  • A intercepting program of Black List Filtering System is widely used for blocking the harmful information in the internet. Hut The Black List Filtering System give rise to reduce the performance of Client PC. In this thesis the author proposes the good way to solve a problem of the Black List Filtering System. Keep to the point that is puting the black List into The Black List Serve on Client/server Environment and building Black List into Client PC in use of revisiting pattern of web-user. The best effect that tried to Solve the problem in the experiment concerning the thesis is presented not only to maintain the performance of Client PC, but also to improve the speed of performance of Client PC.

  • 지능형 전력망인 Smart Grid의 등장으로 미국, 일본 등의 국가는 Smart Grid 시장을 선점하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 한국 또한 경쟁국으로서 G20 정상회의에서 Smart Grid 시범 단지를 선보이려고 준비 중에 있다. Smart Grid의 발전에 기본적인 전력기기와 IT기기의 융합 모델인 전력IT기기의 연구가 진행되고 있고, 단일 전력 기기일 때와는 달리 IT 기기의 특성에 따른 보안 문제에 노출되어 보안에 대한 연구가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 Smart Grid에 사용되는 전력 IT 기기에 적용 할 수 있는 보안 방법인 BlackList 설정을 연구하여 Smart Grid 시대의 발전에 기여 할 것이다.

  • 인터넷 사용자의 증가로 인한 서버의 과부하 및 네트워크 응답시간 지연의 대안으로 캐시서버의 사용이 보편화되고 있다. 그러 나, 최근 유해사이트의 급격한 중가로 캐시 서버의 부가 기능인 ACL(Access Control List)또한 중요한 기능의 하나가 되면서 대량의 유해사이트 차단 목록이 캐시 서버의 병목현상을 가중시키고 있다 본 논문에서는 캐시 서버의 대명사격인 Squid의 ACL방식과 대량의 black list를 적용했을 때의 ACL의 regular expression방식의 문제점을 살펴보고, 대량의 black list에 적합한 hash기반 ACL 처리 방식을 제안한다. hash를 이용한 ACL방식은 빠른 검색을 제공하여 캐시 서버의 응답시간에 큰 영향을 주지않기 때문에 캐시서버가 정상적인 서비스를 할 수 있도록 해준다.

  • This study aimed at making a way of securing the access by using PCA. We got our result through using Box-Plot and PCA with the access data of the area of security level A~E at K(IPS)center. In order to perform PCA, We confirmed the extracted value of commonality has no problem in performing PCA because VIF is below 2.902. Based on this result, We classified people into Green-list, Blue-list, Red-list, and Black-list in a standard of security level with 1.453, as the eigen value of 1 main element, 1.283, as eigen value of 2 main elementm, 1.142, as the eigen value of 3 main element.

  • Invasive alien species are considered to be one of the main factors that cause biodiversity loss. Establishment of management strategies through continuous monitoring and risk assessment is a key element for invasive alien species management policy. In the present study, we introduce examples of ecological risk assessment tools developed in Japan, Germany-Austria and Belgium. Invasive alien species have been designated in Japan based on the assessment of risks to ecosystems, human health and primary industry. German-Austrian Black List Information System categorized alien species into Black List, White List and Grey List according to their risks to biodiversity. In the Harmonia Information System developed in Belgium, invasiveness, adverse impacts on native species and ecosystem functions and invasion stages were assessed and alien species were categorized into Black List, Watch List and Alert List. These international risk assessment tools may be helpful to improve our national risk assessment protocol for the prioritization of invasive alien species management.

  • The Conservation Science Laboratory of the National Museum of Korea had drawn up the list of conservation treatment priority according to the artifact status in the collection and performed conservation treatment based on the priority list since 2006. This paper introduces the restoration process of the lost part of a black teacup(Sindo 1961) with newly developed restoration material. Part of the peeled off glaze was analyzed with LIBS and SEM-EDS analyser to find out the glaze ingredients that make the unique pattern of black teacup.

  • Exploring a universe with gravitational waves (GWs) was only theoretical expectation for long time. In September 2015, the Laser Interferometer GW Observatory (LIGO) first detected GWs emitted from the collision of two stellar-mass black holes in cosmological distance (1.3 billion light years) on Earth. This confirms the existence of black-hole binary mergers, and further, opens a new field of GW astronomy. We begin our discussion with a list of important GW sources that can be detectable on Earth by large-scale laser interferometers such as LIGO. Focusing on compact objects such as neutron stars and black holes, we then discuss possible research in the context of GW astronomy. By coordinating with existing observatories, searching for electromagnetic waves or particles from astronomical objects, around the world, multi-messenger astronomy for the universe's most cataclysmic phenomena (e.g. gamma-ray bursts) will be available in the near future.

  • Mobile node must move optionally and perform the router and the host functions at the same time. These characteristics of nodes have become a potential threatening element of a variety of attacks. In particular, a black hole which malicious node causes packet loss among them is one of the most important issues. In this paper, we propose distributed detection technique using monitoring tables in all node and cooperative detection technique based cluster for an efficient detection of black hole attack. The proposed technique performs by dividing into local detection and cooperative detection process which is composed of process of step 4 in order to improve the accuracy of the attack detection. Cluster head uses a black hole list to cooperative detection. The performance of the proposed technique was evaluated using ns-2 simulator and its excellent performance could be confirmed in the experiment result.

  • When you want to be given the on-line service, their homepage requires sign-up with detail personal information. This collected private information lead to mass data spill by hacking. Especially, this makes terrible social problems that the users who sign up their site are persistingly attacked and damaged by hackers using this information. As methods of the social technologic attacks are simple but based upon human psychology, it is easy that people become a victim in the majority of cases. There is a strategy blocking fishing sites by using the black list for defending these attacks. This tactic, however, has some problems that it isn't possible to handle new fishing sites having a short life-cycle. In this paper, we suggest two solutions to minimize data spill. One marks existing sites with the sign of a reliability measured by a comparison between black list and the white list; therefore, the user check the authenticity about the homepage. The other shut off previously the leaking of private information by sensing a entry of personal information into new sites.

A Study on the Hierarchical Representation of Images: An Efficient Representation of Quadtrees BF Linear Quadtree (화상의 구조적 표현에 관한 연구- 4진트리의 효율적인 표현법:BF선형 4진트)

  • A BF(breadth-first) linear quadtree as a new data structure for image data is suggested, which enables us to compress the image data efficiently and to make operations of the compressed data easily. It is a list of path names for black nodes as the linear quadtree is. The path name for each black node of a BF linear quadtree is represented as a sequence of path codes from the root node to itself, whereas that of linear quadtree as a sequence of path codes from the root node to itself and fill characters for cut-offed path from it to any n-level node which corresponds to a pixel of an image. The BF linear quadtree provides a more efficent compression ratio than the linear quadtree does, because the former does not require redundant characters, fill characters, for the cut-offed paths. Several operations for image processing can be also implemented on this hierarchical structure efficiently, because it is composed of only the black nodes ad the linear quadtree is . In this paper, algorithms for several operations on the BF linear quadtree are defined and analyzed. Experimental results for forur image data are also given and discussed.
