  • Corporate images are created inside the corporate and then peppered throughout the public such as consumers, communities, countries, etc. who are outside the corporate. Therefore, corporations express their corporate images through such visible images as CI, products, brands, advertisements, company buildings, etc. in order to form a favorable corporate image for the public. Therefore, many corporations have begun to express various visual factors in order to form their images. So, the purpose of this study is to determined the connectivities of corporate images and facade design of company buildings, and to elicit the findings of whether corporate images are applied to the facade design of company buildings, and of what expressive factors are applied to the design, if so. The conclusions are as follows: First, an examination of the degree that the characteristics of corporate images and design components of the facade design of company buildings have been expressed showed that corporations preferred the design of company buildings on which a lot of components have been expressed. Second, it also showed that they preferred determinants of the facade design of company buildings in the order of architectural factors > visual factors > decorative factors. Third, it indicated that the corporations on which the design components of the facade design of company buildings have been reflected most were in the order of C > B, D > A, E > G > F, J > H, I. • Purpose - This study aims to analyze consumer in the multidimensional aspect of a combination of corporate image and brand personality in order to identify the structural causal relationship between consumer choice and corporate image and brand personality. Design/methodology - This study combined theoretical literature studies with empirical field studies using questionnaire survey methods. To achieve this objective, a hypothetical causal model consisting of three potential variables and nine measurement variables was created based on prior research, and a structural equation model was used to identify the suitability of the model. Findings - The hypothetical model established by this study was judged to be generally appropriate. In particular, corporate image was shown to have significant static direct effects on consumer choice and brand personality. It was also shown that brand personality had a direct static effect on consumer choice, and that corporate image has an indirect significant impact on consumer choice by moderating brand personality. Originality/value - Previous papers have mainly focused on one-dimensional studies of various images, such as companies and brands. However, this paper used a model that analyzed consumer choice through multi-clue information rather than corporate images as the only clue to consumer choice.

  • It is impossible that the corporation can make up good corporate images with sales promoting and pursuing profits only. To form impressive oorporate images, the corporation should acquire efficient marketing images and social oonfidences with the investment for the culture, the art, the preservation of public health, educations and social welfare programs. The oorporate image is indined to be formed by audiences subjectively even though the corporation makes great efforts to have its unique images. The audience has a tendency to have their subjective opinions about the corporate image based on several informations communicated by the corporation and various sources. The sensitive approach and emotional persuation can be efficient for making good corporate images because corporate images of audiences arise from emotional and sensitive factors rather than rational ones. There are many previous studies verifying that the humor effect should be one of powerful means for inducing concentrations, memorizations and persuations. The majority of popular advertisings are humor touched one and the questionaire proves that almost all university students participating sample test, prefer humorous advertisings to serious advertisings. The questionaire verifies that it is a most efficient method is using humor effects at product advertising to improve the corporate image indirectly. And there are very possitive reactions about applying humor effects for the corporate image advertising and the other advertisement types such as pamphlets and catalogues. The humor effect motivates the persuation with spiritual pleasures and intimacy, and it minimize the negative aspects of advertising for the formation of the corporate image. The humor effect is valuable not only for the formation of the corporate image reflecting the entity of the oorporation itself but also for the ideation of advertising communications. The study on the humor effect related with the corporate image is significant because the humor is a different version of the humanism based on deep oontemplation and oomprehension of human life rather than simple means to motivate laughers.

  • Purpose - This study expands the corporate social responsibility (CSR) model and concepts by adding to it the concepts of corporate identity and public existence responsibility. Then, this study examines the structural relationship between corporate identity and public existence responsibility. This study contributes to expanding CSR to give customers a different perspective from previous studies in that it specifically measures corporate public existence responsibility, corporate identity, and corporate value creation and investigates the structural relationship. Research design, data, and methodology - This study addresses specific research questions. First, it asks whether non-financial performance is a component of CSR; second, it asks if the improvement in the corporate image should be treated as its corporate identity; and third, it tries to expand CSR concepts from corporate citizenship and public market awareness to public existence responsibility. The research hypothesis is formulated to confirm the relationships among CSR, corporate value creation, corporate identity, and public existence responsibility. Result - This study confirms that CSR has a positive correlation with corporate value creation and that CSR has a relatively positive correlation with corporate identity and public existence responsibility. Additionally, it confirms a positive correlation between corporate identity and public existence responsibility. However, corporate identity and public existence responsibility do not have an effect on corporate value creation. However, the influence of public existence responsibility confirmed the influence of corporate value creation through corporate identity as a mediating variable. Conclusion - This study argues that CSR produces more general performance including both financial and non-financial performance. It also confirms that the goals and performance of CSR can substitute for corporate value creation from general performance. It further confirms that public existence responsibility includes market public awareness, corporate images, and corporate associations. It suggests that corporations should see themselves as having public existence responsibility. Further, they should devise strategies to build corporate identities that associate with corporate goals and visions. Finally, this study contributes to the expansion of perspectives on CSR theoretical concepts and goals of performance of the corporation throughout the corporate value creation process.

  • Corporate social media has been recently used in customer relationship management in many ways to improve product sales and company images. Not much research exists on corporate social media, Therefore, in this paper, we propose a research model to identify how corporate social media enhances corporate's CRM quality, resulting in forming customer's purchase intention. In detail, this paper is to examine how customer's perceived value of corporate social media influences CRM quality(CRM trust and CRM commitment), and then how CRM quality affects purchase intention. To this end, a total of 300 questionnaires were used from online panel respondents to test research hypothesis. The findings showed that service performance value and monetary value were major determinants of CRM trust, however, there was no association between brand integration value and CRM trust. In addition, the effects of service performance value and brand integration value on CRM commitment were found whereas monetary value had no effect on CRM commitment. The results also showed that CRM trust and CRM commitment played a critical role in forming of purchase intention. Theoretical and practical Implications are discussed.
