldienste, Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz, Signaturgesetz, Das Strafgessetzbuch, Das Gesetz ber Ordnungswidrigkeit, Das Gesetz ber die Verbreightung jugendgef hrdender Schrifen und Medieninhalt, Entwurf eines Gesetes zur Anpassung der Formvorschrifen des Privatrechts und anderer Vorschrifen aqn den modernnen Rechtsgesch ftsverkehr, Gesetzes zur Modernisieerung des Schuldrechts. • PURPOSE. This study aimed to investigate the potential clinical application of digitized silicone rubber impressions by comparing the accuracy of zirconia 3-unit fixed partial dentures (FPDs) fabricated from 2 types of data (working model and impression) obtained from a laser scanner. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Ten working models and impressions were prepared with epoxy resin and vinyl polysiloxane, respectively. Based on the data obtained from the laser scanner (D-700; 3Shape A/S, Copenhagen, Denmark), a total of 20 zirconia frameworks were prepared using a dental CAD/CAM system (DentalDesigner; 3shape A/S, Copenhagen, Denmark / Ener-mill, Dentaim, Seoul, Korea). The silicone replicas were sectioned into four pieces to evaluate the framework fit. The replicas were imaged using a digital microscope, and the fit of the reference points (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, and P7) were measured using the program in the device. Measured discrepancies were divided into 5 categories of gaps (MG, CG, AWG, AOTG, OG). Data were analyzed with Student's t-test ($\alpha$=0.05), repeated measures ANOVA and two-way ANOVA (${\alpha}=0.05$). RESULTS. The mean gap of the zirconia framework prepared from the working models presented a narrower discrepancy than the frameworks fabricated from the impression bodies. The mean of the total gap in premolars (P=.003) and molars (P=.002) exhibited a statistical difference between two groups. CONCLUSION. The mean gap dimensions of each category showed statistically significant difference. Nonetheless, the digitized impression bodies obtained with a laser scanner were applicable to clinical settings, considering the clinically acceptable marginal fit ($120{\mu}m$).

  • This paper considers the multi-objective optimization of a multi-service arrayed waveguide grating-based single-hop WDM network with the two conflicting objectives of maximizing throughput while minimizing delay. This paper presents a genetic algorithm based methodology for finding the optimal throughput-delay tradeoff curve, the so-called Pareto-optimal frontier. Genetic algorithm based methodology provides the network architecture parameters and the Medium Access Control protocol parameters that achieve the Pareto-optima in a computationally efficient manner. The numerical results obtained with this methodology provide the Pareto-optimal network planning and operation solution for a wide range of traffic scenarios. The presented methodology is applicable to other networks with a similar throughput-delay tradeoff.

  • In this paper, we propose a electrical/mechanical method to effectively diagnose the local deterioration of a 10m long power shielded twist pair cable defined by the American Wire Gauge (AWG) 14 specification using electrical/mechanical methods. The rapid deterioration of the cable proceeded by using the heating furnace, which is based on the Arrhenius equations proceeds from 0 to 35 years with the deteriorated equivalent model. In this paper, we introduce a method to diagnose the characteristics of locally deteriorated cable by using $S_{21}$ phase and frequency change rate measured by vector network analyzer which is the electrical diagnostic method. The measured $S_{21}$ phase and rate of change of frequency show a constant correlation with the number of years of locally deteriorated cable, thus it can be useful for diagnosing deteriorated cables. The change of modulus due to deterioration was measured by a modulus measuring device, which is defined by the ratio of deformation from the force externally applied to the cable, and the rate of modulus change also shows a constant correlation with the number of years of locally deteriorated cable. Finally, By combining the advantages of electrical/mechanical diagnostic methods, we can efficiently diagnose the local deterioration in the power shielded cable.

  • Annex I parties continued its consideration of how to address, the definitions, modalities, rules and guidelines for the treatment of Land Use, Land-use Change and Forestry (LULUCF) in the second commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol by the year of 2009. In the AWG-KP conference held in Accra, Ghana in 2008, four alternatives (gross-net carbon accounting, net-net with base year or base period accounting, net-net with forward looking baseline accounting, and land-based accounting method) for negotiations were decided in order to revise gross-net accounting method applied during the first commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol. In this study, alternative scenarios are set in consideration with reporting system (voluntary or compulsory), discount factors and cap about these three alternatives except for the method of net-net with forward looking baseline accounting, and then estimates the Removal Unit (RMU) among the countries. In the case that article 3.4 activities under the Kyoto Protocol revises from voluntary reporting to mandatory reporting, it is estimated that the loss of RMU would be huge in Russia, Australia, New Zealand, as well as Canada potentially. Net-net with base year or base period carbon accounting and land-based carbon accounting method have big difference of RMU in accordance with the base year or the base period. So the more unfavorable the country with a lot of old-age forests was, the closer the base year or period comes to the commitment period in the context of RMU. If it is getting lowered for the current rate of 85% in discount factors, RMU is getting higher to the whole countries. Therefore in Korea with little potential for afforestation and reforestation, there was the most sensitive response to the change of discount factors. Post-2012 LULUCF hereafter, it is strongly expected for the succession of current carbon accounting system which is voluntary reporting of gross-net carbon accounting and the activity for article 3.4. Other carbon accounting method is hard to accept in aspect that there is big differentiated interests among the countries and it is required enormous cost and time to develop reliable method. Provide for Post-2012 mandatory greenhouse gas reduction, Korea needs to have a competitive negotiation strategies differentiated from Annex I countries. The most reliable alternative would be to lower the discounting factors about the activities for forest management.

  • Reflective semiconductor optical amplifiers(R-SOAs) were designed with high gain, wide optical bandwidth, high thermal reliability and wide modulation bandwidth in TO-can package for the transmitter of wavelength division multiplexed-passive optical network(WDM-PON) application. Double trench structure and current block layer were introduced in designing the active layer of R-SOA to enable high speed modulation. The injection power requirement and the viable temperature range of WDM-PON system are experimentally analysed in based on Amplified Spontaneous Emission(ASE)-injected R-SOAs. The effect of the different injection spectrum in the gain-saturated R-SOA was experimentally characterized based on the measurements of excessive intensity noise, Q factor, and BER. The proposed spectral pre-composition method reduces the bandwidth of injection source below the AWG bandwidth and thereby avoids spectrum distortion impeding the intensity noise reduction originated from the amplitude squeezing.
