지구과학 예비교사들은 '수업'에서 무엇을 보는가? -예비교사들의 수업 경험과 비평을 통해서- (What Do Earth Science Pre-service Teachers See in Class? -Through Pre-service Teachers' Experiences and Criticism of Class-)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 지구과학 예비교사들이 수업 시연을 평가하며 좋은 과학 수업이 무엇이라고 생각하는지 알아보는 것이다. 연구는 우리나라 중부지방에 위치한 교사 양성 대학에 재학 중인 대학교 2학년 학생 32명을 대상으로 진행되었다. 32명의 예비교사들은 2인 1조로 수업을 시연하여 총 16회의 수업이 시연되었다. 또 자신의 수업을 제외한 15회의 수업에 참여하면서 수업을 평가하였다. 이렇게 수집된 평가지는 모두 480장이었다. 이 평가지를 분석하여 지구과학 예비교사들이 생각하는 좋은 과학수업에 대해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 예비교사들의 좋은 과학 수업에 대한 관점은 3개 범주 9개의 주제 묶음으로 분석할 수 있었다. 3개의 범주는 '참여도가 높은 수업', '잘 구성된 수업 설계', '양질의 수업자료'이었다. 즉 예비교사들은 잘 짜여진 수업 설계, 활발한 상호작용이 좋은 과학 수업의 요건으로 생각하고 있었다. 이 연구는 예비교사들이 수업 시연 및 수업 평가의 경험을 통해 좋은 과학 수업에 대한 이미지를 그려갈 수 있다는 것을 확인시켜 주었다.

수해양계 예비교사의 수업시연을 위한 수업컨설팅 수업모형 개발 (Development of Teaching Model for Teaching Demonstration of Pre-service Fisheries and Marine School Teachers through Class Consulting)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a teaching model to improve teaching demonstration competence of pre-service Fisheries and Marine teachers through class consulting. The results were as follows: First, the results of a survey on perception of 19 pre-service teachers showed that most of them did not know exactly about the teaching demonstration. Second, a teaching model through class consulting was developed in four stages: Preparation for class, doing lesson, watching lesson, reflecting class. Third, the developed lessons model was applied for 6 weeks, but it was hard to expect much change just for 6 weeks. If discussions about the content of the lesson plan are haven during prior class consulting, this will be helpful for pre-service teachers in making the real teaching plan. The class performer have to write a report on class analysis because it is necessary to try systematic analysis on teaching demonstration.

Price-Based Quality-of-Service Control Framework for Two-Class Network Services

  • This paper presents a price-based quality-of-service (QoS) control framework for two-class network services, in which circuit-switched and packet-switched services are defined as "premium service class" and "best-effort service class," respectively. Given the service model, a customer may decide to use the other class as a perfect or an imperfect substitute when he or she perceives the higher utility of the class. Given the framework, fixed-point problems are solved numerically to investigate how static pricing can be used to control the demand and the QoS of each class. The rationale behind this is as follows: For a network service provider to determine the optimal prices that maximize its total revenue, the interactions between the QoS-dependent demand and the demand-dependent QoS should be thoroughly analyzed. To test the robustness of the proposed model, simulations were performed with gradually increasing customer demands or network workloads. The simulation results show that even with substantial demands or workloads, self-adjustment mechanism of the model works and it is feasible to obtain fixed points in equilibrium. This paper also presents a numerical example of guaranteeing the QoS statistically in the short term-that is, through the implementation of pricing strategies.

애플리케이션형 텍스트북 제작툴과 수업관리시스템의 융합형 교육서비스 개발방안 (Development of the Convergent Education Service with the Application Type of the Textbook Development Tool and Class Management System)

  • It is the concept of this paper to build up the convergence type of the total class service system, and the goal is to develop the education services, which are differentiated from existing digital textbooks and development tools. We establish developmental programs and convergence strategies from market analyses related to apps and digital education. Then this paper proposes 'E-Class Author Service System (ECA)' as an education service system based on the tablet PC. It is the convergence system of the app type of textbook development tool and class management system. Teachers can produce and develop class materials and textbooks using the app type of textbook development tool in ECA service system. They can also add necessary functions from the class management system for efficient class progress. ECA improves the interaction and communication between a teacher, student and parents in the sever-based network. This study expects that ECA will achieve prior occupation of the app market as an educational app development tool and reduce private education expenses.

'좋은 수업'에 대한 현직교사와 예비교사의 인식 연구 - 지양해야 할 수업 형태와 관련하여 - (A Study on Perception of Good Instruction between In-service and Pre-service Teachers)

  • 좋은 수업이란 무엇인가? '좋은' 이라는 용어가 갖는 상대성, 복합성, 상황성 등으로 인해 좋은 수업에 대해 정의하기란 쉽지 않을 것이다. '수업'은 학교교육의 핵심적인 활동이며 '좋은' 학교 만들기의 전제이자, 학교교육 개혁의 출발점이 된다. 본 연구에서는 '좋은 수업'의 반대급부로 '지양해야 할 수업 형태'에 대한 개방형 질문지를 바탕으로 현직교사 150명, 교사와 학생의 중간 입장에 있는 예비교사 160명의 인식 차이를 통해 좋은 수업의 의미를 도출해 보고자 연구를 진행하였다. 자료분석을 위해 Nvivo 8.0을 사용하였으며, 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다: 첫째, 현직교사가 인식하는 '지양해야 할 수업 형태'는 단일수업기법적용, 지시적 수업, 비체계적인 수업진행, 교수역량부족, 성적 및 경쟁 중시 수업, 상호작용 부족, 학생수준 비고려, 비인격적 행위, 환경 열악 및 지원 부족 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비교사가 인식하는 '지양해야 할 수업 형태'는 단일수업기법적용, 비체계적인 수업진행, 교수역량부족, 지시적 수업, 비인격적 행위, 성적 및 경쟁 중시 수업, 학생수준 비고려, 상호작용 부족, 환경 열악 및 지원 부족 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, '지양해야 할 수업 형태'에 대해 현직교사와 예비교사의 인식에는 큰 차이가 없었으며, 현직교사와 예비교사의 통합 빈도 순위는 단일수업기법적용, 비체계적인 수업진행, 지시적 수업, 교수역량부족으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 현직교사에게는 자신의 수업 전문성을 되짚어보고 학생에 대해 그리고 수업에 대한 태도를 반추해 보는 준거로, 예비교사는 앞으로 체계적인 수업을 설계하고 좋은 수업을 이끌어갈 수 있는 실제적인 지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

B3G 네트워크에서 동적 SLA 기반 QoS 방안 (A QoS Management Scheme on Dynamic SLA in B3G Networks)

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a service providing scheme by a service class agreement between a user and a service provider SLA allows that a user can select an expected service class in various service classes provided from a service provider. Recently, SLA management is adapted to support the end-to-end Qos for service users in Beyond 3 Generation (B3G) networks. In B3G networks, SLA provides multiple service classes on access networks so that service classes should be managed to assure the service satisfaction for users. In this paper, we propose a dynamic Qos management scheme by IP traffic class controlling based on SLA in B3G networks. Also, to manage dynamic traffic service, we consider Differentiated services (Diffserv) mechanism for the resource management by SLA. An If service traffic class on SLA can be dynamically changed by Diffserv traffic management to support dynamic end-to-end Qos. Hence, in this paper, we consider the buffer threshold scheme for controlling traffic loads and the traffic level control scheme for implementing the dynamic traffic management by the SLA.

ATM 스위치에서 폐기 임계치를 가진 셀전송비율 제어형 우선순위 제어방식의 성능 분석 (Performance analysis of priority control mechanism with cell transfer ratio and discard threshold in ATM switch)

  • ATM switch handles the traffic for a wide range of appliations with different QOS(Quality-of-Service) requirements. In ATM switch, the priority control mechanism is needed to improve effectively the required QOS requirements. In this paper, we propose a priority control mechanism using the cell transfer ratio type and discard threshold in order to archive the cell loss probability requirement and the delay requirement of each service class. The service classes of our concern are the service class with high time priority(class 1) and the service class with high loss priority control mechanism, cells for two kind of service classes are stored and processed within one buffer. In case cells are stored in the buffer, cells for class 2 are allocated in the stored and processed within one buffer. In case cells are stored in the buffer, cells for class 2 are allocated in the shole range of the buffer and cells for class 1 are allocated up to discard threshold of the buffer. In case cells in the buffer are transmitted, one cell for class 1 is transmitted whenever the maximum K cells for class 2 are transmitted consecutively. We analyze the time delay and the loss probability for each class of traffic using Markov chain. The results show that the characteristics of the mean cell delay about cells for class 1 becomes better and that of the cell loss probability about cells for class 2 becomes better by selecting properly discard threshold of the buffer and the cell transfer ratio according to the condition of input traffic.

예비교사와 경력교사의 과학 수업 관점 비교 (A Comparison of Viewpoints on the Science Lesson between Pre-service Teachers and Experienced Teachers)

  • The competence of teachers, comes out through their lesson, is one of the key factors of school education. The purpose of this study is comparing the viewpoints on the science lessons in the elementary classrooms between pre-service teachers and highly experienced teachers in order to draw implications on pre-service teacher educating system. The participants of the study are 14 junior students in a university of education and 9 elementary school teachers who are highly educated and have much career experience. Each student participant observed one video clip with science lesson of their classmate. The total number of the video subject to observation is 4. Meanwhile experienced teachers observed 1 or 2 videos which are the same to those the students watched. The participants made a class criticism according to the General Standards for Class Critique made by KICE. The in-depth analysis of the criticism yielded the following conclusions; First, pre-service teachers had narrow views on the science class mainly limited in the practical part of class, but experienced teachers had wide views covered to class-knowledge, plan, and practice. Second, most experienced teachers thought that learning is the process by which students acquire knowledge or concepts by themselves, and the main purpose of the class is to help students' learning. Meanwhile, there were many pre-service teachers who thought that conveying knowledge or concepts to students was the main purpose of the class. Third, experienced teachers thought that a good science class should maintain consistency around the learning goals from the planning, implementation, and evaluation. However, many pre-service teachers did not take the learning objectives so seriously.

Delay Performance of Multi-Service Network with Strict Priority Scheduling Scheme

  • Strict priority scheduling scheme is a good candidate for the implementation of service differentiation in an Internet because of simplicity in implementation and the capability to guarantee the delay requirement of the highest class of traffic. However, it is also blown that strict priority starves the lower-class traffic at the cost of prioritizing the higher-class traffic. The purpose of this work is to propose an analytic method which can estimate the average delay performance of Diffserv service architecture and shows that strict priority scheme does not sacrifice the lower class traffic over a diverse condition of the load. From the numerical experiments for three-class Diffserv network we validate our argument that strict priority scheme may be applied to a service differentiation scheme for the future Internet.

예비 과학 교사가 탐구 점수표에 따라 분석한 현장 과학 수업 (An analysis of Science Class According to Inquiry Score by Pre-Service Science Teacher)

  • 학생들의 학업 성취에 교사가 결정적인 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 학교 현장에서 이루어지고 있는 과학 수업을 과학 예비교사들이 분석하였다. 과학 교사의 수업을 분석 위한 검사 도구는 수업, 학생 행동, 교사 행동, 발문의 4가지영역으로 구성되었다. 100명의 과학 교사의 수업을 예비 교사들이 참관한 것을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 예비교사들은 과학 교사의 수업은 탐구 중심으로 이루어지지 못하고 있는 것으로 분석하였다. 교사의 성과 연령의 특성에 따라서 과학 수업에 통계적인 차이가 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 과학 수업이 개념 중심 그리고 교사 중심으로 수업이 이루어지고 있음을 분석하였다.
