  • The quality of the data is the most basic prerequisite for effective use of data. Problems and the resulting loss due to error data has emerged using case studies and a number of, to a national, quality certification system of the data has been enforced, you must manage to generate data study on the method for selecting the point of view of an organization's data CTQ is a very unsatisfactory state of affairs. Selected CTQ main data is subject to quality control in the organization, to develop criteria for CTQ data side of the business and IT so that it can be managed in a systematic manner, the proposed model, to filter the data accordingly presented in detail how to manage enterprise-wide CTQ data that can be quantified Te. By utilizing SPSS, factor analyzes, for which I used the AHP method for quantification. In particular, we present a framework of management measures along the maturity of the data in the organization due to the enforcement of authentic quality certification system of DB, utilizing the CTQ-DSMM model readily applicable to practice.

  • The quality control of data is important element in data usage activations and decision makings. This paper is on how to extract the major critical data by each institution or organization selves. It proposes a social network analysis as a way to extract a table of high influence degree from a dynamic meta-data. The proposed CTQ data extraction method using SNA proved the fact that it is possible to extract highly accurate CTQ data by scientific measures of three-dimensional approach to real business situations without professional technicians. It is a new way that will change the goings on CTQ data management in IT sector and will improve the quality management level of an organization when applied to the real world.

  • In order to find out the customer requirements and to develop new products more effectively, the Kano model and QFD(Quality Function Deployment), AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) developed and applied. But, Many companies difficult to select the CTQ(Critical to Quality) of new product. Especially the life cycle of cell phone is very short. In this thesis, the Kano model and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for finding the CTQ(Critical to Quality) for customer satisfaction are suggested. It is explained and discussed with the example of cell phone.

  • CTQ's choice is an important process for quality improvement. It is difficult to get customer satisfaction if CTQ is not chosen properly in view of improvement effort. However, case study or research about the supporting method for CTQ choice is not yet fully accomplished. In this paper, we propose an effective method for CTQ choice considering customer requirement through QFD as well as safety by using AHP which is one of strategic decision-making techniques for product safety. Also we show an empirical study on its application to the auto test robot system of mobile phone development.

  • As customer's needs change rapidly in recent days, the evaluation scale about service quality is changing against the variation of the customer's needs. It is fact that the need of change which established evaluation ways about service quality rise more and more. 6-Sigma activity, called "most innovative management strategy in 20th Century", have many problems apply to service company. The important one between these problems is the problem about Critical To Quality(CTQ) Selection caused from the absence of more precise evaluation system. The objective of this study is the development of methodology for CTQ selection coincide to service company. It is the basic logic that the way to regard MOT mainly effects about total customer satisfaction index(CSI) as CTQ, after the development of the evaluation system based on MOT with customers. Also, the study focused on the case of department store progress to exhibit the reasonableness of this logic.

  • K-company, being in charge of domestic railway construction and facilities management, got a success rate of 41% with the implement of a improvement scheme by prosecuting of 6 Sigma and the achievement of CTQ (Success criteria : more than 0.5 in achievement of CTQ). It is clear that the factors having an effect on achievement of CTQ are the level of project when pushing forward the project(Big Y and small y according to the scope of the work), the degree of interest of an officer in charge like sponsors, and the continuous feedback toward the implement of a improvement scheme. For improvement CTQ achievement, firstly redefine about a type of project. Secondly, derive small y by Big Y and derives a unit work by small y. Then grouping the unit works and achieve Big Y by performing of every unit work as an executive subject. Thirdly organize a committee of subject selection which is supervised by the general manager. Therefore exhibit staff's leadership, for example motivation, by strong incentives. Lastly, provide ongoing learning and enhance system monitoring about a result management of an betterment execution department.

  • The project objectives, called critical-to-quality (CTQs) in six sigma, should be defined to faithfully reflect the customer requirements. The identification of such a set of CTQs, which is currently done using brainstorming in practice, is a challenging task. Notwithstanding the rapid growth of the six sigma literature, development of a systematic procedure for identifying CTQs has scarcely been addressed. This paper proposes a systematic method for generating CTQ candidates based on the given voice of the customer in the DFSS/C (Design for Six Sigma / Commercial) context. By providing a step-by-step procedure, the proposed method ensures that all the important CTQ candidates are identified and subjective judgments are minimally required. Hence, the shortcomings associated with the existing practice based on brainstorming can be effectively overcome. The unique characteristics of the proposed method are also demonstrated via a case study.

  • This intensity is now on a global scale with countless universities across the globe competing for better services, programs and diplomas. For to counteract such a considerable change, in this paper CTQ(Critical to Quality) is extracted for the improvement of the education quality using QFD(Quality Function Development) in college. QFD is a structured approach to seek out voice of customers, understanding their needs, and ensure that their needs are met. First of all, the requirements of the customer are surveyed and analyzed, and then with these results the strategic alternatives are decided. In sequence, the importance and assessment ratings on the requirement of customers are surveyed. Finally, from the relation between the requirement of customers and the strategic alternatives the CTQ is extracted. The derived CTQ is reviewed and analyzed in detail. It'll have major positive effects on the competitiveness of college as well as the education quality of departments.
