In this paper, we design a power amplifier to support quad-band in wireless communication devices using RF CMOS 180-nm process. The proposed power amplifier consists of low-band 0.9, 1.8, and 2.4 GHz and high-band 5 GHz. We proposed a structure that can support each input matching network without using a switch. For maximum linear output power, the output matching network was designed for impedance conversion to the power matching point. The fabricated quad-band power amplifier was verified using modulation signals. The long-term evolution(LTE) 10 MHz modulated signal was used for 0.9 and 1.8 GHz, and the measured output power is 23.55 and 24.23 dBm, respectively. The LTE 20 MHz modulated signal was used for 1.8 GHz, and the measured output power is 22.24 dBm. The wireless local area network(WLAN) 802.11n modulated signal was used for 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz. We obtain maximum linear output power of 20.58 dBm at 2.4 GHz and 17.7 dBm at 5.0 GHz.

PCR primers were designed based on consensus sequences of dTDP-D-glucose 4,6-dehydratase, one of the enzymes involved in the biosynthesis of deoxysugar. The PCR product (360 bp) was obtained from Thermus caldophilus GK24. Colony hybridization was carried out to the cosmid library constructed from T. caldophilus GK24 genomic DNA by the PCR product DNA fragment. We isolated a cosmid clone (pSMTC-1) that was subcloned to call pKCB series plasmid (BamHI fragments), partially sequenced and analyzed. pKCB80 (4.2 kb-BamHI DNA fragment) of them showed ORFs that was orfA, orfB, orfC and orfD. The orfABCD gene cluster is the deosysugar biosynthetic gene ; orfA (glucose-1-phosphate thymidylytransferase), orfB (dTDP-D-glucose 4,6-dehydratase), orfC (dTDP-4-keto-L-rhamnose reductase) and orfD (dTDP-4-keto-6-deoxy-D-glucose 3,5-epimerase). The gene cluster that was related in biosynthesis of dTDP-L-rhamnose was also identified by computer analysis, and we proposed that the biosynthetic pathway of deoxysugar analyzed from DNA sequencing of pKCB80 is from D-glucose-1-phosphate, dTDP-D-glucose, dTDP-4-keto-6-deoxy-D-glucose via dTDP-4-keto-L-rhamnose to dTDP-L-rhamnose.
A new 24-nor-lupaneglycoside was isolated from the leaves of Acanthopanax trifoliatus. Based on spectroscopic data its chemical structure was determined as 24-nor-11$\alpha$-hydroxy-3-oxo-lup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid 28-Ο-$\alpha$-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1$\rightarrow4)-\beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1\rightarrow6)-\beta$-D-glucopyranosyl ester.
The worldwide spread of the Internet and the digital information revolution have resulted in a rapid increase in the use and transmission of multimedia information due to the rapid development of communication technologies. It is important to protect images in order to prevent problems such as piracy and illegal distribution. To solve this problem, I propose a new digital color image encryption algorithm in this paper. I design a new pseudo-random number generator based on 1D five-neighborhood maximum length cellular automata (FN-MLCA) to change the pixel values of the plain image into unpredictable values. And then I use a 3D chaotic cat map to effectively shuffle the positions of the image pixel. In this paper, I propose a method to construct a new MLCA by modeling 1D FN-MLCA. This result is an extension of 1D 3-neighborhood CA and shows that more 1D MLCAs can be synthesized. The safety of the proposed algorithm is verified through various statistical analyses.

Denitrification rate was determined for various freshwater wetland types in the Mississippi River Coastal delta plain. Site 1 and 4 were collected from forested-tupelo dominated wetland, and site 2 and 3 were from floating emergent marsh. The maximum $N_2O$ emission was $7.47mg\;N\;m^{-2}$ for site 1 at day 6 after the addition of nitrate, $6.96mg\;N\;m^{-2}$ for site 2 at day 4, $6.63mg\;N\;m^{-2}$ for site 3 at day 3, and $9.64mg\;N\;m^{-2}$ for site 4 at day 4. The denitrification rate was determined using the acetylene inhibition method $1.24mg\;N\;m^{-2}d^{-1}$ for site 1, $1.93mg\;N\;m^{-2}d^{-1}$ for site 2, $2.24mg\;N\;m^{-2}d^{-1}$ for site 3, and $2.78mg\;N\;m^{-2}d^{-1}$ for site 4. The maximum denitrification rate was in the order of site 4 > site 3 > site 2 > site 1.
For a prime number p, let $\mathbb{Q}_p$ denote the p-adic field and let $\mathbb{Q}_p^d$ denote a vector space over $\mathbb{Q}_p$ which consists of all d-tuples of $\mathbb{Q}_p$. For a function f ${\in}L_{loc}^1(\mathbb{Q}_p^d)$, we define the Hardy-Littlewood maximal function of f on $\mathbb{Q}_p^d$ by $$M_pf(x)=sup\frac{1}{\gamma{\in}\mathbb{Z}|B_{\gamma}(x)|H}{\int}_{B\gamma(x)}|f(y)|dy$$, where |E|$_H$ denotes the Haar measure of a measurable subset E of $\mathbb{Q}_p^d$ and $B_\gamma(x)$ denotes the p-adic ball with center x ${\in}\;\mathbb{Q}_p^d$ and radius $p^\gamma$. If 1 < q $\leq\;\infty$, then we prove that $M_p$ is a bounded operator of $L^q(\mathbb{Q}_p^d)$ into $L^q(\mathbb{Q}_p^d)$; moreover, $M_p$ is of weak type (1, 1) on $L^1(\mathbb{Q}_p^d)$, that is to say, |{$x{\in}\mathbb{Q}_p^d:|M_pf(x)|$>$\lambda$}|$_H{\leq}\frac{p^d}{\lambda}||f||_{L^1(\mathbb{Q}_p^d)},\;\lambda$ > 0 for any f ${\in}L^1(\mathbb{Q}_p^d)$.
Purpose: In this study, We aim to estimate a untrained person's three postures using a 2D CNN model which is trained with minimal FFT data collected by a 24GHz FMCW radar. Method: In an indoor space, we collected FFT data for three distinct postures (standing, sitting, and lying) from three different individuals. To apply this data to a 2D CNN model, we first converted the collected data into 2D images. These images were then trained using the 2D CNN model to recognize the distinct features of each posture. Following the training, we evaluated the model's accuracy in differentiating the posture features across various individuals. Result: According to the experimental results, the average accuracy of the proposed scheme for the three postures was shown to be a 89.99% and it outperforms the conventional 1D CNN and the SVM schemes. Conclusion: In this study, we aim to estimate any person's three postures using a 2D CNN model and a 24GHz FMCW radar for disastrous situations in indoor. it is shown that the different posture of any persons can be accurately estimated even though his or her data is not used for training the AI model.
We report the biological functions of a zebrafish homologue of RING-finger protein 152 (rnf152) during embryogenesis. rnf152 was initially identified as a brain-enriched E3 ligase involved in early embryogenesis of zebrafish. Expression of rnf152 was ubiquitous in the brain at 24 hpf but restricted to the eyes, midbrain-hindbrain boundary (MHB), and rhombomeres at 48 hpf. Knockdown of rnf152 in zebrafish embryos caused defects in the eyes, MHB, and rhombomeres (r1-7) at 24 hpf. These defects in rnf152-deficient embryos were analyzed by whole-mount in situ hybridization (WISH) using neuroD, deltaD, notch1a, and notch3 probes. NeuroD expression was abolished in the marginal zone, outer nuclear layer (ONL), inner nuclear layer (INL), and ganglion cell layer (GCL) of the eyes at 27 hpf. Furthermore, deltaD and notch1a expression was remarkably reduced in the ONL, INL, subpallium, tectum, cerebellum, and rhombomeres (r1-7) at 24 hpf, whereas notch3 expression was reduced in the tectum, cerebellum, and rhombomeres at 24 hpf. Finally, we confirmed that expression of Notch target genes, her4 and ascl1a, also decreased significantly in these areas at 24 hpf. Thus, we propose that Rnf152 is essential for development of the eyes, midbrain and hindbrain, and that Delta-Notch signaling is involved.
Syntheses of new analogues of oxathiin carboxanilide (UC84) and their antiviral activities were described. The heterocyclic carboxylic acids including oxathiins (4), thiazines (9) and dithiins (13) in which the methyl was replaced either by lipophilic trifluoromethyl- or bulky phenylgroup were synthesized starting from $\beta$-keto esters (5). Reaction of 4, 9 and 13 with thionyl chloride followed by treatment of the substituted aniline 22 gave the corresponding carboxanilides (24a~24f). The carboxanilides were subjected to Laweson's reagent the corresponding thiocarboxanilides (24g~24k). The antiviral activities of the synthesized compounds against human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1), poliovirus type 1 (PV-1 ), coxsackie B virus type 3 (CoxB-3), vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) and herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) were presented. The antiviral activity against HIV-1 of dithiin carboxanilide (24e) was similar with that of UC84 (24a). The corresponding thiocarboxanilides (24g~24k) showed higher inhibitory activity against HIV-1 than the carboxanilides (24a, 24b, 24d, 24e). The compounds in which ether the lipophilic trifluorormethyl substituents (24d, 24f, 24i ,24k) or bulky phenyl substituent is present in the heterocyclic compounds showed lower inhibitory activity than that of the methyl substituents is present in the compounds against the HIV-1. But the trifluoromethylated dithiin (24f) showed higher inhibitory activity against PV-1 and CoxB-3 virus than commercial antiviral agents, ribavirin (RV).
Aspergillosis is a life-threatening disease in individuals with compromised immune systems. Fungal invasion is a highly critical process during host cellular infection. Several papers have reported that transcription factors are responsible for the infection process. To investigate what transcription factors are involved in the process in an effort to inhibit fungal infection into cells, I checked the surfactant protein family and PU.1 transcription factor levels in A549 cells infected with A. fumigatus conidia. PU.1 and surfactant protein-D levels were reduced in cells infected with fungal conidia. I then observed an increase in surfactant protein-D on PU.1-overexpressed cells. Infection of A. fumigatus conidia was decreased in PU.1-overexpressed cells, whereas the suppression of PU.1 did not lead to any changes in cases of A. fumigatus conidia infection. These results indicate that PU.1 inhibits the infection of A. fumigatus conidia via the expression of surfactant protein-D, suggesting that PU.1 is a key transcription factor for protection against A. fumigatus invasion.
