Recently, competition in the interior remodeling business is fierce. However, the interior remodeling business is basically B2B, and in this business, sales are basically dictated by the capabilities of salespeople. Therefore, in this study, we intend to develop a model for the core competency of salespeople in the interior remodeling business. To this end, based on the research on the existing competency and competency modeling, the competency model of the salesperson was derived using Dubois' overlay method. A total of 12 core competencies could be defined through the first and second modeling. The subject of this study was focused on LG Hausys, the most representative interior remodeling company in Korea. Based on the core competencies developed in this way, overall sales competencies can be raised through the development of a training course to enhance the sales competencies of salespeople, and a more efficient and objective HR.

Technology transfer has emerged as one of me important key issues for obtaining competitive advantage. To improve the chances of effective technology transfer, a strategic alliance between partners have to mirror respective objectives. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of core competences on organizational performance in domestic companies, including the moderating effect of technology transfer. This study adopted research variables such as technology competence, resource competence, marketing competence as independent variables, with organizational performance as a dependent variable, including the moderating variable of technology transfer. 113 companies data were collected from me survey. The result of this empirical study is summarized as follows. First, marketing, resource, and technology competence are the important determinants to influence organizational performance in direct effect model. Second, only marketing competence has positive influence to organizational performance in organizations with higher needs of technology transfer. Third, technology transfer as a moderating variable moderates me effect of the core competences on organizational performance.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors related to clinical competence of nursing students and to contribute to the education plan of the undergraduate course for the enhancement of clinical competence. The subjects of the study were 227 students in the 4th grade in the college of nursing. Clinical competence based on the general characteristics of the subject, critical thinking disposition, and core basic nursing skills achievement was conducted by an independent t-test, pearson's corelation coefficient, and linear regression model was used for statistical analysis to investigate factors influencing clinical competence. The results showed that intellectual fairness of critical thinking, achievement in middle and low level of core basic nursing skills had an effect on nursing students' clinical competence, and the higher score had the better clinical competence. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to improve intellectual fairness and core basic nursing achievement of nursing students and to prepare an educational program to develop the achievement of high level.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the cases of the multiplex cinema industry of CJ CGV, Lotte Cinema and Megabox to study what CJ CGV's innovative core competence is from a management strategy perspective. Through this, the core competence strategies, Value, Rareness, Inimitability, and Organization(VRIO) were analyzed in order to derive from the major success factors based on the expansion process of Cultureplex. According to the analysis results, CJ CGV's differentiated value roots from Cultureplex, which CJ CGV priorities in creating movie theaters a cultural entertainment hub. The ability of CJ CGV in transforming the cinema into a cultural and living playground through technological innovation is it's cutting edge from its competitors under the rareness factor. A CJ CGV attains its inimitability by establishing social brand power as an inclusive social contribution. An organization of CJ CGV is a globalization worldwide. CJ CGV is to increase the brand value of cultural experience movie theaters and enhance customer satisfaction by expanding the use of existing movie theaters and pioneering with innovative development to theaters. As more to be sought out from this thesis, CJ CGV has steadily increased its competitive edge, raising its core competence of business value.

Hatching and developing great human resource is getting important in these competitive business environments. It is important to define and utilize personalized competence model for individual firm before hatching and developing its HR. Competence is a unique set of behavior shown as a result of sum of knowledge, skill, value and other personal traits in his/her working environment and the systematic process finding and defining the competence is called competence modeling. The purpose of this study was to perform competence modeling for a small-medium size IT firm N especially for its salespeople and offer suggestions of the usage of the result. Competence model was developed by 'Covering general model' suggested by Dubois. To confirm the validity, survey and workshop was conducted and the model was finalized based on the results. As a result, total 14 core competencies were found and defined by the core salesperson of the firm N. Also the competencies were categorized into three based on the timing of the usage. Additionally, this study offers the ways to utilize the result as foundation for competence based HR system and HRD program for firm N.

The main goal of this study is to examine the competition intensity in the Korean bakery franchise industry and to identify the core competencies of the industry's leading company, Paris Baguette. The frameworks of PEST analysis, Cross Impact analysis, a Five Forces Model, a Value Chain, and VRIO analysis. PEST and Cross Impact analysis were employed to investigate the industry's external environment, and the results indicated that 'increased attention on corporate's Creating Shared Value (CSV) activities' is the most influential factor among others. The analysis using the Five Forces Model found industry rivalry and substitutes were the greatest threats. Finally, the results of Value Chain and VRIO analysis identified four core competencies of Paris Baguette: its CEO's craftsmanship, e-procurement system, quality of dormant dough, and hub system. Multiple managerial implications are suggested for practitioners in the marketing area, especially in the saturated market environment.

The purpose his study was a descriptive research study to identify the influencing factors of mentoring for nursing students, and was conducted with 120 nursing students. The collected data were subjected to real number and percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 25.0. As a result of the study, mentoring was found to have a significant positive correlation with organizational socialization, core nursing competency, and clinical performance competency, and the explanatory power of the regression model was 64.1%. Since mentoring is an effective teaching method, based on this study, we propose a study to develop a structured mentoring program including organizational socialization, core nursing competency, and clinical performance competency to test the effectiveness. In addition, proposes a study to identify the relationship with various variables by dividing mentoring into sub-competencies of career development function, psychological stability function, and role model function.

This study is a similar experimental study before and after the inequality control group to investigate the effect of PETTLEP model-based image training on fundamental nursing practice education on the confidence and competence ability of core basic nursing skills, and participation in autonomous practice. Data were collected by randomly assigning 74 students who understood the purpose of the study and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study among second-year students of the Department of Nursing at U University located in K Province, randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group. For the collected data, frequency and percentage were used for general characteristics of subjects using SPSS Statistics 23.0 program, skewness and kurtosis were used for normality test, and the dependent variable test for measuring the effect of experimental treatment was analyzed by paired t-test. As a result of the study, PETTLEP model-based image training showed confidence in core basic nursing skills(t=4.18, p<.001) and competence (knowledge(t=2.241, p=.032), nursing skills(t=8.402, p<.001)), there were statistically significant differences in self-practice participation(t=6.822, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, the PETTLEP model-based image training provided Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that PETTLEP model-based image training can be a teaching and learning method applicable to basic nursing education. In addition, PETTLEP model-based image training is expected to be utilized as a learning method to improve the competence of core basic nursing skills, which are recognized as difficult due to their high level of difficulty.
