The purpose of this study is to develop the eTextbook and to explore the usability of the eTextbook for accelerating mobile learning in university. This study was primarily based on needs analysis of students, and eTextbook was created based on digital publishing through Adobe DPS. The major design principles of the eTextbook based on previous studies were as follow. First, eTextbook should deliver learning contents in a simple and systematic way. Second, eTextbook should induce student's flows by providing segmented learning contents and various learning resources. Third, eTextbook should expand information accessibility by providing a wide variety of multimedia functions. The development principles of eTextbook have been developed based on cognitive psychology. Location and function of the link or icon used for eTextbook have been developed on the basis of the principles of cognitive psychology. The main development principles were Coherence, Signaling, Redundancy, Segmentation, Multimedia principle, and so on. In order to examine usability of the developed eTextbook, experts' and learners' reactions were evaluated. The primary responses of learners are that the eTextbook increased the learning accessibility and provided various multimedia factors, and thus increased the learning flows in the class.

본 연구의 목적은 수학교육에서 스토티텔링의 의미와 스토리텔링 수학 모델 교과서의 개발 원리를 문헌을 통해 도출하고, 개발된 교과서의 현장적용 결과를 보고함으로써 스토리텔링 수학 모델 교과서의 적용가능성을 탐색하려는 것이다. 스토리텔링 수학 모델 교과서는 학생들이 수학을 흥미 있고 의미 있게 학습할 수 있도록 개발한 교과서이다. 교과서의 학습 효과를 극대화할 수 있도록 개발 원리로 맥락성의 원리, 과정지향성의 원리, 소통의 원리, 다양성의 원리를 제안하였다. 또한 수학 모델 교과서의 적용 가능성을 판단하기 위해 현장적용을 실시하였다. 설문지 분석과 면담분석을 통해 스토리텔링 수학 모델 교과서가 교수 학습 방법에서 의미 있는 시도이며 수학을 흥미 있게 학습할 수 있는 대안이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 스토리텔링 수학 모델 교과서를 개발할 때 고려해야 할 부분에 대한 함의점을 제안하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 스토리텔링 수학 모델 교과서의 유형 중 의사결정형에 초점을 맞추어 의사결정과 스토리텔링에 관한 선행연구를 살펴보고, 조건부 확률 단원을 중심으로 개발한 의사결정형 스토리텔링 수학교과서의 개발 원리 및 개발 사례를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 의사결정에 관한 선행연구들을 종합하여 의사결정의 의미를 정립하고 의사결정에 관련된 주요 단계를 정리하여 스토리텔링이 학생의 의사결정 역량을 개발하는데 기여할 수 있는 교육적 수단으로서 역할을 할 수 있는 방안을 탐색하였다. 구체적으로 의사결정형 스토리텔링 모델 교과서의 개발 원리로 '맥락성의 원리', '과정지향성의 원리', '소통의 원리', '다양성의 원리'를 제시하였다. 내용 전개를 위한 틀에 해당하는 (1) 문제 제기 (2) 수학적 개념 탐구 (3) 문제해결 (4) 판단과 정당화 그리고 (5) 성찰의 다섯 단계로 이루어졌다. 이들 개발 원리와 의사결정 단계가 스토리텔링 모델 교과서 개발에 적용된 사례를 조건부 확률 단원을 중심으로 예시를 통해 서술하였으며 제시하면서 향후 의사결정형 스토리텔링을 적용하는 수학 교과서의 개발 가능성 및 방향에 대하여 탐색할 것이다.

English textbooks play essential roles in the whole English education context, the analytic study on English textbooks is very important in English education tasks. The purpose of this study is to analyze the expressive functions in the middle school English textbooks on the basis of the 6th national curriculum characteristics and the textbook analysis theories. The results of the expressive language function analysis are as follow: the teaching contents designed for the expressive language functions are not varied, but concentrated on the specific teaching types, and the teaching contents for the expressive language functions are not graded according to the students' development principles stated clearly in the 6th curriculum. The results of the English textbook analysis on the basis of the expressive language function analysis show that the 6th curriculum has some problems in itself and the middle school textbooks do not conform to the 6th curriculum principles. Therefore we need to improve the teaching contents for language functions by means of developing various types of teaching language functions.

In this paper we develop textbook 'Modem Algebra' for training mathematics teacher of secondary schools. In order to understand mathematics teacher's viewpoint about desirable textbook 'Modem Algebra' we created a Questionnaire related with curriculum and textbook for training mathematics teacher of secondary schools. We analyze the result of the questionnaire along with recent studies on teacher education and come up with basic principles of developing textbook 'Modern Algebra'. The first version of 'Modern Algebra for Mathematics Teachers' that we have developed based on our study can be found in website 'www.teacheredu.co.kr'.

Digital textbook project is one of government-driven project to improve education due to integrating technology. Digital textbook need to be universally designed to fit for each student. Recently, universal design for learning( UDL) gains great attention as one of promising approaches for the development of the digital textbook through giving various options and flexibility to all students. UDL has three main principles, first provide multiple means of representation, second provide multiple means of action and expression, third provide multiple means of engagement. The purpose of the study is to analyze fourth grade science textbook according to three UDL guidelines and suggest implications to improve an existing science textbook. The results indicated that fourth grade science digital textbook has been partly applied UDL guidelines like implementing multimedia and multi- mode contents, learning and communication tools, and motivation strategies. But options which students can choose according to their needs and styles are insufficient and tools for expression and communication need to enhance for helping each student to overcome his/her obstacles for learning and need to be more and elaborate to support learner-centered science digital textbook.

수학사탐구형 스토리텔링 교과서는 수학의 발달 과정에서 드러나는 발견의 논리를 교과서의 구성 원리와 내용 전개에 적용하는 것을 핵심으로 한다. 지식이 만들어져 가는 과정에 학생들이 흥미롭게 접근하도록 하여 수학이 인간의 필요에 의해 만들어진 지식이며, 인간의 창의적 사고로 인해 만들어지는 지식임을 인식하도록 할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 학습 내용 이면에 숨어있는 수학적 통찰과 논리를 이해할 수 있게 하고 그것을 활용하여 새로운 수학적 지식을 만들어갈 수 있는 맥락을 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구는 수학사탐구형으로 개발된 '복소수와 이차방정식'단원의 개발 절차와 사례를 통해 스토리텔링 수학교과서의 가능성을 확인하고, 현장적용 가능성을 탐색하며 앞으로의 스토리텔링 교과서 개발에 있어 함의점을 제공한다.

To develop tailored elementary, middle, and high school textbooks suitable for understanding the nuclear energy and radiation, quantitative and qualitative research was carried out in parallel, which included nine steps to ensure the validity of content and structure. The elementary, middle, and high school students wanted to acquire information used in their daily lives, including the definition of nuclear energy and radiation, principles and status of nuclear power generation, and information about irradiated food, medical radiation, and radiation in life. In the evaluation of the effects of textbook contents according to the educational requirements of each school level, high suitability frequencies (>80%) were shown for the human character, education goals, curriculum goals, evaluation method, and education time. At some levels, the high suitability frequencies (>70%) were shown for the education grade, education type, and textbook type.

인도네시아 시민윤리교육 교과서는 인도네시아식 민주주의와 그 가치에 대해 설명할 때, 보편적인 민주적 원칙과 반대의 자유 및 소극적 자유, 그리고 기본 권리의 보장 등과 같은 내용들을 모두 다루고 있다. 그러나 자유민주주의, 자유주의와의 차별화를 통해 통합과 안정을 상대적으로 강조하는 경향을 보인다. 이는 유기체국가주의와 가족주의 국가관의 철학을 적용시킨 독립 당시의 국가관, 그리고 빈번한 집단폭력의 경험이라는 역사적 맥락에 근거한다. 인도네시아의 특성에 따라 교과서 내에서 상대적으로 통합과 안정을 강조하는 경향이 드러나기는 하지만, 민주주의에 대한 기본적인 설명에 '참여의 자유'와 '반대의 자유'를 모두 포함한 '소극적 자유'의 구체적인 내용을 모두 적시하고 있기 때문에 교과서에 반영되어 있는 유기체국가주의는 변화의 과정을 겪고 있다. 그리고 개인의 권리와 자유의 중요성과 필요성을 말하는 동시에 국가의 통합과 안정이 상대적으로 강조되는 것은 변화의 과정에서 발생하는 논리적 긴장이라고 해석하였다. 교과서의 서술 방식과 그 경로를 따라 자유 및 권리와 관련된 교육내용을 점검했을 때 일부 개념의 설명과 사례를 소개하는 부분에서 개념의 원칙 및 규범과 그러한 원칙과 규범을 인도네시아에 적용하는 설명 간에 일종의 논리적 긴장과 오류가 발견되었다. 또한, 개념뿐만 아니라 마르시나 사건과 무니르 사건과 같은 구체적인 인도네시아의 인권 관련 사례를 설명하는 데 있어서도 사실이 왜곡되거나 간과되는 부분도 존재하였다. 역사적 사실에 대한 왜곡은 교과서가 내용을 서술하는 데에 있어 오류를 범하고 있는 것으로 해석될 수 있고, 개념과 그 적용에 대한 설명 간에 간극이 존재하는 것으로도 해석되었다.

본 연구에서는 한국정보올림피아드 경시부문 초등부 지역예선을 준비하고 컴퓨터 원리를 학습할 수 있는 교재를 Polya의 문제해결 단계의 원리를 적용하여 개발하였다. 교재의 내용은 학생들이 컴퓨터 원리를 학습할 수 있도록 프로그래밍의 기본이 되는 이산수학과 자료구조로 선정하였다. 개발된 교재는 J대학교의 정보영재교육원에 재학 중인 초등학생을 대상으로 투입한 뒤 기출문제를 재구성한 검사도구를 활용하여 정보올림피아드 문제해결 능력 신장에 도움이 되었음을 밝혔다. 앞으로 정보올림피아드 지도교사를 위한 지도서의 개발 및 연수 등 컴퓨터 교육을 정상화 할 수 있는 현실적인 여건이 구비되어야 할 것이다.
