Recently, 'Juvenile' is associated with the 'Misconduct', for it becomes an object of public concern. Therefore in this study, we suggest counterplan about the group traits connected juvenile-life intimately. First, parents promote conversation among the family and are concerned about their children. And they find out the problems in the bud to educate beforehand Second, the counterplan by school attaches great importance to individual contact. Third, in the counterplan on social aspects, adults' unwholesome ideas, bad effects of the mass communication, the lack of teenager's association, negative activity, leisure facilities and lack of opportunity for juveniles bring about negative facts for education of teenagers. Therefore we need positive counterplan to enlighten the young and purify the social environment. And the nation establish righteous values for the younger generation to not commit a crime and punish severely as well as must prepare the realistic and clear policy for the young to bear the responsibility for their role.

This article described the production problems, import conditions of organic livestock products and background of CODEX-guideline, and presented the counterplan for future organic livestock production policy. The essential counterplan for CODEX-guideline and construction of organic livestock production basis include ; - Specific funding of research and development for excellent livestock breeding with consideration of regional enviroment-friendly applications to improve the quality of organic livestock products, - Development of production potential and resources utilization of organic feeding stuffs in domestic and foreign countries, - Horizontal and vertical organization of organic livestock farming and multifarm cooperation, - Specialization of organic livestock farming, and construction for direct or indirect linkage markets and Agro-food corporation for closer cooperation between inner and outer factor of farm management, - Construction of recycling system for the enviroment-friendly utilization of animal excrements.

Marine casualties originated from fishing vessel occupied about 70% of the whole marine casualties in Korea from 2001 to 2010, this ratio was not much changed as it was before. Therefore a pragmatic counterplan to decrease of casualties in fishing vessel is indispensable for reduction of the nationwide marine casualties. But since the casualties occurred by fishing vessel may have a different causes and counterplan according to the operating type of it, in this paper, fishing vessels classified into 12 types by operating method and inspected the causes and counterplan for that. The operating type of fishing vessel occurred the specific casualties more were jig boat in collisions and fire explosion, trap fishing boat, mixed fishing boats and inshore gill netter in collisions, stow netter in machinery damages and capsizing, offshore gill netter in machinery damages, fish carrier in collisions. It must be emphasized that the higher ranked types of vessels, especially jig boat have to take special care to the approaching vessels under way, trap fishing boat to rear look out and mixed fishing boat must keep on safety speed and be taken an education for advance the skill of operating radar as well. For all 12 types of fishing vessel, it is necessary for an operator to make strict precaution on the other vessel under way systematically and keep the regulation for preventing collisions, and for an engineer on watch to make a check the electricity and the engines periodically for reduction the fire explosion and machinery damages.

Joined WTO, China has revised or removed continuously some of existing enter barriers which have been protecting Chinese distribution market. Chinese government intend to open completely it's distribution market in 2007. Such as the open policy of Chinese distribution impact on Korean firms which invest in China. in order to occupy China's market, Korean firms needs to prepare counterplan on change of China's distribution environments. China's distribution environment is uncertain on account of remaining communism system even though opening it's distribution market. The purpose of this paper is to suggest diverse counterplan of Korean firms and answer how Korean firms can enter the China's distribution market successfully. through exmaninig how China's distribution channel is formulated and implemented. this study exhibits a model for strategy of Korean firms and shows implementations schemes.

This study has systematically classified established the agricultural management risks from the agricultural company's position and analyzed their counterplan situation in order to seek measures to counteract this. The AHP & IPA technique were used as an analysis method concerning the evaluation results. The counterplan situation was deduced through an interview investigation of 112 farmers who produce cabbage, white radish, onion, garlic, chili, and 6 other such items in order to stereotype the risks. If the agricultural companies' management capacity is raised in accordance to the risk counterplan deduced from this study, and the risks of agricultural management activity are avoided ahead of time or counter means are activated, we can anticipate the stabilization of agricultural management.

I study on the classification of cyber terror & counterplan against cyber terror The paper, purporting to consider security counterplans, comprise five chapters. In case of Korea Social cost by road traffic accident came to about 15 trillion per year and to 2.15% of GDP, a day about 20 person death to traffic accident and those damage scale reach out about 7 billions. Concretely, according to OECD traffic accident comparison on July 2005 (2003 statistical analysis), in korea, 7,212 Person were dead. This describe that the sacrifice numbers of traffic accident is 26 level of OECD 26 countries, the dead of traffic accident on children 100,000 persons is 25 level of OECD 25 countries. It is contrast to other developed countries. In the meantime, korea government executed various traffic policies to reduce traffic accident and depending on those policies, even if, there were epochal progressive phenomena the concerns of citizens which felt on franc accident is very deficient. On this research, traffic accident state of taking place of Gowangju.Jeonnam province was analysed depend on jeonnam province police station materials and want to suggest appropriate traffic safty counterplan propose. This subject was analysed traffic accident according the death with analysing per month, day, hour, and suggest counterplan depending on traffic accident analysis result on 2004. 2005 years.
