In a future society where cutting-edge science technology such as artificial intelligence becomes commonplace, the demand for talented people with basic knowledge of mathematics and science is expected to increase continuously, and the educational infrastructure suitable for the characteristics of future generations is still insufficient. In particular, in the case of students taking convergence courses including practical training, there was a problem in communication with the instructor. In this study, we looked at the current status of distance learning at domestic universities that came suddenly due to the global pandemic of COVID-19. In addition, a case study of the use of technology was conducted to facilitate the interaction between instructors and learners through case analysis of distance classes in convergence subjects. Therefore, this study aims to introduce the case of developing lecture contents for smooth convergence education in a non-face-to-face educational environment targeting the developed AI convergence courses and applying them to the education of enrolled students.

As technology convergence is recognized as a driver of innovation, the identification of technology convergence opportunities is critical to expanding a firm's technology portfolio. Recently, wearable technology has emerged as an important factor in creating new business opportunities and providing technology investment alternatives for firms in the era of Industry 4.0. Against this background, this study provides a new patent analysis framework for identifying and proposing technology convergence opportunities in the wearable field. Using 8,621 patents filed between 2011 and 2021, a case study was conducted to identify technological convergence opportunities by applying Word2Vec algorithm. The analysis framework can be divided into four stages, with the final stage recommending potential technology convergence opportunities for a specific candidate firm's technology area by calculating similarities between technology codes. This study aims to better understand the current status of wearable technology development as well as to propose a new methodology for capturing technology convergence opportunities in the wearable industry. The case study result suggests that the convergence of healthcare and ICT may provide new development opportunities. Furthermore, the results are expected to provide alternative perspectives on the development of new markets and technologies using wearable technology and can support the strategic decision-making on future technology planning in the wearable field.

The size of global IT convergence market is expected to increase more and more and cloud computing in industrial convergence environment provides the useful solutions to support convergence environment between other industries. It is necessary and important to predict and develop integrated service structures and types of combining cloud computing and other application technologies. Therefore this paper presents technical factors to provide cloud service. In additions, the requirement and technical factors for various convergence service models are introduced and analyzed using use case which is efficient modelling methodology to construct many system. Using the research results, we performed the case study to develop a convergence cloud service. Eventually, this study is expected to use the basic researches to develop the various the multidisplinary cloud service models based on use case to create the new values.

Today's universities have a keen interest in educational reform. The issue of population decline in college-age due to population decline is not new. Universities have been developing quantitatively for a long time and are now considering ways to survive rather than qualitative growth. Since the sharp decline in the school-age population due to the population decline has no clear solution immediately, universities are overcoming this crisis by creating many alternatives. Attracting international students is one of them. In this study, the effectiveness of photovoice was examined through the analysis of the case of the Korean-Japanese convergence cartoon class. The photo-voice method has sufficient potential as a teaching method for foreign convergence classes and can be expected to play a role as a teaching method suitable for students participating in convergence classes with different social, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds. In particular, in the convergence class, since participating students generate research materials through photo production, it can be a tool for inner exploration necessary for webtoon production and a tool for narrative inquiry for storytelling. It is expected that expanding the understanding and use of photo voice will have the methodological value of convergence classes. In addition, the teaching method using photo voice produced in the composition of photos and stories is likely to be used as an appropriate tool for convergence classes for students with different social, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds.

As the convergence among technologies is reorganizing industry sectors, it is quite important to evaluate the probability of technological convergence, and to analyze how the technologies in a certain industry sector affect the same or other industry sectors. As a result, the large number of studies have been focused on the industry convergence. However, most of them have dealt mainly with case studies or strategy and policies and few efforts have been made to study it using quantitative data. The investigation of industry convergence using quantitative data will help understand the characteristics of industry and forecast the future of the industry from an objective point of view. Therefore, this research proposes a methodology to evaluate the possibilities of industry convergence using patent data. In particular, we emphasize the possibilities of technology convergence and suggest a technology relationship matrix to evaluate the technology convergence, as an antecedent of industry convergence. The feasibility and utility of the suggested methodology was verified with a case study on the convergence of IT and BT. The research results are expected to provide a useful guideline for developing a measure of convergence.

This study reduced and built Street Canyons created by skyscrapers in order to verify effect of Street Canyons by green wall within the city centre and analysed influence factors on temperature reduction according to applicative types of green wall in the lab. Applicative types were divided into three types such as non- greening type(Case A), one-side greening type(Case B), both side greening type(Case C). The result of analysis of each types showed that average temperature of Case B and Case C is respectively $1.0^{\circ}C$ and $1.7^{\circ}C$ lower than Case A. The result of analysis of WBGT was that the highest temperature was given by Case A($40.2^{\circ}C$) and second one was from Case B($39.8^{\circ}C$) and third one was from ($39.1^{\circ}C$) and in UTCI Case A records the highest temperature of $34.7^{\circ}C$ and Case B provided the second highest temperature of $33.9^{\circ}C$ and Case B gave the lowest temperature of $32.7^{\circ}C$. In PMV the highest temperature of 2.65 was from Case B and second one of 2.61 was from Case A and third one of 2.54 was from Case C. Duncan analysis of each types based on solar radiation and thermal comfort generated that there was analytical significance between Case A and Case B and Case B in terms of each types of average temperature reduction. The significance of thermal comfort in WBGT, MRT, PMV showed non-significance but, In UTCI it was analysed that there was significance between Case C and Case A.

This paper deals with the characteristics of the various fields of convergence studies and the current status of convergence education in domestic universities, based on a case study of Hanbat National University. Each case of convergence education for domestic universities is categorized and analyzed based on the disciplines of the convergence studies. Based on this analysis, a direction for the convergence education policy of university is suggested. The first suggestion is that convergence education should be based on the voluntary recognition of the necessity and meanings of it for both students and educators. Second is that the content of convergence education should be created according to the characteristics of the universities and related industrial structures. Finally, institutional and financial support from the universities should be extended to the self-organized student study groups.

This study compares and analyzes the results of structural analyses due to three constraint conditions on the emblem for car. The analysis results are studied by investigating the influence due to the column angle combined between the lower plate of amblem and the upper amblem. The combined with the amblem is parallel to the longitudinal axle of the amblem at the first case. The angle combined with the amblem is perpendicular to the lower plate at the second case. The angle combined with the amblem is perpendicular to the amblem at the third case as the last case. The amblem model for car can be thought to be optimized by investigating the fatigue life and the durability of amblem through the simulation of structural and fatigue analyses. And it is possible to be grafted onto the convergence technique at design and show the esthetic sense.

We called a current society the convergence generation. In information society, digital convergence means a service or new product which appeared through fusion of unit technologies in information and communication regions. The effects of convergence technologies and social phenomenons are visualized in overall regions of society such as economy, society, culture, etc. In 2011, The Government introduced "IT Convergence Technology Prediction Survey 2025". This report includes 10 ICT industries. In this paper, we described a smart city which was leading case in digital convergence and related with our life.

Convergence measurements play very important role in the assessment of stability of a tunnel and of the economics of rock reinforcements. The characteristics of convergences are both due to the face advance effect and the time-dependent behaviour of rocks. As the convergence law can be modeled as a specific function of two variables of distance and time, we can determine the type of function and the related parameters from the field measurements. By using the regression method based on the Levengberg-Marquardt algorithm, an analysis of convergence of two different tunnels and one numerical example is described. It is shown that the convergence can be modeled as following function, C(x)=a{1-exp(-bx)} or C(t)=a{1-exp(-bt)} in case of a tunnel excavated in elastic rocks, in case of elasto-plastic or over stressed rocks.
