It is crucial to a musical artist whether or not they have a musical identity. Major entertainment companies of Korea are strongly promoting a cultural product called 'Idol', where musical identity and musicianship are not important, with careful production and capital. It is important to take note of Prince, who remains to show clearly his philosophy and identity, in the state where lack of musical identity is being promoted. Many studies done on his musical brilliance and uniqueness can be a great incentive to rethink on the nature of music. As an arranger, Prince used tension notes effectively and even showed that avoid notes can be used to express a musical color. Studies on his musical brilliance and uniqueness must continue to be done and become an incentive to not just people who study music but for everyone to rethink the nature of music. There is no correct answer to music, but art has to be the essence of its nature.

Most of national-wide surveys are summarized by some statistical tables and graphs. In spite of high costs to get statistical results from surveys, we often find some statistical problems in the statistical reports. In this paper, we point out some statistical problems for the Korean Anthropometric Survey report. Also, we suggest some alternatives which may avoid the illustrated problems.

Making a international contract of sale is not a simple work. International Trade parties(seller and buyer) may choose trade terms such as FOB or CIF to simplify their contracts and avoid misunderstanding of international commercial practice. Incoterms is the international rules for the interpretation of the trade terms, and firstly regulated by the ICC in 1936. The latest version is Incoterms 2010. Incoterms 2010 governs certain responsibilities between the seller and the buyer under the international contract of sale. Moreover, Incoterms 2010 provides the standard of division of costs relating to contract of carriage. But we should note that Incoterms 2010 is not the part of contract of carriage. The writer points out that there is no consistence principle in distributing the special costs under the contract of carriage like unloading cost from the transport vehicle. To avoid the dispute between the parties, it is more safe for international traders to fully and completely understand on the customs and practice of carriage of goods. Incoterms 2010 provides more detailed method of delivery of goods than CISG and RAFTD. Concerning the method of delivery of goods, CISG and RAFTD simply provide that the seller shall place the goods at the discharge of buyers. The writer suggests the basic principles to allocate the special costs of delivery of goods according to the trade terms under Incoterms 2010.

When people stands near someone's mobile device, it can easily be seen by others. To rephrase this, attackers use human psychology to earn personal information or credit information or other. People are exposed by social engineering attacks. It is certain that we need more than just recommendation for the security to avoid social engineering attacks. This is why I proposed this paper. In this paper, I proposed an authentication technique using NFC and Hash function to stand against social engineering attack. Proposed technique result is showing that it could prevent shoulder surfing, touch event information, spyware attack using screen capture and smudge attack which relies on detecting the oily smudges left behind by user's fingers. Besides smart phone, IPad, Galaxy tab, Galaxy note and more mobile devices has released and releasing. And also, these mobile devices usage rate is increasing widely. We need to attend these matters and study in depth.

The IEEE 802.15.4 uses a CSMA/CA algorithm on access of media. The CSMA/CA algorithm does Random Backoff before the data is transmitted to avoid collisions. The random backoff is a kind of unavoidable delays and introduces the side effect of energy consumptions. To cope with those problems we propose a new media access algorithm, the Priority Based Ordered Media Access (PBOMA) algorithm, which uses different IFSs. The PBOMA algorithm uses Sampling Rate and Beacon Interval to get a different access probability(or IFS). The access probability is higher, the IFS is shorter. Note that The transfer of urgent data uses tone signal to transmit it immediately. The proposed algorithm is expected to reduce the energy consumptions and the delay.

To avoid incomplete coaptation of the peripheral tear of the meniscus an arthroscopic vertical enclosing meniscus suture technique was developed. In this technique the meniscus was not penetrated with any instruments or suture materials. This technique seems to be simple and easy to learn and to practice.

Fairness of exchange is a significant property for secure online transactions, and a fair exchange scheme is a useful tool for ensuring the fairness of exchanges conducted over networks. In this paper, we propose an ID-based optimistic fair exchange scheme based on the RSA function, one which is designed by combining a well-known RSA-based signature scheme and the (naive) RSA function. Note that the main contribution of this paper is to give the first provably secure ID-based fair exchange scheme based on the RSA function, whose security can be proved under fully formalized security models. Our scheme has the following additional strongpoints. The scheme is setup-free; hence, there is no registration step between a user and an arbitrator. Moreover, the proposed scheme is designed in an ID-based setting; thus, it is possible to eliminate the need for certificates and avoid some related problems.

This paper describes a study of the conditions and reasons that elementary school children avoid the namul provided in school meals. This study was conducted with a sample of 751 fifth-grade elementary school children and 49 nutritionists working in elementary schools. Nutritionists felt the need to develop new recipes, and were taking note of leftovers in an effort to increase namul consumption. 47% of the students reported liking namul, and the majority of students who disliked namul reported that its taste was the reason that they disliked it. Nutritionists believed that the students avoided namul due to a lack in familiarity, as well as taste. However, students answered that they disliked namul not only due to its taste, but also due to its texture.

Response dimension reduction in a sufficient dimension reduction (SDR) context has been widely ignored until Yoo and Cook (Computational Statistics and Data Analysis, 53, 334-343, 2008) founded theories for it and developed an estimation approach. Recent research in SDR shows that a semi-parametric approach can outperform conventional non-parametric SDR methods. Yoo (Statistics: A Journal of Theoretical and Applied Statistics, 52, 409-425, 2018) developed a semi-parametric approach for response reduction in Yoo and Cook (2008) context, and Yoo (Journal of the Korean Statistical Society, 2019) completes the semi-parametric approach by proposing an unstructured method. This paper theoretically discusses and provides insightful remarks on three versions of semi-parametric approaches that can be useful for statistical practitioners. It is also possible to avoid numerical instability by presenting the results for an orthogonal transformation of the response variables.

Surgery with the computer navigation system can make it possible to identify important anatomical structures which are difficult to be confirmed with the naked eye in the operation, and has extended their applications in various surgical fields. The head and neck surgery especially requires detailed anatomical knowledges and these knowledges have influences on postoperative functions and esthetics of a patient. In the orthognathic surgery, we should take osteotomies in the precise locations of the jawbones and move segments to the intended positions. There are so many important anatomical structures around the osteotomy-sites in the orthognathic surgery that the prevention of damage to these structures to obtain satisfactory results without any complication. There are vessels of the pterygoid plexus posterior to the pterygoid plate in the maxilla and the mandibular nerve enters the mandibluar foramen in the mandibular ramus. These locations should be confirmed perioperatively to avoid any injury to these structures. The navigation-assisted surgery may be helpful for this purpose. We performed navigational orthognathic surgeries with preoperative CT images and obtained satisfactory results. The osteotomy was performed in the proper location and damaging the surrounding important anatomical structures was avoided by keeping the saw away from them with the real-time navigation. It may be required to develop proper devices and protocols for the navigation-assisted orthognathic surgery.
