STS studies into science documentaries for television are rare, and they do not even reflect the constructivist fruits of STS. STS have been calling for the need of analyzing 'science-in-the-making' in order to understand science more deeply. Similarly, our starting point is the assumption that science documentary can be better understood when we look into its making process. Under this assumption, we adopted the method of participant observation in analyzing 'documentary practice', trying to open the 'black box' called 'science documentary'. We have here focused on the documentary named "Light" made by a scientific documentary team of EBS, who made "Culture and Mathematics" and "Life". Each of us worked as a main consultant and an assistant staff in making "Light". We will address two main points in this study. First, based on our participant observation and interviews, we will show that the members of documentary making team are thinking about 'science' in distinctive ways. The team tended to emphasize visualization, knowledge linked to people's everyday life, and the distinctive characters of scientists who appear in the documentary. Second, by looking closely into the interaction between the team members and the consultant in the process of completing the script of the documentary, it was possible to understand how the contents of the documentary was constructed more accurately. In the making process, consultant's idea was not simply accepted by the making team, but there were conflicts and compromises. By showing this, we will be able to bring up a reflexive question about the role of consultant in the process of making a science documentary.

An innovative narrative film-making always came out of conflict and negotiation between reality and film form. A lesson we learn from their film-making is a certain reality is no more possible to be dealt with by conventional narrative. A dialectic between a real life and a representation drives a certain film-makers to make films. Kore-eda Hirokazu is internationally known as developing his own method of meshing of so-called real life and the artifice of film. As He began his career as a documentary film-maker, made several documentaries for TV and then turned to his feature film-making, documentary film-making defines the basic stance in all of his film-making. He in particular emphasized that he considered the fundamental ethical standpoint of documentary to be filming from the standpoint that one does not - or cannot - know the person one is filming. And therefore even in his fiction films he avoids subjective cinematic structures that offer easy access to the internal states of his characters. He makes his audience observe the internal states of his characters from the outside with his narrative strategy. This article will analyse two documentary films of Koreeda Hirokazu in such a way that his documentaries meshes a real life and the artifice of film and then explores such a fiction film like that changes its documentary methods into narrative strategy for the same effect on the audience.

This paper tried to study how the narrative to allow the audience to emotionally immerse in documentary using virtual reality platform has shown. For this purpose, it defined the VR documentary as contents what make creative approach and rebuild reality using VR media platform, and analyzed it by comparison with narrative of existing documentary. First, the contents like succeeding journey documentary use mainly virtual realty as experience of accessibility. However the contents that have purpose to experience other people's reality show from self-narrative of first person documentary to interactive storytelling of web interactive documentary. The case of interactive VR documentary is taking a step forward from web documentary and shows easy way to reach internal purpose of documentary as making experience with virtual self. The VR documentary has a lot of possibility as virtual space experience to give accessibility and virtual self.

This study focuses on clarifying narrative strategy of the epilogue system of TV nature documentary. TV nature documentary epilogue system is different from making film. Because it has stories about production team's daily life and incidents while they make films in nature. Therefore, TV documentary epilogue system has distinctive narrative features comparing to the documentary itself. This study analyzes into the distinctive narrative features of TV documentary epilogue system. According to Frye, there are four types of narrative based on narrative structure. 'The tears of Antarctica' has achieved reconciliation between nature and human by it's narrative structure of comic romance and comic character. Therefore, comic romance's narrative features of TV documentary epilogue system overcomes tragic features of the documentary itself.

This researches aimed to find out the influence of Attribution making Image of hotel on Brand Loyalty at the Service Encounter. To achieve its goal, variables corresponding to the actual circumstances of hotels have been sampled on the basis of documentary studies. In addition, the research model, hypothesis, range of the research, and samples were selected and set up. Bellow Theoretical Results show us how effectively hotel's Image properties attributed at the Service Encounter can affect in making the Image of hotel positively and form the higher Brand Loyalty. Brand Loyalty can not be established at a time. Hotel's marketer will have to trace every single change of Band Loyalty through Marketing Research and Maintain a dominant position through a continuous relationship with guests.

The documentary credit has been functioning as an indispensable tool for making international commercial transactions safer throughout the world since ICC adopted the second revision of the Uniform Customs and Practices for Commercial Documentary Credits in 1962. Letter of Credit transaction should be cleared by the principle of the trust and integrity and vile partners sometimes make a fraud on the L/C by the misinterpretation of the documents. As there is no rule but no exception, exception from application of these principles is allowed. The fraud exception nile constitutes contracting out an application of basic principles, this rule should apply restrictively and in many authorities a court does not apply this rule to nominated bank, confirming bank, and bona fide holder of draft even if fraud is involved in L/C transactions. If not, we lose a lot of benefits from the credit as valuable commercial device through reservation of these principles to take a few benefits. So, We need to recognize that the fraud exception rule should be applied restrictively. Therefore, this study reviewed condition of application and exception from application of fraud exception rule in view of Cardozo's opinion, the Sztejn court, and UCC Sections-114(2).

Purpose: This study identified the standardization activities from the early stage of acquisition to disposal during the materiel life cycle and proposed the improvement of standardization process. Methods: Through improvement of duplicated deliberation for the revision of military specification, unification of technical change proposal reception organization, and resolution between the conflicting parts of laws and regulations, simplifying the standardization procedure and strengthening linkages between the civilian standards were gained. Results: We have redefined the concept of the standards and standardization in the field of defense and proposed the standards-driven documentary standards as a measurement standards and reference standards to expand the activities. Conclusion: Through a standardization survey, we came to conclusion that we need to change the concept of standardization in the field of national defense from making the specification to using the means of efficient management of military resources.

The purpose of this study is to understand the social and cultural implication of the activities of taking 'selfies' and the use of Social Network Service(SNS)s through the personal story of a 20s female researcher. She analyzes her own digital photography activities based on the experience of the use of Cyworld photo albums for three years and the use of pictures in iPhone album for fifteen months. The other researcher(40s male) cooperates to answer the questions about how to understand the digital photography activities. We understand the digital photography activities including digital cameras, social network services and smart phones as acts of personal identity configuration and acts of making the personal documentary. As a result, digital photos are used more for archive purpose rather than for document purpose. Also, we found that the digital photography activities can be understood as the interactions between human and non-human actors in the perspective of Actor-Network Theory (ANT).

Since 1998, government-led Korean venture business boom now proceeds into the stage of market-oriented venture business growth. At such a moment, this research is to clarify the relations between the success factors of Korean venture businesses, based on domestic and foreign documentary surveys and inquiry surveys over domestic venture businesses. This research starts from the necessity to overcome the limits of the existing researches by uni-dimensional probing research into success factors of Korean venture businesses and to manifest the multi-dimensional relations between the success factors from the various viewpoints. And this research adopts System-Dynamics methodology to manifest and utilize relations among those factors, avoiding the existing metrical approaches. This research can be called a new approach to the current ecosystems of Korean venture in which whether venture businesses success in Korea is considered to depend on the list on the stock market. For this, this research implemented verification analysis through the simulations of each factor at various levels to build causality map which clarifies the causality of success factors of venture businesses through the System-Dynamics methodology and to utilize it as a way of supporting tool for decision-making of venture businesses. This research will be able to suggest the reactions depending on various internal and external situations. This research tried to manifest the causality map of each factor on the basis of inquiry surveys and documentary surveys to verify feedback among each factor by the SD methodology. This research will be a basis bolster up the still fragile substructure of venture businesses through an efficient analysis framework using the verification of SD methodology and resulting outcomes from this research.

Owing to the digital revolution, Internet Commerce and Electronic commerce, revolutionize the way of doing business and making payment. The entrance of the Internet has a prominent for spread of Electronic Commerce and those phenomenons will result in paperless trading and cashless trade. By virtue of Internet, an increasing share of business transactions occurs online. Electronic payment is essential for the smooth progress of the electronic commerce as electronic payment plays the important role in the electronic commerce, that is, the value transfer restyling from the electronic commerce. Traditionally international settlement systems such as letters of credits, remittance and documentary collections operated as important and poplar method of payment, Now, information technology has made it possible to pay for the sale of goods and services over the internet. In international trade, there are service providers (bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom) to settle payment electronically through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to Conduct comparative analysis with approach manner functional respect systematic respect, role. It is shown which the Electronic payment system is better. In this study, the author attempts to find the problems is (bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom) and solutions in switching from the documentary payment system to the electronic one. This conclusion of this study can be summarized as followings. In resoect of the law, bolero should seek to prevert the users from being treated unfairly due to multilateral agreement on Rulebook. TradeCard, BeXcom do not have the proper law that users are governed. so far as the practice problems concerned, stability of computer's operation and security of message interchange should be warranted and improved continuously. Through the standardization of the electronic document and the development of software, the examination of the shipping occuments must be done automatically. Bolero should induce more banks to take part in Bolero, and make the carrier the cost and time in managing the traditional document which will be used for the time being. In respect of information technology and security, to deduce the risk in the electronic settlement system and positively uses the global authentication guideline(Identrus).
