DMT 화차의 곡선부 주행특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Curve Running Characteristic of DMT Freight)

  • An interest is increased of environment and energy so, importance on railroad high energy efficiency is magnified. And after Gyeong-bu High speed rail is completed, share rate freight transportation of railroad is expected to be gradually increased due to expand investment for railroad and operate mainly freight transportation on convention line. Therefore a research on DMT freight cars is necessary under like this situation. In paper, we developed analysis model for DMT freight car and DMT freight was analyzed numerically using VI-Rail in each condition of railway having different curve and carried out vibration analysis on curving using developed analysis model. And we carried out test on driving stability follow changing curve radius then measure against UIC code 518.

  • The DMT freight is judged that economic performance is good because can increase cargoes than existing freight. However, the existing freight cars, each with a different balance to the body structure is bogie because the vibrations may occur. Thus, by minimizing vibration over the existing freight securing the safety of the driving if you will not have major problems in cargoes. In this study, multi-body dynamic analysis tool, VI-Rail using the actually Gyeongbu Railroad line and an empty, full freight condition include curve radius, track irregularity, The DMT freight of the derailed wagons were assessed for safety analysis. Full and empty freight conditions for parity in the Gyeongbu Railroad line(Dongdaegoo${\leftrightarrow}$Kyungsan) derailment safety analysis, such as derailment coefficient and the wheel unloaded, echoing the curve and the orbit is affected by the irregularity was found. Full freight condition than the empty conditions showed a significant derailment safety. Overall, the limits of derailment coefficient(Q/P = 0.8) and wheel unload decrement limits(${\triangle}P/P$ = 0.6) is less safe with me confirmed that the derailment safety.

철도물류 효율화를 위한 DMT수송시스템 현황분석 (DMT Transport System Analysis for Rail Logistics Efficiency)

  • In light of the growing traffic congestion problem and congestion cost, the container transport by railway has to be increased. The freight transport by railway can have decided advantages over trucks in terms of energy efficiency, emissions and cost for certain freight movements, just as transportation in the metropolitan region can have great advantages over driving truck. But the freight transport by truck should gain significant mobility benefits from a freight railway system. Thus, the DMT(Dual Mode Trailer) transport system which is coupled railway transport advantages with load transport advantages has been developed and used in the european countries. The DMT transport will therefore serve the areas required by transport organizers. This paper describes the various DMT transport systems and its strength and weakness.

Consequently, this study analyzed the characteristics of the DMT system. The horizontal load.unload system is being considered as an adoptable DMT system in consideration of the situation in Korea.

  • Through the multibody dynamic simulation, the analysis model of the modalohr freight car of the DMT freight car was developed. By using the developed analysis model, the running dynamic characteristics was inquired through the dynamic analysis about the modalohr freight car. As the running speed and the primary suspension were increased, the lateral and vertical vibration accelerations of the car-body and the bogie were also increased. In case of the lateral vibration acceleration of the car-body, however, review should be considered since it can be influenced by the nonlinear characteristic of the primary suspension. The lateral and vertical vibration of the car-body were generated at the frequency of $2{\sim}3\;Hz$ and $7{\sim}8\;Hz$. And the lateral and vertical vibration of the bogie were generated at the frequency of $25{\sim}35\;Hz$ at the low speed section, $40{\sim}50\;Hz$ at the high speed section.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 SP 조사를 통해 화물별 DMT 효용함수 추정에 목적을 두고 있다. 추정된 효용함수는 화물별 OD 자료를 바탕으로 DMT 수요예측에 기초자료로 이용될 수 있다. 설문조사에서는 컨테이너와 위험물을 다루고 있는 업체와 철강운송 업체 중 연안 해운을 하고 있지 않은 운송업체를 대상으로 철도운송, 도로운송, DMT, 이렇게 세 가지의 선택대안을 사용하였다. 선택상황은 품목별/운송방향별로 가상 상황을 설정하였고 선정한 주요 화물품목은 컨테이너, 철강, 위험물이다. 또한 각각의 화물품목들에 대한 운송거리별 운송수단 선택모형은 통계적으로 다르지 않은 것으로 분석되었기 때문에 거리별(장거리, 중거리, 단거리)로 모형을 구축하지 않고 가장 물동량이 많은 장거 리(300km 이상)의 경우에 한해 화물별로 모형구축을 시도하였다. 사용할 속성변수로는 운송시간, 운송비용 그리고 신뢰성을 선정하였다. 수준 수는 일반적으로 가장 많이 사용되는 3수준으로 정하였으며 수준 값은 기준 값을 중심으로 +10%와 -20%로 정하였다.

  • 세계적으로 물류운송이 대형화 및 고속화를 넘어 글로벌화 되어가고 있는 가운데 물류운송의 선진화를 위해서 운송시스템의 개선이 시급하다. 물류의 흐름에서 많은 병목현상을 유발하고 있는 부분은 타교통수단간의 연계운송이며, 연계 운송시 늘어나는 운송시간과 증가되는 물류비용을 줄일 수 있는 논스톱 형태의 복합운송의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. DMT(Dual Mode Trailer)는 철도와 도로를 이용 가능하도록 고안되어 문전수송이 가능하도록 하는 일괄수송시스템을 의미하며, 우리나라에서는 도로와 철도를 연결하여 운송되는 시스템을 통칭 DMT 수송시스템으로 불리고 있다. 신개념 운송시스템인 외국의 DMT 수송시스템을 살펴보고 한국형 DMT 수송시스템 개발을 위한 추진현황 및 향후과제에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

  • The present investigate is a base investigate required in development of DMT wagon train. And it deduced that follows by developing trail analysis model about Modalohr wagon train and examining traveling movement specific using analysis model developed. Vibration acceleration of all direction was increased with addition of travel speed and first suspension. But in case of right and left vibration acceleration, that could influenced by nonlinear specific of first suspension. Therefore checking about those is needed. Frequency of $2{\sim}3\;Hz$ and $7{\sim}8\;Hz$ generated in Right and left, up, down vibration of vehicle. And right and left vibration of bogie generated $25{\sim}35\;Hz$ in low speed section and frequency of $40{\sim}50\;Hz$ in high speed section, $25{\sim}35\;Hz$ in low speed section, $10{\sim}15$ or $40{\sim}50\;Hz$ in high speed section.

  • 국가 물류 수송의 총 사회적 비용을 감소시키기 위해 기존의 물류 수송 체계를 철도 중심의 물류체계로 전환해야 할 필요성이 있다. 이를 위해 DMT와 같은 다양한 새로운 운송 수단의 도입이 고려되고 있으며, 이러한 운송수단의 도입은 기존의 도로의 수송 분담률을 낮춰줄 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 새로운 운송 수단의 도입에 따른 경제성 평가는 대부분 화물 운송 소비자의 효용함수를 도출하고, 이 효용함수로부터 수단별 운송 분담률이 어느 정도 될 것인지를 추측하는 데에 치중해왔다. 본 연구는 운송 소비자의 효용과 사회적 비용을 동시에 고려하여, 물류수송에 관여되는 사회적 비용을 최소화하는 적정 수송분담률을 구하기 위한 수리 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 이용하여 컨테이너 화물에 대한 운송 수단별 적정 수송 분담률을 계산해 본다.
