온라인 중고서점의 서비스 만족 요인 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Service Satisfaction Factor Analysis of an On-line Secondhand Bookstore)

  • 과거 중고서적 구입하는 경우 고객들은 헌책방을 주요 구입창구로 활용하였지만 인터넷의 발전 및 IT기기들이 확대되면서, 가격 경쟁력과 편의성 측면에서 우위를 가진 온라인 중고서점 매장을 구입처로 선호하는 고객들이 빠르게 증가하였다. 그러나 최근에는 기존의 헌책방의 개념을 벗어난 '온라인의 장점과 오프라인의 장점'을 가진 신개념 오프라인 중고서점이 경기침체 속 하나의 대안으로 각광받고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 대표적인 서비스 품질 측정 기법인 SERVQUAL 지표를 활용하여 최근 각광받고 있는 신개념 오프라인 중고서점 알라딘 매장에 대한 고객의 서비스 만족 요인을 규명하고자 한다. 우선 SERVQUAL 지표를 활용하여 신개념 오프라인 중고서점 알라딘 매장에 맞는 서비스 품질 요인을 선별해 낸 후, 고객 설문을 통하여 재 구매의도에 영향을 주는 주요 요인들을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기존 헌책방을 비롯한 중고서점의 서비스 품질 제고 및 고객전략에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • A measurement of indoor microorganism using Reuter Centrifugal Air Sampler(RCS) was undertaken during October 1991-February 1999 and 6-Stage Cascade Air Sampler was undertaken during May 2001-June 2001 in Seoul. The results were as follows : 1. The average of total microorganism collected on the agar strip GK-A media were, in the order, subway station, hospital, underground shopping center, department store, book store, theater, sports facility, educational institution, office building in sites. 2. The average of staphylcocci collected on the agar strip GK-S media, in the order, were subway station, underground shopping center, hospital and department store, department store, theater, office building, sports facility and educational institution in sites. 3. The average of fungus collected on the agar strip GK-HS media, in the order, were Underground hospital, shopping center, theater, subway station, department store, book store, sports facility, educational institution, and office building in sites

편의점 도서자판기를 활용한 출판문화산업 활성화 방안 연구 (A Study on Vitalization Plans for the Publishing Culture and Industry with a Book Vending Machine at Convenience Stores)

  • 본 연구는 출판문화산업 활성화를 위해 도서자판기를 편의점에 설치하여 유통채널을 확장시키는 방안에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 편의점의 의미와 도서자판기의 개념을 정립한 후 편의점 내 도서자판기 설치 및 운영 필요성을 도출하였다. 편의점 시스템을 이용하여 도서판매의 공정성과 투명성을 제고할 것이며, 출판업계와 편의점업계 사이의 아웃소싱, 소비자를 위한 옴니채널 서비스 확대, 고객 만족도를 높이기 위한 고객 경험가치 제공 등을 추진할 것이다. 도서자판기의 구성은 스마트 도서관 형태의 자판기로 운영하며 키오스크 프로그램에 유니버설 디자인을 적용한다. 이러한 과정을 도식화하였고 실질적인 운영방안을 모색하기 위해 성인 310명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 향후 편의점 도서자판기 설치와 같이 출판물의 판매 및 유통채널을 다변화하는 연구를 통해 출판문화산업 활성화에 따른 국민 1인당 독서량 증가로 국민의 독서환경이 증진될 수 있기를 기대하는 바이다.

  • A measurement of indoor microorganism using Reuter Centrifugal Air Sampler(RCS) was undertaken during October 1991 - February 1999 and 6-Stage Cascade Air Sampler was undertaken during May 2001 - June 2001 in Seoul. Sites including book store, department store, theater, subway station, underground shopping center, hospital, office building, sports facility, and eduationa institutio were chosen to measure indoor microorganism. The results were as follows: 1. The average of total microorganism collected on the agar strip GK-A media were, in the order, subway station, hospital, underground shopping center, department store, book store, theater, sports facility, educational institution, office building in sites. The highest concentration of 711cfu/m$^3$ was found in the subway station and the lowest concentration of 44cfu/m$^3$ was found in office building. 2. The average of staphylococci collected on the agar strip GK-S media, in the order, were subway station, underground shopping center, hospital and department store, department store, theater, office building, sports facility and educational institution in sites. The highest concentration of 502cfu/m$^3$ was found in the subway station and the lowest concentration of 14cfu/m$^3$ was found in sports facility and educational institution. 3. The average of fungus collected on the agar strip GK-HS media, in the order, were underground hospital, shopping center, theater, subway station, department store, book store, sports facility, educational institution, and office building in sites. The highest concentration of 252cfu/m$^3$ was found in the hospital and the lowest concentration of 32cfu/m$^3$ was found in office building. 4. Ratio of Indoor/Outdoor, determined by site was 1.12-2.38 in total count, 1.00-2.35 in staphylococci, and 0.99-1.34 in fungus. 5. The positive results of test were 12-24% in indoor and 9-43% in outdoor. 6. By gram staining gram positive cocci were 59.9%, gram positive bacill 24.4%, gram negative bacilli 10.4%, and gram negative cocci 0.5%.

전자상점 수용모형에 관한 실증적 연구: 전자서점의 사례를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on Electronic-Store Acceptance: A Case of e-Book Store)

  • This paper focused on developing and empirically testing an EAM(Electronic-Store Acceptance Model), By basing upon Davis' TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) and reflecting the characteristics of EC(Electronic Commerce), the EAM was proposed. This EAM could be regarded as a revised and extended TAM in the EC area. The theoretical rationale of this model was as following: 1) Though Davis' TAM was proposed a powerful tool to explain and predict usage of Information Technology, nowadays, TAM variables(perceived usefulness and ease of use) are posited as key drivers of e-commerce acceptance. 2) In the e-commerce and e-business studies, trust has been emerging as a potentially important antecedent of IT adoption. A famous internet book store was chosen to empirically test the EAM. In order to evaluate reliability and validity of instrument, and validate the research model, SEM(Structured equation model) analysis was conducted. The results showed that perceived usefulness and trust significantly influenced e-Store Acceptance but perceived ease of use did not have significant influence on e-Store Acceptance.

한국 개화기의 서포에 관한 연구 (A Study of Seo-po in the opening Period of Korea)

  • This study examines the establishment of Sea-po (서포) in the opening period of Korea at the end of the 19th century. The role they played, the particular situations and their geographical characteristics are researched, The earliest sea-po was Koh-je-hong sea-po, which was established in Tae­kwang-kyo at the end of 1880s. Around 1905, a specialised book distribution system was set up with establishement of Chu-han-yung book store, Kim-sang-man book store, Jesuit book store, Tae-dong su-si, Kae-myung sea-kwan, Tong-wha seo-kwan. The owners of the seo-pos were pioneers in introducing modern culture with nationalistic consciousness, although they were primarily businessmen and their social origins varied. The primary role of seo-pos was selling a variety of books but some combined printing and publication of books as well. It seems that publication business took roots around 1908, though it is difficult to know the accurate dates of first attempts. Some sea-pas offered book rental services for poor people who could not easily afford to purchase books. A certain amount of deposit had to be paid to benefit from the services. Jesuit Bookstore in Pyungyang had a library facility with a large stock or books in the same building open to public for free. These sea-pas started mainly in Seoul and Pyungyang, which were traditional centers for economic and cultural affairs. Early introduction of foreign cultures and commercial developments in these areas contributed to the establishment of sea-pos. The sea-po which took charge of book distribution in the provinces was set up around 1906. One of the important findings of this study is that the geographical distribution of sea-po shows the following three characteristics. First is that the area such as Seoul, Taegu and Chunju were the traditional centers of publishing culture from which Pang­gak-bon(방각본) emerged. Second characteristic is Pyungyang and the surrounding Pyungbuk province, and harbors like Inchon and Pusan, which had the benefits of early spread of modem cultures. Third characteristic is Kaesung and the surrounding Hwanghae province which bridged Pyungyang and Seoul. The reception of foreign cultures stimulated the commercial spirits traditionally attributed to Kaesung to establish sea-pas most actively.

  • 본 연구는 글로벌 전자책 플랫폼의 부상 과정과 유형을 구글, 아마존, 애플에 대한 사례연구방법(case study method)으로 분석하였다. 글로벌 전자책 플랫폼들은 급격히 변화되는 디지털 기술 환경과 각자의 주어진 적합도 지형(fitness landscape)에 적응하는 과정을 뚜렷이 보여주고 있다. 적응과 진화 과정에서 결정적인 요인이 된 것은 고유한 선택 범주(distinct selection criteria), 자원 풍요도(degree of resource abundance), 개방적 혁신에 기반한 탐색 과정(search process)이다. 이 요인들을 기반으로 글로벌 전자책 플랫폼들은 종분화(種分化, speciation) 과정에서 니치(niche)를 창출하였으며, 초기 조건(initial condition)인 핵심 자원(key resource)에 따라 경로 의존적으로 진화하였다. 각각의 전자책 플랫폼들은 오픈 플랫폼(open platform)과 하이브리드 플랫폼(hybrid platform), 그리고 클로우즈드 플랫폼(closed platform)으로 진화하였다. 구글 이북(eBook)은 안드로이드 기반의 다양한 단말기를 통해 주체들이 직접 운영하며 참여하는 개방성과 확장성을 특징으로 하며, 아마존 킨들(Kindle)은 온라인 대형 서점에서 확장되어 단말기와 유무선 모바일 네트워크까지 아우르며 개방성과 폐쇄성을 동시에 지닌 플랫폼으로 성장하고 있다. 또한 아이북스 스토어(iBooks Store)는 아이폰과 아이패드 등 하드웨어 경쟁력과 폐쇄성 기반의 에이전시 모형으로 진화하고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study id to examine the effect of Web site usability on the revisiting intention of customers in Internet book stores. The Web site usability construct consists of the factors such as contents, design, navigation, and interactivity. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a research model was established and it suggests that the usabililty effect the revisiting intention of online customers in Internet book stores. The results of the study show that contents, navigation, and interactivity has statistically significant effect on revisiting intention of Internet customers and this effect is mediated by perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. This research confirms the importance of usability construct in designing web sites and understanding the use of web sites. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

  • 기존의 종이책은 다양한 스마트 모바일기기의 활발한 보급으로 인해 전용 단말기와 뷰어 앱(Veiwer App)을 통해 전자책(e-book)으로 서비스되고 있다. 최근에는 텍스트(Text) 중심의 전자책과 달리, 텍스트와 함께 동영상, 다양한 상호작용 요소를 중심으로 하는 앱북(App book)의 형태로 진화되고 있다. 아이패드(iPad)용 앱스토어(App Store)에서는 도서 관련 앱이 28%를 차지할 정도로 앱북 시장이 빠르게 성장함에도 불구하고, 여러 가지 전자책 전용 단말기, 뷰어 앱 UI(User Interface) 관련 연구들에 비해 앱북의 콘텐츠 및 UI에 대한 연구가 상대적으로 부족한 상황이다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 앱북 콘텐츠의 표시 방법에 따라 3개의 유형으로 분류하고, 대표 앱북을 선정하여, 콘텐츠의 객체 표시방법에 대해 분석하고, 상호작용 요소들을 분석하였다. 이를 통해, 객체 별 상호작용 요소를 고려한 전자잡지형 앱북의 콘텐츠 표시 방법 프레임워크를 설계하였다.
