Advances in technology have given educators a tool to empower them to assist with developing the best possible human resources. Teachers at universities prefer to use more modern technological advances to help them educate their students. This opens up a necessity to research the capabilities of cloud-based learning services so that educational solutions can be found among the available options. Based on that, this essay looks at models and levels of deployment for the e-learning cloud architecture in the education system. A project involving educators explores whether gement Systems (LMS) can function well in a collaborative remote learning environment. The study was performed on how Blackboard was being used by a public institution and included research on cloud computing. This test examined how Blackboard Learn performs as a teaching tool and featured 60 participants. It is evident from the completed research that computers are beneficial to student education, especially in improving how schools administer lessons. Convenient tools for processing educational content are included as well as effective organizational strategies for educational processes and better ways to monitor and manage knowledge. In addition, this project's conclusions help highlight the advantages of rolling out cloud-based e-learning in higher educational institutions, which are responsible for creating the integrated educational product. The study showed that a shift to cloud computing can bring progress to educational material and substantial improvement to student academic outcomes, which is related to the increased use of better learning tools and methods.
Purpose - In the 21st century, as information technology advances alongside the emergence of the 4th generation, industrial age, industrial environment has become individualized and customized. It is important to hire good quality employees for good service in the industry. The e-learning market is growing every year. Although e-learning companies are finding better quality employees in e-learning, it is not easy to find it. Companies also spend a lot of time and cost to find employee. On the employees side, they want to get a job freely when they want, but they cannot find their job easily. Furthermore, the labor market environment is changing fast. In the 4th generation, industrial age, employers require to find manpower whenever they need and want at little cost. So of their own accord, we have considered the necessity of management of human resources for employees and employers in e-learning. The purpose of this study is to propose a human cloud platform framework for enabling an efficient management of human resources in e-learning industry. Research design, data, and methodology - To pinpoint the items of a human cloud platform framework, the study was initiated according to the following process. First, items of competency relating to e-learning instructional designer was analyzed. Second, based on the items of information from this analysis, selection and validity verification took place with 5 e-learning specialists group. Third, the opinion of experts who were in charge of hiring in e-learning companies were collated with the questionnaire. Lastly, the human cloud platform framework was proposed based on opinion results. Results - The framework was comprised of 7 domains and 27 items in order to develop the human cloud platform for e-learning instructional designer. The analysis results showed that the most highly considered item were 'skill (4.60)' that employee already have the capability. Following this (in order) were 'project type (4.56)', 'work competency (4.56)', and 'strength area of instructional design (4.52)'. Conclusions - The 27 items in the human cloud platform framework were suggested in this study. Following this, we can consider to develop the human cloud platform for finding a job and hiring e-learning instructional designer easily. For successful platform operation, we need to consider reliability between employer and employee. In addition, we need quality assurance system based on operation has public confidence.

Cloud-based e-learning (CBEL) represents a promising technological frontier. Existing literature has presented a diverse array of findings regarding the determinants that influence the adoption of CBEL. The primary objective of this study is to conduct an exhaustive examination of the available literature, aiming to determine the key predictors of CBEL utilization by employing the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology. A comprehensive review of 35 articles was undertaken, shedding light on the status of CBEL as an evolving field. Notably, there has been a discernible downturn in related research output during the COVID-19 pandemic, underscoring the temporal dynamics of this subject. It is noteworthy that a significant portion of this research has emanated from the Asian continent. Furthermore, the dominance of the technology acceptance model (TAM) in research frameworks is affirmed by our findings. Through a rigorous thematic analysis, our study identified five overarching themes, each encompassing a diverse range of sub-themes. These themes encompass 1) technological factors, 2) individual factors, 3) organizational factors, 4) environmental factors, and 5) security factors. This categorization provides a structured framework for understanding the multifaceted nature of CBEL adoption determinants. Our study serves as a compass, guiding future research endeavours in this domain. It underscores the imperative for further investigations utilizing diverse theoretical frameworks, contextual settings, research methodologies, and variables. This call for diversity and expansion in research efforts reflects the dynamic nature of CBEL and the evolving landscape of e-learning technologies.
The widespread development of IT, growth of Web 2.0 application, the proliferation of personal hand held devices with access to the internet, and the availability of wireless networks, each have played an important role in creating the cloud computing model. Cloud computing is a business model and new trend of web application technology. The term is often used in the same context as grid computing or utility computing. In the cloud computing environment, we are able to use the same all of hardware resources in the server and share information easily. In this paper, we aimed a study to apply e-learning part to cloud computing environment. For this purpose, we proposed an application of LMS and LCMS based e-learning in the cloud computing environment. So LMS including LCMS connected to data center of cloud computing.
Purpose In this study, we investigated the impact of perceived risk and switching costs on switching intention to cloud service based on PPM (Pull-Push-Mooring) model. Design/methodology/approach We focused on revealing the switching factors of the switching intention to the cloud services. The switching factors to the cloud services were defined as perceived risk consisting of performance risk, economic risk, and security risk, and switching costs consisting of financial and learning costs. On the PPM model, we defined the pull factors consisting of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and the push factor as satisfaction of the legacy system, and the mooring factor as policy supports. Findings The results of this study as follows; (1) Among the perceived risk factors, performance risk has a negative effect on the ease of use of pull factors, and finally it was found to affect the switching intention to the cloud services. Therefore, cloud service providers need to improve trust in cloud services, service timeliness, and linkage to the legacy systems. And it was found that economic risk and security risk among the perceived risk factors did not affect the switching intention to the cloud services. (2) Of the perceived risk factors, financial cost and learning cost did not affect the satisfaction of the legacy system, which is a push factor. It indicates that the respondents are positively considering switching to cloud service in the future, despite the fact that the respondents are satisfied with the use of the legacy system and are aware of the switching cost to cloud service. (3) Policy support was found to improve the switching intention to cloud services by alleviating the financial and learning costs required for cloud service switching.

Cloud Computing has emerged as an extensively used technology not only in the IT sector but almost in all sectors. As the nature of the cloud is distributed and dynamic, the jeopardies present in the current implementations of virtualization, numerous security threats and attacks have been reported. Considering the potent architecture and the system complexity, it is indispensable to adopt fundamentals. This paper proposes a secure authentication and data sharing scheme for providing security to the cloud data. An efficient IPSO-KELM is proposed for detecting the malicious behaviour of the user. Initially, the proposed method starts with the authentication phase of the data sender. After authentication, the sender sends the data to the cloud, and the IPSO-KELM identifies if the received data from the sender is an attacked one or normal data i.e. the algorithm identifies if the data is received from a malicious sender or authenticated sender. If the data received from the sender is identified to be normal data, then the data is securely shared with the data receiver using SHA256-RSA algorithm. The upshot of the proposed method are scrutinized by identifying the dissimilarities with the other existing techniques to confirm that the proposed IPSO-KELM and SHA256-RSA works well for malicious user detection and secure data sharing in the cloud.

When automatic speech recognition (ASR) is provided as a cloud service, it is easy to collect voice and application domain data from users. Harnessing these data will facilitate the provision of more personalized services. In this paper, we demonstrate our transfer learning-based knowledge service that built with the user-generated data collected through our novel system that deliveries personalized ASR service. First, we discuss the motivation, challenges, and prospects of building up such a knowledge-based service-oriented system. Second, we present a Quadruple Transfer Learning (QTL) method that can learn a classification model from a source domain and transfer it to a target domain. Third, we provide an overview architecture of our novel system that collects voice data from mobile users, labels the data via crowdsourcing, utilises these collected user-generated data to train different machine learning models, and delivers the personalised real-time cloud services. Finally, we use the E-Book data collected from our system to train classification models and apply them in the smart TV domain, and the experimental results show that our QTL method is effective in two classification tasks, which confirms that the knowledge transfer provides a value-added service for the upper-layer mobile applications in different domains.

Since e-learning is conducted based on the learner's autonomy, motivation to continuously participate is crucial for success in e-learning. As the number of adult learners participating in lifelong education increases, it is necessary to study learner participation and the motivating factors. Drawing upon the Expectancy-Value Theory and Self-Regulated Learning Theory, this study analyzed the influence of motivational factors (value, costs, cognitive regulation, and scheduling) on learner participation. An e-learning program was implemented on MoodleCloud, and learners completed a survey before going through the program. Regression analysis was conducted using the survey response data along with the participation score, calculated using the log data. The results of the analysis demonstrated that value and scheduling significantly influenced learner participation, with gender differences found in value. This means that as adult learners perceive higher value in the e-learning program and possess better scheduling skills, they are more likely to participate. These findings can be utilized in developing teaching and learning strategies for both learners and instructors, ultimately helping to prevent dropout in e-learning.
Nowadays, within the paradigm shift of e-learning, MOOCs service has been expanded among a number of global leading universities and this has affected our domestic universities' e-learning to look for different possibilities and new challenges. In consideration of our domestic educational condition, it is required to contemplate how university e-learning can be changed and developed with focus on MOOCs from the perspective of convergence development. This study suggests plans for convergence development in university e-learning based on MOOCs with conceptual model. We conducted the studies on relevant literature of university e-learning and MOOCs, expert consultation, SWOT analysis, survey for those involved of e-learning centers, etc. Through this process, we developed a final plan which integrates 'open advanced education course service', 'teaching and learning curation service', 'teaching and learning practice service', 'creative teaching and instruction method development and sharing service', and 'cloud based educational platform support service', etc with the perspective of convergence development. Also we designed convergence development plan based on MOOCs. It is assumed that the result of this research provides advanced plans for development of university e-learning and the base for further discussion of introduction and application of MOOCs service in domestic university.

This study aims to propose the main learning contents, functions and activation plans for building an e-learning platform for libraries through a literature review, case analysis and expert survey. Through the literature review, it was found that libraries must play a role in providing high-quality online education for users in the e-learning ecosystem. Based on the previous studies, a learning function analysis tool was developed for the analysis of the library's e-learning platform. Based on this, the learning contents, learning functions and characteristics of library e-learning platforms were analyzed, and expert surveys and interviews were conducted. As a results, the construction of a platform for effectively applying learning processes and technology is essential for the library's sustainable e-learning services. The contents that should be provided for characteristics of library education, reading guidance, information literacy instruction, library usage instruction, and the latest IT technologies. And The main learning functions include the ability to conduct video lectures and real-time classes among learning types, and learning activity support functions, a cloud platform support function and a personalized environment support function. Additionally, suggested re-education for library staff to improve their technical skills and the formation of an e-learning team.
