This study examines the awareness of the curriculum of the cabin service major students at 2 year colleges through the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model and an empirical analysis on how their awareness affects Service Orientation and Service Hospitality. It was proven that the CIPP evaluation model has a positive effect on the satisfaction of their department, and also has a meaningful effect on Service Hospitality and Service Orientation statistically. However, the satisfaction of their department itself is not associated with the increase of Service Orientation and Service Hospitality so it negatively affected them. Moreover, both the Service Management program(Process) and Service Attitude(Product) have a meaningful effect on Service Hospitality, and Service Hospitality also has a meaningful effect on Service Orientation. So it resulted in a casual relationship among them. As a result, it is desperately necessary to promote an educational environment that will increase the satisfaction of the department and help students to become flight attendants. It is also necessary to increase awareness of the Service Management program(Process) and Service Attitude(Product).

The objective of this study is to draw implications and also to design an evaluation model suitable for vocational education in college based on the literary consideration of the quality management of curriculum and the case analysis on the quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department in college, and then to seek for the measures for the systematic quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department applying the evaluation model. To the core of this study, as the evaluation measures for systematically approaching the quality management of curriculum in the aspect of department, this study presented a curriculum quality management model for early childhood education department of college which was mixed with CIPP model as a program evaluation model that has been a lot used for the evaluation of domestic/foreign curriculums in the evaluation(C) stage of PDCA with the use of PDCA procedure as a school administrative process, and then suggested the roles and quality culture of members. The results of this study could be used as the basic data for the quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department in college, desired by diverse institutions and projects for the institutional support in the future.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the satisfaction of the introductory engineering education program for the employees, who majored liberal arts or commerce, among the educational programs for industrial workers which are performed as an effort to spread the performance of the Innovation Center for Engineering Education, and reinforce the competitiveness through effective program operation. This study was performed on the basis of CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product). A factorial analysis and a regression analysis were conducted based on a survey made on 87 persons who completed the introductory engineering education program among the employees of D group who majored liberal arts or commerce. It is expected that this study will contribute toward suggesting the implications for designing and operating the educational programs for industrial workers in order to find out the important factors of satisfaction and to conduct the education operation with professionalism.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the environmental education of public servants in National Institute of Environmental Human Resource Development(NIERD). Based on CIPP model, Evaluation areas and items were made. The data were collected through interviews, questionnaires and training and development team's internal information from November, 2005 to January, 2006. Based on the interviews and survey of 11 employee from training and development team, context factors, input factors, process factors, product factors were evaluated. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, the problem of the environmental education of environmental officials indicated lack of interest about education of Ministry of Environment, lack of education expense, lack of expertise of employee in training and development team, and so on. Second, the curriculum for environmental officials was not considered the environmental officials' readiness for education, developmental level and competency. Suggestions for future research were offered.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate an airline service training program based on the CIPP model. Evaluation areas were divided into context, input, process, and product. We analyzed the factors which influenced program satisfaction and recommendation of the training program. Two hundred and one learners who participated in an airline service training program were selected for a survey. The results of this study are as follows. The factors which positively influenced training satisfaction were educational goals in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, managing programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training satisfaction was human resources in input evaluation. On the other hand, the factors which positively influenced training recommendation were educational goal, assessing needs in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, supporting programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training recommendation was assessing needs in context evaluation. The results of this study are expected to make an important contribution to the development of service training programs in airlines.

This study analyzed nineteen best-practices (161 sub-programs) regarding school library media program. The authors conducted content analysis based on The Library Media Specialist's Taxonomy and the CIPP Model. In the analysis of taxonomy showing the degree of involvement of librarian teachers, Level Seven indicating a concerted effort to promote school library program was the most important (37.6%). Among the ten levels of taxonomy, the highest level (levels 6 to 10, high involvement of librarians) accounted for 65.9%. According to the analysis of the CIPP Model, (Context) most of the excellent programs were aimed at reading education (41.5%) and library use education (11.3%), and more than half (53.8%) cases were initiated by learners' needs. (Input) excellence programs employed various teaching materials and were operated at fixed time. (Process) the programs were run in a variety of ways, mainly with reading instruction (30.4%) and cultural activities (17.3%). (Product) As a fruit of programs, students and parents' satisfaction, students' achievement, self-confidence, and self-improvement were reported.

The purpose of this research was to develop evaluation conformity to operate courses based on CIPP evaluation model dedicated to approval of training organizations. In order to achieve the goal, the researchers scrutinized related documents and precedent studies, initiated the draft for evaluation conformity to operate courses and secured validity for evaluation conformity initiated through Delphi Method survey. To secure validity for evaluation conformity, the researchers conducted two Delphi Method surveys of an expert panel of 22 professionals from relevant fields including officials from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, researchers from Korea Transportation Safety Authority, instructors from approved training organizations and officials from industries. Through the surveys, the researchers determined 4 evaluation areas, 13 evaluation items and 52 evaluation indexes as the evaluation conformity to operate courses for aircraft maintenance mechanics. On top of that, the researchers established evaluation system in the courses for aviation professionals (aircraft maintenance mechanics), and suggested a follow-up studies regarding managing the quality of education.

The purpose of this study was to spread the education of human creativity program and its possibility of consistency, and its application to school system by exploring the evaluation system that determines the valuable and useful decisions. This study was based on the evaluation system according to CIPP model regarding the program's general ideas and its role. The interest of the education of human creativity was increasing as well as its progress of program, and we searched 13 figures and 55 evaluation index according to increase the program's effectiveness and nation-wise situation of evaluation model. The conclusion of this study was that the human creativity program's evaluation was composed of six compartments. And the context evaluation was composed of three evaluation models and eleven index, and input evaluation was composed of three evaluation model and 15 index, while process evaluation is composed of three evaluation models and thirteen evaluation index. Lastly, output evaluation had four evaluation model and sixteen index.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of university convergence curriculum using CIPP model. With 758 data surveys of professors and students participating in K University's convergence education, the analysis of differences according to group characteristics and the factors affecting performance recognition and course satisfaction were analyzed. As a result of analysis, first, class activity(CA) was the highest (M=3.85), and coursework design(CD) was the lowest (M=3.35), and there were significant differences in the course objectives, course content, and class activities according to the characteristics of the group. Second, the factors affecting the performance recognition and course satisfaction of the convergence curriculum were needs analysis, coursework design, learner activity, performance recognition, and course satisfaction. In conclusion, it suggests that from the planning stage, it should be designed to reflect the needs of professors and students, and to improve satisfaction and performance recognition with novel contents and active teaching and learning activities. This study can be used as basic data for improving the quality of the convergence curriculum.

This study investigates the factors affecting the educational satisfaction and the transfer of learning of cyber crime prevention education students in order to confirm the effectiveness of the current education. Based on the CIPP model, we confirmed whether the level of social demand and the level of knowledge in the context evaluation, recency of subjects in the input evaluation and interaction in the process evaluation affect the educational satisfaction and the transfer of learning of the students by conducting the survey for the students. As a result of analysis, it was proved that the level of knowledge, recency of subjects and interaction had a significant relationship with the educational satisfaction and recency of subjects, interaction and educational satisfaction significantly affect transfer of learning. Based on the findings, this study provides a few constructive suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the cyber crime prevention education program.
