The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Grit and Self-elasticity on Carrer Identity of nursing students. Data were collected among 193 nursing students in G city, from Sep 4 to 15 2023. The collected data was analyzed a using t-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression using SPSS 20.0 WIN program. The results revealed that the average score for Self-elasticity was 3.42±0.45, Grit was 3.63±0.60, Carrer Identity was 4.06±0.79. students acquired Self-elasticity by gender as per general characteristics. The Carrer Identity showed statistically significant differences in gender. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between the Carrer Identity of Self-elasticity(r=.370, p=.000), and Grit(r=.283, p=.000). Carrer Identity showed Models including the variables, Self-elasticity, Gender, Grit explained 22.6% of the variance in the Carrer Identity stress. Based on the outcome of this study, steps should be taken to design intervention program that emphasize a improve Carrer Identity for nursing students.

The purpose of this study is to examine the differences between major satisfaction, university life adjustment, self-esteem, career identity according to the time of department selection of students in the department of occupational therapy. Frequencies, descriptive statistics, chi-square test, ANOVA was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The major satisfaction and career identity have statistically significant difference according to the time of department selection. As the time of department selection was earlier(in high school), major satisfaction and career identity turned out to be higher than other times(before application period or application period). Thus, in order to effective life guidance and career guidance for the students in the department of occupational therapy after admission, the carrer programs that convergent the characteristics of the department of occupational therapy are needed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate relationships among career identity, satisfaction in major, and adjustment to college life for students who major in food and nutrition that is complex and has diversity of carrier and to serve as a guideline for career counselling and college life. After reliability and validity of the data collected were verified using IBM SPSS Statistics 22, difference in variables according to characteristics of students was examined using independent t-test, ANOVA, and chi-square test. The results showed that there was a positive correlation among career identity, satisfaction in major, and adjustment to college life and students who had prior knowledge of their major showed a higher level of career identity, satisfaction in major and adjustment to college life compared to those who did not. Therefore, it is suggested that guidance on Department of Food and Nutrition should be provided to students before they decide on their major for their increased satisfaction in major, smooth adjustment to college life, and career decision. With this data, we recognize the gravity of psychological factor and carrer consciousness may provide base data to practical use of student life and carrer guidance.
