Management Education by Utilizing the Cyber Education Learning System (웹기반 원격교육시스템을 활용한 경영학 교육)

  • This paper discusses management education by utilizing the cyber education learning system in a web-based. New learning system tools offer great promise for a new contents of management learning. The cyber education learning system a shift from face-to-face lecturing to interactive learning. The situation changes profoundly when information technology becomes develope and education paradigm is shift. By exploiting the digital media. educations, and students, managers can shift to a new, more effect cyber education learning system. The following shift from classic educations to cyber educations learning system: from instruction to construction, from teacher-centered to learner-centered, from school to lifelong, from one-size-fits-all to customized, from teacher as transmitter to teacher as facilitator. Cyber education learning system has an important role to play in management education. Web-based technology is regarded as a general solution to cyber education learning. This study discussed many factors of implementation in cyber education systems and provide utilizing the learning system at main, detail functions. Lastly, management implications of these cyber education utilize are discussed in more detail.

The Research of Effect of Cyber Education at Always Learning System in Affinity of Cyber Education for Officials: Focusing on Busan Metropolitan City (상시학습체제에서 사이버교육 요인이 공무원의 사이버교육 선호도에 미치는 영향 -부산광역시를 중심으로-)

  • In this study, a survey research was conducted on government employees in Busan Metropolitan City to identify the influence of cyber education factors (learning factor, learner factor, and learning system factor) on the preference for government employee cyber education offered by the government always learning system. Analyzed results, recognition of learning factor, learner factor, and always learning system were shown to have significant influence on the preference for cyber education, but no indication of influence by always learning support. This study intends to assist stimulating voluntary participation in cyber education and active commitment in learning activities through improving learning effect and fortifying convenient informatization education, with regard to activation of cyber education and improved preference for cyber education.

  • As the cyber threats become more sophisticated and intelligent, the cases of cyber-infringement accidents are rapidly increasing. As a result, awareness of the importance of cyber security professionals has led to many cyber security-related educational programs. These programs provided with education curriculum aimed because cyber security workforce and job-based cyber security education research are not properly done. In this study, we developed a new cyber security education curriculum that defines and reflects cyber security personnel and knowledge system. In this study is not composed solely of the education contents related to the defenses emphasized in the existing education curriculum, but developed education curriculum to train a professional and balanced cyber security manpower by adding education contents in the attack field.

A Study on the Effects of Interactions Among Participants of Cyber Education (사이버강의 참여자들의 상호작용이 교육효과에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper analyzed the effects of interactions among participants on the satisfaction and commitment of cyber education. Even if the quality of interactions in cyber education may not be so good as that of interactions in face to face education. various kinds of interactions could be introduced in cyber education. An email or Q/A between lecturer and students could be a good way to compensate the deficiency of cyber education. Common News Boards or Discussion Rooms among students themselves are also a powerful means to learn each other in cyber space. The result of this study shows that as interactions among participants increase. satisfaction and commitment of the lecture also increase. This study also analyzed how cyber educational effects differs as interaction type changes in space dimension and time dimension. The result shows interactions in the same cyber space such as News Board brings more desirable outcome than those in the different cyber space. But the effects of interactions classified by time dimension does not show statistically significant differences.

  • In order to efficiently improve teaching and learning methods of the department of Early Childhood Education in cyber universities, this research analysed and assessed the problems of the current situation of lectures of the department of early childhood education. Firstly, this research examined the characteristics of cyber-education and the lecturer's role in it. Secondly, the types and status of management of online-lectures were investigated. Finally, the student management and the variety of interaction taking place online were examined. The plan to vitalize the cyber-education of early childhood education that was suggested in this study was mainly focused on developing excellent educational contents and continual research of cyber-education's method of teaching and learning. Then for the activation of online interaction, technological support and teaching strategies are needed to activate online interaction.

  • This paper discussed actualizing cyber education at the university education. First of all, I discussed the necessity of education based on the multimedia and web according to the change of loaming environment caused by development of technology. I discussed the Cyber education that are important application at university education. Next, I proposed the important elements that are required in constructing the Cyber education. Also, we discussed the structure and platform of Cyber education. Also, I reviewed the foreign and domestic Cyber education based on the multimedia and Web. Finally, I proposed the direction of future Cyber education.

  • Korea has constructed a high speed Internet service which is widely used for cyber education by Korean. In composition and operating systems, cyber education is different from off-line education. Colleges have to analyse factors related to active education and make the factors have optimal effect for cyber education. In this paper, we meet the needs of the present trends, arrange and classify activation factors of cyber education. In addition, to improve effective operating systems of cyber education, we survey, and analyse participants' satisfaction ratings. The result of the survey is used in our proposal for promoting cyber education.

  • The present study purposed to analyze factors affecting the effect of cyber education and training in local civil servants focused on the perception of civil servants in Chungcheongnam-do, and to make suggestions for improving cyber education and training for local civil servants. According to the results of analysis in this study, many of the respondents replied that the effect of cyber education was moderate in general (3.0726 on the average). In addition, the effect of cyber education was significantly different according to age and position. That is, the older civil servants were and the higher their position was, the more highly they perceived the effect of cyber education and training. In addition, the result of cyber education and training was affected most by the community of teachers and learners, and next by the contents of education. In order to improve the effect of cyber education, most of all, the contents of education should be diversified, and furthermore, it is keenly required to expand accessibility to cyber education and to deploy personnel exclusive for cyber education.

  • Cyber education has been predicted that it would become the primary education system of 21st century as a way of education focusing on consumers, with the aspect that it seems to be able to satisfy the demand about re-education and lifelong education as the acceleration of fast knowledge accumulation throughout every field of society in the digital era. However, cyber education system has a lot of problems which are for that it lacks of human resources for effective interaction, and it can be disadvantageous to certain type of students with a class environment concentrated on reading and writing and with foundation on computer technology. Therefore, in this thesis, We intended to analyze factors influencing satisfaction of people studying in a situation that cyber education has been required to be a mainstream system of education in the midst of trend of changing paradigm of college education recently, and to suggest some possible solutions for cyber education at university.
