The purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting user acceptance of mobile banking. To test the hypotheses, this research incorporates trust to extend the model. This study investigates the causal relationship among four factors; perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and intention to use in mobile banking. This study also identifies the elements by which these factors are influenced. The result finds that facilitation condition and self-efficacy are significant elements affecting perceived ease of use. System quality, perceived ease of use and trust are significant elements affecting perceived usefulness, However, social influence is found to be not significant. System quality and perceived ease of use are significant elements affecting trust. Conclusively, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust are significant factors affecting the user acceptance in Mobile banking.

In the case of incumbent training, unlike training for the unemployed, it is difficult to show the results of training. In this study, factors affecting the performance of vocational competency development training were selected and the main factors were derived. Data were collected through Focus Group Interview(FGI), and regression analysis was performed through factor analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, empathy, training participation type, reliability, working experience, and training operation type were derived as factors affecting job satisfaction. did. Confidence and training participation patterns were derived as factors affecting training satisfaction, and the results showed that the larger the variable, the more positive it was. Therefore, as factors affecting the vocational competency development training performance, there are empathy, training participation type, reliability, work experience, training operation type, certainty, and training participation type. It was confirmed that the results had an effect.

Constructing high buildings is a global trend, and skyscrapers for residing are also increasing. But a period of works for finish construction is different depending on a company while a period of works for frame construction of skyscrapers for residing in the country is regular when considering a difference of a method of construction, and the increase of repeated construction for high buildings and number of related process for finish construction are stressing the importance of improving productivity through construction management and plan for works. Because there are many compositive factors affecting productivity other than technical factors, we should intensively study the way of improvement and prevention preferentially through analyzing factors affecting productivity. So in this study, we present important management factors for making systematic strategy and plan for improvement of productivity by finding factors affecting productivity depending on the degree of importance unifying factors affecting productivity of plan factor(internal factor of construction process) and management factor(outer factor of construction process).

Several studies have investigated the success of ASP(Application Service Provider) from various perspectives. This study, thus, investigated factors affecting ASP effectiveness in various literature relevant ASP and outsourcing. By applying the basic ideas of the IS success model, this study proposes a research model of the factors affecting the success of ASP, in term of internal factors(Top Management Involvement, User Participation, IS Maturity) and external factors(Transaction Reliability, Service Reliability, System Trust Security). The proposed model is expected to help both researchers and practitioners extend their understanding of the success factors of the ASP effectiveness.

This study examines whether unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) operated in the context of UAS traffic management (UTM) can be properly operated in its flight environment. In detail, this study examines the influencing navigation factors affecting UASs during flight and examines factors affecting the navigation of UASs under UTM. After deriving various factors affecting navigation, their importance are determined by applying the analytic hierarchy process technique, and the important influencing factors are examined. For low-altitude UAS navigation, errors are classified into navigation-system and flight-technical errors, and a hierarchy is constructed for their sub-factors affecting the influencers. Through this, influencing factors for precise navigation of low-altitude UAS are analyzed, and high importance items are identified.

Purpose: Because it is important to prevent adolescents from becoming involved in smoking, this study was done to explore important factors influencing cigarette use and the increase in smoking frequency. Method: For this study the Korea Youth Panel Survey (KYPS) was analyzed. Because the KYPS is longitudinal, a fixed effect regression method was used to control for the effects of time-independent factors. More specifically, a logistic regression was used to explore factors affecting cigarette use, and a Poisson regression was used to explore smoking frequency. Result: As the adolescents got older, the number of male adolescents who tried smoking increased, while the number of female adolescents who tried smoking decreased. Also, the frequency of cigarette use among male and female smokers increased over time. Significant factors affecting cigarette use were friends who smoked, delinquent behavior, and loneliness at schools. Important factors affecting the increase in smoking frequency were grade (e.g., the 2nd- and 3rd-year of middle school), friends who smoked, delinquent behavior, monthly pocket money, expectation for the highest level of education, and attack tendency. Conclusions: To solve the problems linked to adolescent smoking, it is critical to develop intervention programs that target specific homogeneous subgroups of smokers, and that take into consideration gender difference in smoking and factors affecting levels of smoking behavior.

The route finding analysis is an essential geo-related decision support tool in a LBS(Location based Services) and previous researches related to route guidance have been mainly focused on route guidances for vehicles. However, due to the recent spread of personal computing devices such as PDA, PMP and smart phone, route guidance for pedestrians have been increasingly in demand. The pedestrian route guidance is different from vehicle route guidance because pedestrians are affected more surrounding environment than vehicles. Therefore, pedestrian path finding needs considerations of factors affecting walking. This paper aimed to extract factors affecting walking and charting the factors for application factors affecting walking to pedestrian path finding. In this paper, we found various factors about environment of road for pedestrian and extract the factors affecting walking. Factors affecting walking consist of 4 categories traffic, sidewalk, network, safety facility. We calculated weights about each factor using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Based on weights we calculated scores about each factor's attribute. The weight is maximum score of factor. These scores of factor are used to optimal pedestrian path finding as path finding cost with distance, accessibility.

The purpose of this study is to identify demand and methods of projection, including to prove the variables affecting the fluctuation of visitors and to analyze the relationship between these variables in National Park. Statistical analysis method (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, ANOVA, and Model diagnostics) was carried out by computer program SAS/pc. 13 variables (1. Total Population, 2. Per Capita PDI, 3. Employment Ratio of S.O.C. & others, 4. NO. of Passenger Car, 5. Length of Roads, 6. Leisure Expenditure of Farm Household, 7. Leisure Expenditure of Urban Household, 8. Price Index, 9. NO. of Bus, 10. Exchange on Dollars, 11. Export, 12. Import, and 13. Visitors in National Park) had been used to this study. The scope of time period is during the last 17 years (1970-1986). The results were as follows; 1) Participation depends only on the specific characteristics of the economic factors (Price Index and Leisure Expenditure of Urban Household). These factors are the importance factors directly affecting the participation of visitors. The statistical Model for projecting the visitors in National Parks is the function of "Visitors in National Parks (thousand)=14915+0.210311*Leisure Expenditure of Urband Household (won)-157.835619*Price Index(1985=100)" 2) The external factors affecting the participation depends upon the interelated features of availability and accessibility (NO. of Passenger Car, Length of Roads, and NO. of Bus) of recreation resources or sites, and the economic factors (Per Capita PDI, Export, and Import). These factors are the factors indirectly affecting the participation of visitors. 3) The participation depends on the specific characteristics of demographic factors (Total Population and Employment Ratio of S.O.C. & others). These factors are the factors indirectly affecting the participation of visitors. 4) The unexpected fluctuation of yearly visitors depends on oil shock or inflation (1971, 1973-1974, 1979-1980), promulgation of national emergency decrees (1971-1972, 1974-1975, 1979-1980), and national events (assassination of president Park's wife, Madame Yuk in 1974 and president Park I 1979).

The study aims to identify the factors affecting business performance of rural tourism operators. For this study, 1,004 questionnaires were collected by field survey of rural tourism operators. The linear multiple regression analysis were used to identify factors affecting performance of rural tourism business. The result indicate that the factors influencing the sales of rural tourism business were in order of owning sales facilities, perception of multi-functional value of agriculture and rural, group promotion, number of rooms, and gender. In the case of gender, it was found that females had a high probability of positively affecting sales. The factors influencing the satisfaction of the rural tourism business were in the order of management strategy, number of days of operation, perception of multi-functional value of agriculture and rural, and business career. In the case of management strategy, it was found that the differentiation strategy have a positively affecting the satisfaction of the rural tourism business. As for the business career, the shorter the career, the higher the probability of positively affecting the satisfaction of the rural tourism business. The results of this study would be useful for establishing strategies to improve the management performance of the rural tourism business.
