Objectives : To define an everyday ethics for students and doctors of Korean Medicine, people who desire treatment, cultivation and healing through Korean Medical means by determining its conditions and characteristics. Ways of constructing its contents fit for contemporary society were discussed. Methods The threefold Heaven-Earth-Human theory, Yinyang theory, circulation of the Five Phases along with contents of classics such as 『Huangdineijing(黃帝內經)』, 『Guanzi(管子)』, 『Zhongyong(中庸)』, 『Daxue(大學)』, 『Beijiqianjinyaofang(備急千金要方)』, 『Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)』 were newly interpreted or quoted for explanation. Results : The elements that construct natural ethics and Natural Ethics were established as following: the natural perspective of Nature and People, natural sustainability as fundamental principle, co-existence and initiative circulation as fundamental rules, education and cultivation of lay people, and professional character and competence. Conclusions : The authors suggest a reconstruction of the inherent philosophy, ethics, principle, rule, life guidelines of Korean Medicine within the framework of "natural ethics" and "Natural Ethics" as a prior task for better integration of traditional KM into contemporary society.

The purpose of this study was to examine consumers' perception toward business ethics and ethics management in fashion industry. Subjects were 236 women in age from 20 to 28 years old in Seoul for this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Pearson's Correlations, t-test, and ANOVA were used. As the results, business ethics had 2 factors; 'IMBE(Importance of Business Ethics)' and 'INBE(Interest of BE)', while ethics management encompassed 5 factors such as 'ethics management evaluation', 'healthy industry environment', 'environment task', 'fair business system', and 'customer convenience'. There were statistically differences between men and women in IMBE and INBE. That is, generally, women had higher scores on both than men. Also, subjects in business major had higher scores on IMBE and INBE than those in other majors. Finally, seniors and juniors tend to have higher scores on IMBE and INBE than freshman and sophomore subjects. Based on these results, fashion marketing strategies would be suggested.

Purpose of the study is to derive improvement scheme by analyzing the actual condition of engineering ethics educational curriculum. Documentary survey was conducted to derive the concept of engineering ethics, background of how engineering ethics educational curriculum was introduced, the purpose and educational method of engineering ethics education, and the present condition of domestic and foreign engineering ethics education. On this basis, survey was taken on engineering ethics class students and company recruiters. Therefore, improvement scheme that suits domestic engineering ethics education curriculum has been suggested.

In this research, looking into the educational situation concered with vocational ethics of department of physical therapy, tried to get materials which will be educated for the physical therapists who have right conception of ethics. This study examined 12 junior colleges and 2 colleges, The contents are as follows. 1. The course of the vocational ethics. 2. Charging professor and lesson hours. 3. The education of the ethical general principles for the physical therapist. 4. The necessity of the education of vocational ethics. 5. Teaching method in vocational ethics training. 6. The results of this research In spite of admitting the necessity of theeducation of the vocational ethics, we found, there wasn't systamatical and concrete The education of the vocational ethics which would be based upon our fudamental philosophical, ethical thought should be required for the next physical thera-pist as a medical specialist, suitable for the medical ethics in this age. Now, the field of research development for educational contents, matericals for concerning with vocational ethics of department of physical therapy have not been suficient yet, and theis research should be developed continuosly.

The remarkable achievements of the artificial intelligence in recent years are also raising awareness about its potential risks. Several governments and public organizations have been proposing the artificial intelligence ethics for sustainable development of artificial intelligence by minimizing potential risks. However, most existing proposals are focused on the developer-centered ethics, which is not sufficient for the comprehensive ethics required for ongoing intelligent information society. In addition, they have chosen a number of principles as the starting point of artificial intelligence ethics, so it is not easy to derive the guideline flexibly for a specific member reflecting its own situation. In this paper, we classify primitive members who need artificial intelligence ethics in intelligent information society into three : Developer, Supplier and User. We suggest a new artificial intelligence ethics, Seoul PACT, with minimal principles through publicness (P), accountability (A), controllability (C), and transparency (T). In addition, we provide 38 canonical guidelines based on these four principles, which are applicable to each primitive members. It is possible for a specific member to duplicate the roles of primitive members, so that the flexible derivation of the artificial intelligence ethics guidelines can be made according to the characteristics of the member reflecting its own situation. As an application example, in preparation for applying artificial intelligence to e-government service, we derive a full set of artificial intelligence ethics guideline from Seoul PACT, which can be adopted by the special member named Korean Government.

Misguided use, manipulation, misappropriation, disruption and mismanagement of Information deeply affects the infosphere as well as the social and moral fabric of a society. Information ethics is an attempt to bring the creation, organization, dissemination, and use of information within the ambit of ethical standards and moral codes. The diverse and inherently pluralistic nature of societies however puts forth an additional demand on us - to come up with an intercultural information ethics. An intercultural ethics which is other-centric, context sensitive and workable without being homogenizing, patronizing and colonizing. An endeavor in that direction has already been made by proponents of intercultural information ethics like: Charles M. Ess, Fay Sudweeks, Rafael Capurro, Pak-Hang Wong, Soraj Hongladarom et al. In our paper, we propose that the kind of ethical pluralism being sought in the domain of information ethics can be attained by having a reappraisal of the current methodological strategies, by casting a critical relook at the Eurocentric ethical model. This paper analyses the current framework of Intercultural Information Ethics. And in an endeavour to move towards an all-encompassing, other-centric, workable, intercultural, harmonious and compassionate model of 'Pluralistic Information Ethics', it proposes the Indian / Asian philosophical method of 'Samvāda' to the current inventory which includes methods like: 'parrhesia/free speech' and 'interpretive phronēsis.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive clues about the development direction of research ethics and areas of interest which has recently become a social issue in Korea by confirming overseas research trends. Research design, data and methodology: We collected 2,760 articles in scienceON, which including 'research ethics' in their paper. For analysis, frequency analysis, word clouding, keyword association analysis, and LDA topic modeling were used. Results: It was confirmed that many of the papers were published in medical, bio, pharmaceutical, and nursing journals and its interest has been continuously increasing. From word frequency analysis, many words of medical fields such as health, clinical, and patient was confirmed. From topic modeling, 7 topics were extracted such as ethical policy development and human clinical ethics. Conclusions: We founded that overseas research trends on research ethics are related to basic aspects than Korea. This means that a fundamental approach to ethics and the application of strict standards can become the basis for cultivating an overall ethical awareness. Therefore, academic discussions on the application of strict standards for publishing ethics and conducting researches in various fields where community awareness and social consensus are necessary for overall ethical awareness.

The objective of this study was to analyze the actual situation of ethics management in foodservice industry and its employees’ recognition on corporate ethics management. Self-administrated questionnaires were completed by 342 employees, and the data were analyzed by frequency, chi-square, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that the employees consider the corporate ethics management to be very important and it has been much more improved in foodservice industry. However, they are still skeptical about the continuous and consistent practice of ethics management. In addition, the survey revealed that the ethics management was regarded to be critically important to improve the value and the culture of the corporation. It also showed that the recognition of the improvement of ethics management in foodservice industry has been affected by the work environment of the whole society too. The result concluded that the taking the initiative by CEO is the most important factor for introducing the ethics management, while the propagation of ethics management requires the volition of the employees inside the corporation.

In spite of the ethics of sangsaeng is based on Daesoon thoughts, we can regard it as a moral theory independent on religion. Like other reasonable moral theories, It has three levels, moral standard, moral rules and moral acts or judgements. Sangsaeng is moral standard in the ethics of sangsaeng. moral rules are derived from it and could justify many particular moral judgements and acts. The ethics of sangsaeng belongs to metaphysical ethics and holistic ethics because it is derived holistic, sangsaeng's world view of Daesoon thoughts. The ethics of sangsaeng, first of all, extends the realm of moral community to all beings of world. Therefore it might works well on as a solution for environmental problem recently issued. Secondly, because beings are fundamentally all equal in holistic world, the principle of equality is basic principle in the ethics of sangsaeng. Finally, in relation to the principle of equality, the ethics of sangsaeng needs 'Haewon' as the first moral rule because it is a practical method for solution to various social inequality - racism, sexism, regionalism and so on.
