Pharmacokinetics of eupatilin, an active componets of Stillen\ulcorner, a new antigastritic agent,in rats

  • The pharmacokinetics of eupatilin (an active components of Stillen, a new antigastritic agent) were investigated using UV-HPLC method. The quantitation limit of eupatilin was 10 ng/ml in plasma. After intravenous administration of eupatiln, 30 mg/kg to rats, the plasma concentrations of unchanged eupatilin declined rapidly with the mean terminal half-life of 0.101 hr. Total body clearance was 121 ml/min/kg, and fractions of dose excreted in urine and feces for 24 hr were only 2.5% and 0.919%, respectively. (omitted)

  • The UPS for power plant is mainly used as the critical power supply of power plant. This is very much alike to the general UPS but it requires the special design criteria of power plant. In this study, we designed and develope system according to the design criteria of p plant. In the development of the special system, the designs of IGBT Drive, heat protection and monitoring system, and p components are key techniques. This Paper describes the power circuits, key techniques, the control and monitoring of the developed UPS(DC 125V $3{\Phi}$ 100K Finally, using the UPS we verified superiority through the type test.

  • In spite of nonlinear or step-changing load and line disturbances, the inverter for the UPS must provide the pure sinusoidal output voltage with low THD(Total Harmonics Distortion). This paper proposes an inverter controller for the UPS which has a good dynamic response characteristic and robustness for applying industrial world directly. The inverter output voltage is controlled instantaneously with a double regulation loop by a TMS320C31 Digital Signal Processor so that it has very good dynamic response for nonlinear or step-changing load and line disturbances. To improve the voltage utilization and response characteristics, the Space Vector Modulation(SVM) technique is adapted for the switching method of this system. The characteristics of the proposed control system were verified by simulations and experiments.

  • In this paper a remote monitoring and control system using Modem for UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) is proposed. The conventional remote monitoring system for UPS is used to local remote monitoring system by RS232 or RS485 communication code. But recently. the system is changed to wide remote monitoring and control system using Modem for quick analysis of errors, correction of errors, report of errors and other user-friendly functions. In this study, we designed and develope system which is able to control UPS an monitor errors, statuses, actual values transmitted from UPSs of each site.

  • An uninterruptible power supply(UPS) with parallel operation is used to increase the power capacity of the system or to secure higher reliability at critical loads. In the parallel operating system composed of the multiple UPSs, load-sharing, i.e. current balance control between them is key technique. Because of its low impedance and quick response characteristics, inverter output current changes very rapidly and thereby easily researches an overload condition. The difference between total load current divided by number of operating inverters and its own current is detected as unbalanced current. Then frequency and voltage are controlled to minimize the active component and the reactive component. A good performance of the proposed load-sharing technique is verified by experiments in the parallel operating system with two 40kVA UPSs.

  • A rapid, sensitive and selective liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric (LC/MS/MS) method for the determination of eupatilin in human plasma was developed. Eupatilin and internal standard, (S)-[N-3-(4-(2-(1-methyl-5-tetrazolyl)-pyridine-5-y1)- 3-fluorophenyl)-2-oxo-5-oxazolidinyl]methyl acetamide (DA-7867) were extracted from human plasma by liquid-liquid extraction and analyzed on a phenyl-hexyl column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-ammonium formate (10 mM, pH 3.0) (60:40, v/v).   • 본 연구에서는 VTSO 관점에서 선박 충돌위험도 평가모델(CoRi)을 이용하여 부산항 관제구역내에서 발생한 일반 상선간 준사고 사례에 대한 충돌 위험도와 선종과 선박의 크기를 소형선박(유선 도선 어선 등)으로 가정할 경우 계산된 충돌 위험도를 비교함으로써 VTSO가 일반 상선과 다른 운항 특성을 가진 소형선박의 모니터링 및 충돌 위험 판단의 어려움을 수치적으로 분석 연구고자 한다.

  • Some design technologies of AC traction motor for rolling stocks are presented. AC Traction motors for rolling stocks are operated in worst conditions such as frequent mechanical vibrations, compact design with limited mounting space, severe thermal stress at outside, driven with nonsinusoidal voltage waveform inverters, and so on. Therefore, design procedures must be carefully investigated in the viewpoint of theoritically and practical use. Design procedure contains, the motor size determination, electromagnetic circuit design, insulation system design, vibrations and thermal expansion of rotor bars, temperature rise, as well as output characteristics.

  • The essential oil was prepared by a gas co-distillation method from flavedo of Poncirus trifoliata and was analyzed by GC/ retention index (RI) and GC/MS. The essential oil prepared by a gas co-distillation gave a whole fragrance of Poncirus trifoliata. The identification of the flavor components was performed by multi-dimensional analysis using GC/RI and GC/MS. GC/RI and GC/MS were complementary to each other. In applying GC/RI for identification, it was more effective when two columns of different polarities were used. Thirty volatile flavor constituents were identified in Poncirus trifoliata. Limonene, myrcene, ${\beta}-caryophyllene,\;trans-{\beta}-ocimene$, ${\beta}-pinene$, 3-thujene and 7-geranyloxycoumarin were the major constituents and cis-3-hexenyl acetate, n-hexyl acetate, 2-methyl acetophenone, elixene and elemicine had not been reported earlier as citrus components.
