Recently, with various developments made to smart-phones and other digital devices in the IoT environment, modern people tend to pursue comfort in their own lifestyles. These environment has helped us to obtain any information or data in despite of location and time. But it has caused them to be overly reliant on digital devices in doing any kind of daily work, trusting the digital devices more than oneself. As a result of this over reliance, modern people's memorizing and calculating ability have deteriorated critically. This symptom is known as the Digital Dementia. In this paper, we study the phenomenon of digital dementia caused by smart-phones, and we suggest a method of developing "memorize the phone number" game applications in IoT environment to the problem of digital dementia. Test results show that, through the use of application, not only the users were able to have fun memorizing the numbers, but also, to show improvement in their memorizing ability. Thus, we expect that the application suggested above will help in preventing digital dementia and maintain brain health.

노인들이 가장 두려워하는 질병으로 알려진 치매는 대한민국이 고령사회가 됨에 따라 그 예방의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 그런데, 치매 예방을 위한 대부분의 현존 게임은 예방이라는 기능성 가치에만 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 치매 예방에 적합한 60대를 사용자층으로 선정하여, 사용자의 유희적 경험에 중점을 맞춘 모바일 치매 예방 게임을 제안한다. 이를 위해 사용자 관심사 조사 및 관련 문헌 조사를 진행했고, 조사를 토대로 바리스타 직업 체험이라는 주제로 실재감을 적용한 프로토타입을 제작했다. 결과적으로 사용자는 게임을 통해 치매 예방에 효과적인 4가지 인지 능력이 향상됨과 동시에 관심사에 따른 유희적 경험을 기대할 수 있다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 치매 예방을 목표로 하는 60대 사용자가 즐겁게 목표를 달성하는 효과를 기대하는 바이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems in assumption of the distinguished behaviors of hospitalized dementia patients- which can be easily emerged and recognized in senile dementia patients and their distinctive behavior characters in different physical environment per person. Furthermore, it is to suggest a fundamental data to improve physical environment of the different facilities and the design guidelines for reconstruction in terms of the new and therapeutic function of the dementia specialized department. For planning on the dementia specialized hospital, considerablely, security and safety, comfortableness, personal identification of the facility, emotional stability and the proper stimulation for the patients are emphasized according to the research on the frequent and major issues of the patients from their own dwelling place.

Smartphone is affecting not only our everyday life but also our business, directly causing diverse side-effects. But up until now, many researches that have been conducted on smartphone were focused on continuance intention for smartphone use and user satisfaction. Thus, the objective of this research is to investigate the effects that smartphone dependency has on digital dementia which is one of negative effects of smartphone. For the purpose, we have reviewed studies that are related to perceived characteristics of existing smartphones. As perceived characteristics variables, we have adopted perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. And to present our research model, we have adopted smartphone dependency as psychological attitude variable and digital dementia as consequence variable. To implement an empirical analysis of our research model, we have conducted a survey with college student groups as research target who use smartphone most.

본 연구는 간호사의 치매케어 관련 지식, 치매에 대한 태도 및 치매간호 접근법에 대해 조사하고 관련 변수를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. P시에 소재한 G 병원의 남 녀 간호사 202명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 치매케어 관련 지식은 11.02점, 치매에 대한 태도는 40.15점이었으며 치매간호 접근법은 7.90점이었다. 치매케어 관련 지식은 성별(t=-2.424, p<.05)과 교육수준(F=2.932, p<.05) 그리고 근무병동(F=2.268, p<.05)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 치매케어 관련 지식은 치매에 대한 태도와 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.162, p<.05)가 있었으며, 치매케어 관련 지식에 영향을 미치는 변수는 응급실(${\beta}=-1.568$)과 중환자실(${\beta}=-1.682$)이었다. 본 연구결과 치매환자에게 질 높은 간호를 제공하기 위해서는 치매케어 지식의 향상과 치매에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 향상시키기 위한 융복합적인 교육프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze behaior character of dementia patients and physical environment problem through survey, research and interview on the problems arising from the dementia specialized facilities and according to the data from it, suggesting a plan to improve physical environment and design guideline. Three hospitals were chosen, which had both private space, public space and semi-public space, and dementia patients were chosen from them, who were able to move room to room by themselves.

고령화로 인한 여러 가지 사회문제가 발생하는 가운데 치매노인의 증가도 이 중 하나라 할 수 있다. 치매인구 증가에 따른 사회경제적 비용이 증가하는 상황에서 체계적이고 효율적인 치매관리 대책의 필요성이 제기되고 있는 가운데, 본 연구에서는 우리보다 앞서 치매관리 대책을 마련하여 실시하고 있는 일본의 치매관리 대책을 살펴보았다. 특히 2015년 발표된 일본의 인지증시책추진종합전략(신오렌지 플랜)의 내용을 중점적으로 살펴보고 이를 통해 우리나라 치매정책 발전 방안을 탐색하였다. 이에 따라 치매환자나 그 가족들의 입장을 반영한 지원내용의 포함, 초로기 치매에 대한 대응의 필요성, 초기집중지원팀과 같은 조기진단 및 조기대응을 위한 체계의 정비, 치매환자 및 고령자에 친화적인 지역 만들기의 지속적 추진, 그리고 치매에 대한 인식을 높이기 위한 캠페인의 전개 등이 제안되었다.

One of the most negative social changes of the last decade is population aging which leads to 19 times more patients with Mild Cognitive Disorder(MCI). It is well established that MCI is the most important state that can prevent dementia with early diagnosis and intervention. However, the social security system for patients with dementia is not working properly due to the coronavirus pandemic and the limited human power. This article proposes a form of workbench and design principles for dementia training programs of extended reality devices. and the findings in this study provide a guide for considering the cognitive and physical and social functions of patients.

본 연구는 치매전문요양보호사의 치매에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하여 치매돌봄서비스 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 근거자료를 마련하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. G시와 J도에 소재한 요양센터에 근무하는 치매전문요양보호사 147명을 대상으로 하였으며, 구조화된 설문지로 설문을 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 21.0을 이용하여, 기술통계, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple linear regression 등의 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 치매지식 점수는 30점 만점에 평균 $20.18{\pm}3.58$점, 공감은 105점 만점에 평균 $83.12{\pm}9.68$점, 치매에 대한 태도는 140점 만점에 평균 $96.45{\pm}13.72$점이었다. 치매에 대한 태도는 연령, 직업동기에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었으며, 지식 및 공감과 모두 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 태도에 영향을 미치는 주요변인은 공감으로 설명력은 28.6%였다. 연구결과를 토대로 요양보호사의 연령, 동기, 공감에 따른 치매전문교육프로그램을 실시할 것을 제언한다.

In modern society, dementia patients are increasing due to busy daily life. Due to the nature of dementia, family members are having a hard time with their caring activities. Dementia diseases reduce the quality of life not only of the patient, but also of the family, and nursing activities lead to social problems such as unemployment or frequent turnover. This study aims to reduce the difficulty and stress of the nursing process by supporting daily life of dementia patients and nursing activities through smart care platform. Ultimately, we will reduce the cost of treatment for people with dementia and delay the worsening of symptoms through a systematic care program for people with dementia. The smart dementia care platform features smart technology to help the dementia patients' daily lives and support their caregivers.
