중국 서비스 구성원의 직장-가정 갈등과 가정-직장 갈등이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 -직무자율성의 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Effects of Work-Family Conflicts and Family-Work Conflicts on Organizational Commitment of Service Industry Employees in China: Focused on the moderating effects of job autonomy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 직장-가정 갈등의 하위요인인 시간 근거, 긴장 근거, 행동 근거 갈등이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에서 직무자율성의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 검증하기 위해 중국 내 서비스업의 조직구성원을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직장-가정 갈등의 하위요인인 행동 근거 갈등은 조직몰입에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 시간-근거 갈등과 긴장 근거 갈등은 조직몰입에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가정-직장 갈등의 하위요인인 긴장-근거 갈등과 행동 근거 갈등은 조직몰입에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 시간-근거 갈등은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 직장-가정 갈등과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 직무자율성의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 직무자율성은 행동 근거 갈등과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 가정-직장 갈등과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 직무자율성의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 긴장 근거 갈등, 행동 근거 갈등과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 직무자율성은 조절효과를 가진다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해 3개 하위요인 중에서 조직몰입에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 요소가 무엇인지 밝혔다.

기혼남,녀의 부부간 갈등정도와 대응행동에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Relationship between the Level of Conflict and the Coping behavior of Urban husbands and wives)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between the married people's conflict level and coping behavior, and find out how independent variables(male or female, age, level of education, family income, religion, types of marriage, types of family) have an effect on two dependent variables. The research problems as follows: 1) How independent variables influence on the level of conflict. 2) How independent variables influence on the coping behavior 3) How related the level of conflict and th coping behavior. Two instruments wee administrated to 302 married man and woman in Seoul, in June, 1990 The first instrument, 25 items questionnaire, made by investigator, was developed based upon Lee Sun and Moon Sung Sun. The second instrument, 20 item questionnaire, based upon filed , and modified to be appropriate to Korean Culture, Data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, F-test and pearson r. The results are summarized as follows; 1) Most husbands and wives how the middle level of conflict 2) Among independent variables, male or female(p<.05), level of education (p<.05), types of family (p<.05), were variables to have influence on the level of conflict. 3) Husbands and wives's coping behavior are relatively middle level. 4) Among independent variables, types of marriage(p<.05) was variable to have influence on the coping behavior. 5) There were very low positive correlation (r=.15, p<.01) between the level of conflict and the negative coping behavior, and very low negative correlation(r=-.21, p<.001) between the level of conflict and the positive coping behavior. Form this results, more objective methods and research are needed to develop the style of conflict and the coping behavior.

기혼남녀의 자아분화 수준에 따른 갈등 대처 행동 및 결혼 적응에 관한 연구 (A Study on Self-Differentiation, Conflict Tactics Behavior, and Marital Adjustment among Married Men and Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of self-differentiation with conflict tactics behavior and marital adjustment among married men and women. Specifically, this study tried to examine the differences in the levels of conflict tactics behavior and of marital adjustment according to the levels of self-differentiation. The participants of the present study were 332 married men and 355 women who lived in Chonlabuk-Do province. The major results of this research were as follows. First, there was no significant difference in the level of total self-differentiation between men and women. There were significant differences in the degrees of sexually coercive conflict tactics behavior and marital adjustment between sexes. Second, results of difference analyses showed that there were significant differences in the levels of conflict tactics behaviors and of marital adjustment according to levels of self-differentiation. Finally, in the case of married men and women, the variable significantly affecting the conflict tactics behavior and the marital adjustment was the levels of self-differentiation. Based on the results as above, this research discussed the issue of the concept of self differentiation applied to Korean situation, and suggested some implications for family life education for decreasing conflict between spouses and for enhancing marital relationship.

한국과 미국에서 발행된 집단수준 중심의 조직행동론 교과서에 대한 사례연구 (A case study on group level based-organizational behavior textbooks published in Korea and USA)

  • I have done a case study on group level based-organizational behavior textbooks published in Korea and USA. The objects are 'organizational behavior' by Su Yong Jung and 'organizational behavior' by Im Chang Hee in Korea, and 'organizational behavior' by Schermerhorn, Osborn, Uhl-Bien, & Hunt and 'organizational behavior' by Robbins, & Judge. The goal of this study is to identify the differences of the perspectives on the group level based-organizational behavior between Korean and American textbooks. This research finding shows that it is valid to classify organizational behavior into such categories as group & team, communication, decision making, leadership, power, and conflict & negotiation in the Korean textbooks for the better future study.

Work-Family Conflict and Counterproductive Behavior of Employees in Workplaces in China: Polynomial Regression and Response Surface Analysis

  • This study investigates the complex mechanism of work-family conflict affecting counterproductive behavior of employees based on resource conservation theory and 417 valid samples by using polynomial regression and response surface analysis. Counterproductive work behavior refers to any intentional behavior of an individual that has potential harm to the legitimate interests of the organization or its stakeholders. Results show that first, work-to-family conflict (WFC) and family-to-work conflict (FWC) had four matching types. Compared with "high WFC-low FWC," "low WFC-high FWC" and "low WFC-low FWC" matching conditions, the employee self-control resource depletion and counterproductive work behavior (CWB) are at their highest under "high WFC-high FWC" congruence matching condition. Second, the joint effect of WFC and FWC has a U-shaped relationship with counterproductive behavior. Compared with the "high WFC-low FWC" match state, the level of CWB in the "low WFC-high FWC" match state is higher. Third, the depletion of self-control resources played a mediating role in the effect of WFC on counterproductive behavior. Fourth, emotional intelligence moderated the relationship between the congruence of WFC and FWC and self-control resource depletion. Emotional intelligence was higher, and the positive relationship between the congruence of WFC and FWC and self-control resource depletion was weaker.

기혼 남녀의 일-가족 갈등에 따른 가족건강성의 차이에 관한 연구 (A Study of Family Healthy Difference according to Married Employees' Work-Family Conflict)

  • In this study, the investigator examined employees' work-family conflict, and analyzed its relationship with family health, to clarify the two-way influence of work-family and to verify the influence of a family friendship system based upon work-family compatibility and a healthy family. Data from 379 married female and male corporate employees were collected. Collected data were analyzed on the SPSS WIN 12.0 program. Study findings are as follows: First - For the individual, in domain variables of work-family conflict according to socio-demographic characteristics, gender has a significant influence upon strain-based conflict, family interference with work, and time-based conflict. Second - Work domain variables such as occupation, career, employment type, and working hours have a significant influence upon work interference with family, while career, and a working couple have a significant influence upon family interference with work. Finally - average housework hours and children have a significant influence upon work interference with family, whereas the length of a marriage, the average housework hours, and a housework helper have a significant influence upon family interference with work.

고부갈등에 있어서 자기통제력 탓 및 적응과의 관계 (Conflict with Mothers-in-law Self-efficacy Blame and Adaptation)

  • Based on the Double ABCX model of family stress and adaptation this study was to investi-gate the intercorrelations among and the relative magnitutide of variables associated with diffe-rent levels of adaptation to conflict with mothers-in-law reported by daughter-in-law. Frequency of conflict was selected as a stressor(aA) Resource factor(bB) in this study was self-efficacy. Four types of blame(self-behavior self-character other people and impersonal world blame) were selected as perception factors(cC). The adaptation factors(xX) were the level of daughter-in-law's psychological well-being and marital adjustment. Data for this research were questionnaire responses from 151 daughters-in-law who lived in Seoul. The results of correlational analyses indicated that most variables were significantly correlated with each other. In addition results of the path analysis on daughter-in-law's psychological well-being indicated that higher scores on the psychological well-being were significantly associa-ted with(a) greater self-behavior blame for the conflict and (b) less ascription of blame to the impersonal world. Frequency of conflict influenced psychological well-being indirectly th-rough self-behavior blame and impersonal blame both of which were also found to mediate the effect of self-efficacy on the level of psychological well-being. However although all indepen-dent variables were significantly correlated with marital adjustment no variables had direct effects on marital adjustment.

삼세대 가족관계 경험과 아동의 스트레스 대처행동이 아동의 행동문제에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Three-generation Family Experiences and Coping Behaviors of Korean Children on Their Behavior Problems)

  • This study investigated the effects of Korean parents' family-of-origin experiences, marital conflict, open or dysfunctional communication with their children, children's coping behaviors on their behavior problems as a function of a child's sex. Theoretical models for both sexes were constructed based on the results. Two hundred and nine boys and one hundred and ninety six girls of 4th and 5th grades from two elementary schools filled out the questionnaires to assess their communication with the parents, their problem-focused coping behaviors, and their internalizing and externalizing behavior problems. Four hundred five parents of these children answered the questionnaires to assess differentiation for the family-of-origin and the marital conflict. The results were as follows. Boys' path pattern showed that the fathers' differentiation from the family-of-origin effected their sons' internalizing and externalizing behavior problems through parent-child dysfunctional communication. Girls' path exhibited two different patterns. One is that the mothers' differentiation from the family-of-origin effected their daughters' internalizing and externalizing behavior problems through parent-child dysfunctional communication. Another one is that the mothers' differentiation from the family-of-origin influenced children's internalizing behavior problems through daughters' problem-focused coping behaviors as well as parent-child dysfunctional communication.

양육행동 개념 분석 (A Concept Analysis of the Caretaking Behavior for Children)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of caretaking behavior for children. This study adopts the methode of Walker and Avant in analysis. Based on the results of the study, the attributes, precedents, and consequences of caretaking behavior for children are follows ; 1. The affirmative attributes of caretaking behavior are affection binding, nutritional guidance, education, caring, protection moral training and acquisition of parents' role. The negative attributes of caretaking behavior are inconsistent moral training, incapability of affection binding and overprotection. 2. The precedent of caretaking behavior are postpartum contact with their babies, cognizance capacity of child-caretaking, economic support, level of preparation for child-caretaking and self-consciousness as parents. 3. The affirmative consequences of caretaking behavior are promotion of child growth and development, formation of maternal-infantile attachment, development of children sociality, satisfaction of parental role and reinforcement of relationship between the members of family. The negative consequences of caretaking behavior are burden and conflict to parental role, children's illness, role conflict and role stress among the members of the family and family breaking up.

세종시 설치를 위한 입법갈등에 관한 연구 (A Study on Legislative Conflict for Se -Jong City)

  • 본 연구에서는 세종시 설치의 입법갈등에 관한 문제를 주제로 하여 그 원인과 정치적 입법상의 문제점을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 세종시 설치과정에서 많은 국가적 행정비능률성과 사회적 자원배분의 비형평성등이 이미 입법과정에서 제기된 상황이라 이러한 공공갈등은 더욱 심화 되어 나타났다. 여기에 각 정당과 정치이익주체들의 조직 또는 개인적 이익과 연계되면서 세종시의 입법갈등은 지역갈등으로 더욱 확대되었다. 결국 정치적 이익이 연계되어 있는 사회잇슈의 경우 이를 사전에 해소 할 수 있는 입법장치의 필요성이 있다는 것이 본 논문이 시사하는 연구의 정책적 함의이다.
