Binder Film을 이용한 LTCC Sheet 적층 (Lamination of LTCC Sheet Using Binder Film)

  • In the lamination process of multi-layer ceramic modules, the occurrence of delamination comes into repeatedly. To completely improve the lamination process of LTCC sheets, a binder film was introduced between the layers. The binder film did not originate the delamination until the thickness under $40{\mu}m$. After lamination, the thickness of the binder film was determined by the infilteraion of binder by the pressure, and after the bake-out, was dependent on the decomposition of binder resin. Any detectable defect was not observed in the multilayer structure with Ag inner electrodes.

  • In this paper, we examined effects by the binder in manufacturing titanium dioxide film for dye sensitized solar cell. Binder(PEG and PEO) was added the amount of 10-40wt% to commercial $TiO_2$ (P25), Respectively. All of $TiO_2$ film was showed porous structure owing to the addition of binders. But the difference of film's porosity could not be confirmed. The transmittance of $TiO_2$ film was decreased with the increase of binder's amount, generally. In case of 20wt%, however. The transmittance of $TiO_2$ films was showed the highest value.

  • In this paper, we examined an effect by the binder in titanium dioxide film for dye sensitized solar cell. All of $TiO_2$ film was showed porous structure. but difference of film's porosity could not be confirm. Transmittances of $TiO_2$ film was decreased with the increase of binder's quantity, generally. In case of 20wt%, however, Transmittances of $TiO_2$ film was recoded the highest value. and it measured 1.77 of energy-conversion efficiency.

열처리를 통한 제올라이트 박막 코팅 시 바인더의 영향 (The Effect of the Binder to Zeolite Thin Film Coating by Heat Treatment)

  • This study is an experimental attempt to confirm the binder effect of zeolite coating on glass plate by heat treatment. As a result, zeolite was successfully formed with low concentratios of pressure, whose concentration was effective in 10% or more for thin film zeolite coating. And as the content of the binder (TEOS) in mixed coating solution was higher, the zeolite was fastened better on the surface. Above 5% content of the binder in the coating solution, TEOS hindered zeolite synthesis of the precursor and brought to zeolite capacity decrease. Furthermore, when the concentration of the precursor, sedimentation rate of the precursor was higher and the coating efficiency is reduced thereby. Therefore, the most effective concentrations of the precursor and TEOS in the coating solution was 10% and 5%, respectively. It was concluded that zeolite coating is produced by heat treatment method after dipping without hydrothermal synthesis.

대전방지 PEDOT/PSS 필름 제조를 위한 바인더에 관한 연구 (Study on Binders for Preparing Antistatic Films of PEDOT/PSS)

  • 전도성 고분자인 poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT/PSS)의 투명한 필름을 제조하기 위해서는 바인더의 사용이 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA), poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) 및 PSS를 바인더로서 검토하여 그 특성을 비교하였다. PEDOT/PSS 필름의 형성 여부는 기본적으로 바인더를 포함하는 코팅액의 표면장력 값에 의존하였다. PSS 또는 PVP를 바인더로 사용하였을 때는 필름이 형성되지 않거나 필름이 기재로 부터 쉽게 박리되는 현상이 나타났다. 그러나 PVA를 단독으로 사용하거나 또는 PSS 및 PVP를 PVA와 혼합하여 사용하면 투명하며 균일한 표면저항 값을 나타내는 대전방지 필름을 얻을 수 있었다. 필름의 접착력 및 장기 보관 안정성 등을 종합적으로 판단하면, PEDOT/PSS의 대전방지용 필름을 제조하기 위한 바인더로서는 PVA와 PSS의 혼합물이 최적인 것으로 나타났다.

투명 대전방지 필름 제조 및 특성 (Preparation and Characteristics of Transparent Anti-static Films)

  • In order to develop the transparent anti-static film with higher than 80% transparency to visible light, organic conductive compounds, N-methyl phenazinium 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinonedimethane (TCNQ) com-plex salts was synthesized and bar-coated on the polythylene terephthalate (PET) film using polymer binders. The best surface properties were obtained when acrylic binder was used. A single layer of TCNQ made of a acrylic binder showed a surface resistance of 10\ulcorner $\Omega$/ , a conductivity of 10\ulcorner S/cm, and a transparency of 75%. An optical microscopic examination revealed that the binder was first solidi-fied on the surface of PET film over which the needle-shaped TCNQ crystals were grown. An acrylic polyol coating over the TCNQ layer improved the transparency to 87%, becuase the acrylic polyol covers the surface of TCNQ crystals to reduce the surface roughness. This conductive material has thermal stability at room temperature and 4$0^{\circ}C$ over 4,000 h.

결합제 변화에 따른 상온 경화성 접착형 $MoS_2$ 고체윤활 피막의 마찰.마모 특성 (An Experimental Study on Friction and Wear Characteristics of Air Curable $MoS_2$ Bonded Films with Polymeric Binder Materials)

  • In this work, the effects of binder materials on the tribological behavior were experimentally evaluated for air curable MoS$_2$bonded film lubricants. The binders tested were basically alkyd and acryl based resins, and also were modified by nitro-cellulose in various weight percentages. Effects on the binder ratio to solid lubricants and the molecular weight of binders were also investigated in all aspects of the tribological behavior. For the tests, LFW-1 and Falex tester were used to measure mainly the endurance life and load carrying capacity of bonded lubricants. Results showed that lubricants of methacrylic resin has the better performance than those of other resins, and also the properties of lubricants both of alkyd and acrylic resins could be improved by modification with nitro-cellulose. It was also shown that the optimum ratio of nitro-cellulose related closely to the binder material and the testing machine.

TiO2 나노 입자를 이용한 상온건조용 항균 코팅 (Formation of Antibacterial Film dried at Room Temperature using nano-sized TiO2 Particle)

  • This study was performed to develop an antibacterial film that can be dried at room temperature. A nanosized TiO$_2$ particle-dispersed solution was prepared by the hydrothermal treatment of peroxo-titanic acid at 160${^{\circ}C}$ for 4h. The binder was synthesized through the hydrolysis and condensation reactions of TEOS (10cc) and GPTS (3.5cc) in the mixture of H$_2$O (30cc) and EtOH (30cc). The synthesized binder was mixed with 0.1 M of TiO$_2$ solution in a volume ratio of binder/TiO$_2$ solution=0.25~0.5. The glass substrate was coated after using the dip coating method, which was then followed by drying for over 2h at room temperature. Although the TiO$_2$ particles did not chemically-bond to the binder, the coating layer strongly adhered to the substrate and displayed good antibacterial properties.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중온화 첨가제(LEADCAP$^{(R)}$)를 사용한 중온 아스팔트 바인더의 노화 방법에 따른 물성 변화 특성을 평가하고자 하였다. 아스팔트 바인더의 노화 거동을 모사하기 위해 단기노화인 RFTO를 실시하였으며, 햇빛에 의한 자연 노화 거동을 알아보기 위해 자외선 경화기를 이용하여 자외선에 의한 열화거동을 모사하였다. 이러한 열화 중온 아스팔트 바인더의 역학적인 물성과 유변동학적인 특성을 시험하기 위해서 만능시험기(UTM)과 동적전단유동기를 이용하여 직접인장력과 유변동학적인 거동을 평가하였다. 또한, 열분석 장비를 이용하여 온도에 따른 중온 아스팔트 바인더의 특성을 평가하여, 자외선 노출에 따른 열화가 발생하여도 온도에 따른 물성 변화가 많이 발생하지 않음을 발견하였다. $70^{\circ}C$에서 중온화 첨가제가 첨가한 단기노화 중온 아스팔트 바인더의 경우, PG 등급에서의 고온 등급의 기준값을 만족함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 저온에서 중온 아스팔트 바인더의 인장 특성을 평가한 결과, 인장강도 향상과 함께 인장력이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다.

  • Optically transparent, highly conductive coating have been major theme of thin film science efforts for some years. In this work, t-MWNT(thin Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes) are acid treated, then the stable dispersion of t-MWNTs in polar solvent such as alcohols, was achieved by sonication. The transparent conducting films are prepared using the one component solution of t-MWNT/epoxy binder via spray coating on glass substrate. The characterization of acid treated t-MWNTs was performed by Raman spectrometer. The opto-electrical properties of conducting films are analyzed by the binder concentration, and the effect of co-solvent on the compatibility and dispersibility of one component t-MWNT/epoxy binder solutions are discussed.
