Currently, the Korean construction industry is shifting its interest to the overseas construction market because of a stagnating domestic market. In the meantime, the international housing construction market is expanding with respect to new city development projects that are supported by population growth and urban migration. Despite the Korean construction industry's expertise in new city development, technology, and systems for apartment supply, the share of Korean players in the international housing construction market is continuously decreasing. As a measure to overcome this situation, the authors of this study considered the paper "The Development of a Cost Effective, Long-life Housing Model and Construction of Testbed," which is currently in progress as a part of national project. Through literature review and interviews with experts, the authors determined that there are "column+minimum interior (infill)" apartments that are similar to the long-life housing in some areas of China, Southeast Asia, and Russia. Candidate countries expected to be feasible for the entry of long-life housing were selected by determining the top countries that have already entered the long-life housing market and analyzing those selections through additional specific techniques. HVAC&R system costs can often be one of the most expensive components, representing approximately 15% of the total construction cost for office buildings. Despite their significant importance, there is a lack of a consistent and homogeneous framework to approximate the estimate research. This research deals with the prediction methodology of HVAC&R system cost with the aim of establishing a common idea for the analysis of the construction cost estimate. Our approach deals with the concept of an HVAC&R set that is composed of subsystems. The matrix combination analysis is examined, and total 960 HVAC&R system cost estimation can be implemented to large scale office buildings.

The railway project is an essential green transportation tool that is considered suitable for the domestic and foreign policy direction of carbon neutrality, but there are some limitations, such as damaging important carbon absorption sources during construction. This study analyzed the environmental impact assessment related to carbon absorption sources of greenhouse gas evaluation items conducted during the railway project, and limitations and implications were derived. The analysis of environmental impact assessment guidelines related to railway projects and carbon absorption sources dealt with prediction and reduction methods related to carbon absorption sources, but guidelines, including environmentally friendly railway construction guidelines, lacked descriptions. Since the greenhouse gas environmental impact assessment, 83 railway project environmental impact assessments have been reviewed, but in some cases, carbon absorption-related predictions have not been implemented, or carbon absorption-related reduction measures have been insufficient. In addition, there were cases where there was a limit to calculating emissions and reduction or where the reduction value was insignificant compared to emissions. In order to supplement the environmental impact assessment in the field of carbon absorption sources related to railway construction projects, alternatives such as quantitative emission and low reduction calculation, review of the no net loss system using the total environmental resource system, and linkage with climate change impact assessment are needed.

The purpose of this research is to provide basic data for the promotion strategy to activate modular construction system as residential facilities, through a study on the architectural planning, institutions and policies and research on connection details, for the use as residential facilities of the modular construction that is not actively supplied for the general residential facilities. As a result, I suggest sample model plan of domestic and foreign case analysis and characteristic of modular construction and practical application of modular construction for Residential Facilities. Owing to many advantages including short construction period structural stability and economic benefits, modular construction is expected to play a role as residential alternative of socially controversial affordable housing and weekend homes, and potential housing shortage after reunification; and to contribute to the development of design automation and industrialized constructions. Though Korea is still lacking development of the system that meets the domestic context, if supported by ongoing researches on the development of construction methods, materials and details, the settlement of appropriate modular residential facilities to suit the national situation will serve a possible alternative solution for many housing and environmental problems.

This paper work treats with the basic characteristics to be investigated in development of a single-phase linear induction motor. The results of this research work have established some important characteristics which should be taken into consideration in the design and construction of this linear motor, And it is also proven that the development of high-voltage linear machine with large capacity is possible.

Death disaster among the disasters in construction field is mainly occurred by crash, and the work plate is the main objects causing crash. This study was performed by interview with workers in construction field to evaluate the consciousness on safety and to analyze the type of use and the state. Finally the problems while using work plate were appeared with its requirements for the improved use. Based on the results from this study, amendments were proposed for some parts of regulation related, and further four types of development on the safe work plate were presented. It is expected that the safer construction environment could be composed by using the results.

건설공사비지수는 과거의 공사데이터를 바탕으로 신규공사의 공사비를 추정할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 공사 수행 중 원가를 구성하는 비목의 가격이 상승 또는 하락할 경우 계약금액을 조정하는데도 활용된다. 국내의 경우 건설공사비지수는 주로 계약금액 조정을 위해 활용되고 있지만 계약금액 조정에 활용되는 지수의 경우 비목별 지수 산정시 건설원가의 변동을 적절하게 반영하지 못하는 문제점이 지적되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 공사비지수 산정에 관한 선행 연구들을 비교 분석하고, 도로 건설공사 내역서의 분석을 통해 노무, 재료, 기계경비를 구성하는 주요 항목들을 중심으로 도로 건설공사비지수를 산정하는 방법론을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 각 비목별 주요 항목의 투입 구성비를 활용한 지수산정 방법론의 적용을 통해서 건설원가의 변동을 적절히 반영하지 못한다는 기존의 문제점이 보완될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

선진국 진입의 길목에 있는 우리나라는 급경사면 축조 및 유지관리에 심혈을 기울이고 있으나, 급경사면 축조를 위해 철근콘크리트 옹벽이나 보강토 옹벽(블럭식, 판넬식) 등이 사용되어지고 있다. 이러한 구조체는 전면형태가 콘크리트 벽체로서 미관의 한계성과 친환경성이 부족한 상태이다. 본 연구는 녹화를 병행할 수 있는 식생토체를 형성하고 현장에서 발생된 불량토를 보강재(부직포) 감싸기(wrapping)방법을 적용한 $80^{\circ}$의 급경사 성토체를 현장에서 직접 축조하였으며, 보강성토체에서 발생될 수 있는 수평변위, 침하량 및 법면에서 발생된 토압 등에 대한 계측을 실시하여 분석하였다. 이러한 보강성토체의 계측 및 시간경과에 따른 법면의 식생활착 등에 대한 조사결과, 향후 녹화가 가능한 급경사 보강토 구조물에 대한 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

건설기술혁신의 원천인 건설기초과학의 진흥과 건설산업의 발전을 위해서는 학회활동의 활성화를 통한 종합적인 방안이 절실히 요구된다 이러한 추세에 발맞춰 국내에서 추진되어지고 있는 연구의 효율화를 기하고, 국제적으로는 아시아${\cdot}$ 태평양경제협력체(Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation:APEC)와 같은 지역공동체의 구성에 있어 건설부문의 주도적 위치를 견지하도록 건설관련학회의 역량강화와 연계를 통하여 미래 국제화 사회를 대비하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국제화 추세에 따른 국가간 기술자 상호인증과 국내 건설관련학회(26개)의 위상정립과 발전방안을 찾기 위하여 한국과학기술단체총연합회에 등록된 학회를 토대로 조사하였다. 이를 통하여 건설관련학회들과 지원기관의 역할강화방안을 도출하고 동시에 지역공동체 구성과 관련된 학회의 역할을 파악하며 그 긍정적인 부분을 지표로 삼고자 한다. 이러한 분석에 의한 다차원적인 문제점 조명을 통해 전체적 시각에서의 국내 현황파악과 국내 현실에 적합한 실현 가능한 방안을 제시하고자 하였고, 또한 건설관련학회들의 역량강화 방안과 연계방안을 위한 기초적인 연구를 수행하였다.
