It does this by focusing on the interaction effect of organizational commitment. Research design, data and methodology: Data was collected from 1,872 participants who took part in the suggestion program of HCCP 6th DATA. This data was subjected to multiple regression analysis. Results: a) higher employee cooperation perception enhances work effectiveness of suggestion program, but relational difference of knowledge diversity between team members has no effect on work efficiency; b) Positive effect of cooperation perception, and difference in education level on work effectiveness become greater as commitment increases. However, organizational commitment decreases the positive effect of difference in organizational tenure on work effectiveness by suggestion program. Conclusion: The results point to the importance of broadening the current conceptual models of employee work effectiveness of suggestion program to include relational demography, as well as the utility of conducting additional cross-level research on suggestion programs.

  • This study examined the effects of consumers' usefulness and the hedonic perception of their willingness to provide information and cooperation intention in the use of location-context based mobile product recommendation services for fashion stores. We examined the influence of consumers' beliefs regarding marketer's information practices on their perceptions of provided services. In addition, the moderating effects of consumers' epistemic curiosity and information control level were investigated. A total of 400 smartphone users were included as participants for the present study. The results showed that consumers who perceived information services as more hedonic and useful are more likely to provide personal information and cooperate with marketers. The findings of the study suggest that fashion retailers who plan to introduce mobile product recommendation services should pay attention to the hedonic aspects of the services. In addition, the effects of usefulness and hedonic perception of the two dependent variables were different according to the level of epistemic curiosity and information control.

  • The object of this research is to examine the factors leading to intercompany win-win by finding the antecedents and consequences that affect a supplier's fairness perception. We assume that the antecedent factors of a supplier's fairness perception are vertical coordination, cooperation support, information sharing, and legalistic plea. We assume that the consequential factors of a supplier's fairness perception are supply chain dependence and supply chain flexibility. The object industry is an electronic parts manufacturing company. We tested our model by using the SPSS 17.0 and the LISREL 8.5. For measurement validation, we verified by using a confirmatory factor analysis and a reliability analysis. For hypothesis analysis, we did a path analysis with the LISREL 8.5. By checking the modification index and expecting parameter changes, we modified the model. First, the buyer's vertical coordination had a positive effect on the supplier's distributive fairness perception and procedural fairness perception. Second, the buyer's cooperation support had no effect on the supplier's distributive fairness perception and procedural fairness perception: we suppose that the buyer's requests were burdensome, although they cooperated with the supplier. Third, the buyer's information sharing had a positive effect on distributive fairness perception but had no direct effect on procedural fairness perception. Fourth, the buyer's legalistic plea had a negative effect on the supplier's distributive fairness perception. and a negative effect on the supplier's procedural fairness perception at a 0.1 significance level. Fifth, although procedural fairness perception had no direct effect on supply chain dependence, fairness perception had an effect on supply chain dependence and supply chain flexibility both directly and indirectly.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of risk perception and opportunistic behavior on project performance and the moderating effect of cooperation in this relationship through literature review to identify factors affecting the performance of large-scale nuclear power plant construction projects. Methods: This study conducted a survey on nuclear power plant construction project participants and verified the hypothesis using statistical methods. Results: The results of this study are as follows; First, risk perception appeared to have a positive effect on opportunistic behavior, and it was confirmed that opportunistic behavior among participating companies could occur even in nuclear power plant construction projects. Second, it has been proven that risk perception has a negative effect on project performance as suggested in previous studies. Third, in the relationship between opportunistic behavior and project performance, it was found that opportunistic behavior had a negative effect on project performance. Finally, cooperation was found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between performance risk and project performance. Conclusion: This study is a case of empirical analysis targeting nuclear power plant construction project workers, and provided a basis for reference in future related academic research and project implementation.

The achievement level of jointed-goal of inter-organization is depended upon the performance of cooperation, which resulted from the conditions and circumstances of cooperation. This paper analyses the effect of inter-organizational cooperation on achievement level of the jointed goal between two organizations with computer simulation model of the system dynamics approach. In the computer simulation model, three factors, goal perception, communication, and control, are considered as a key conditions of cooperation, which impact on the performance of cooperation. Simulation model was constructed with focus on the dynamic interactions between these three factors and the achievement level of jointed-goal.
