본 연구는 최근 2년 간 서울특별시 자치구 축제평가와 축제프로그램의 테마 연관도를 알아보기 위하여 상 하위 평가를 받은 각각 2개 축제를 대상으로 전문가 AHP 조사를 통해 축제평가와 축제프로그램의 테마 연관도를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 강동선사문화축제의 원시대탐험 거리퍼레이드, 한성백제문화제의 한성백제체험마을, 이태원 지구촌축제의 지구촌거리퍼레이드, 허준축제의 개막 주제뮤지컬공연의 테마 연관도가 가장 높은 것으로 조사되었고, 이 결과의 의미는 다음과 같다. 각 축제의 대표 프로그램이 선정되었다는 점, 축제테마에 밀접한 프로그램 명칭을 가지고 있다는 점, 방문객들의 직접 참여가 전제가 되는 행렬형 프로그램과 체험형 프로그램이라는 점, 그리고 축제프로그램의 테마 연관도가 높을수록 우수한 축제로 평가받고 있다는 점 등이다. 따라서 축제가 좋은 평가를 받기 위해서는 테마 연관도가 높은 프로그램들은 축제의 대표프로그램으로 집중 육성하고, 테마 연관도가 낮은 프로그램들은 테마 연관도를 높여서 축제의 다양성을 확대하여 축제 테마를 브랜드화하는 전략이 필요하다.

This study makes an attempt to appraise how much successful both (Ham-Pyung) Butterfly Festival and (Mu-Ju) Firefly Festival are in the view point of ecology-friendly effects, and based on this appraisal, searches for desirable and developmental directions of other eco-festivals. The empirical analysis of the study shows that even if the Butterfly Festival turns out to be more famous than the Firefly Festival, the latter is confirmed to be more eco-friendly than the former. The fact that the latter is more eco-friendly seems to be due to the fact that the subject matter, that is the theme, of the festival is the fireflies which are not only natural monuments but also peculiar in-site-resources specific to Mu-Ju. This fact suggests that the other eco-festivals, newly emerging ones in particular, need to find and designate in-site-resources inherent in their regions as the theme, as far as possible.

본 연구는 지역 개발의 가치를 축제 콘텐츠 화 할 수 있는지의 가능성을 발견하는데 목적이 있다. 한국의 축제는 양적인 풍성함에 비하여 질적인 빈곤이라는 비판으로 자유롭지 못하였으며 이를 해결하기 위해서는 축제콘텐츠의 다양화가 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해서 대안적 개발운동으로서 슬로시티에서는 지역주민의 공동체 유지와 방문객의 볼거리 제공차원에서 슬로시티 특화된 축제가 개최되고 있다. 따라서 어떻게 하면 슬로시티 지역 축제에서 문화관광해설사가 개발가치를 전달하고 방문객은 축제주제로서 개발가치를 인식 가능하게 될 것인가를 연구하였다. 이를 위해 영월 슬로시티 김삿갓면에서 개최된 김삿갓축제 방문객 180명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 문화관광해설사의 역할로서 해설형식과 해설내용은 방문객의 축제주제인식에, 축제주제인식은 재방문의도와 실천의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 문화관광해설사의 성공적인 역할 수행은 방문객의 축제주제인 슬로시티 개발가치를 이해하고 만족뿐만 아니라 느림의 생활운동을 실생활에서 실천해 나가는 선순환 과정을 확보해나갈 수 있다. 이론적, 실무적 시사점 및 연구의 한계점은 논의에 포함시켰다.

본 연구는 지속가능한 축제품질 척도 개발 가운데 축제의 기초품질 척도를 개발하여 결과변수인 축제애착, 축제만족, 행동의도 간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 축제 기초품질의 구성요인은 기반성, 유대성, 열정성, 주제성, 문화성이다. 척도의 개발의 목적은 축제의 기반환경인 축제적 토양에 대한 평가를 통해 축제의 지속가능성을 진단할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 언론기사 메시지 분석을 위해 분석의 틀로써 KINDS를 이용하여 5개의 구성요인을 도출하였다. 그리고 후속적 문헌연구를 통해 축제 기초품질 척도를 개발하였고 개발된 척도를 실증분석하기 위해 "금산인삼축제"에 참여한 방문객을 표본 집단으로 이용하였다. 분석결과, 축제 기초품질 구성요인 가운데 기반성, 유대성, 문화성이 축제몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 축제애착은 축제만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 축제만족 역시 행동의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기존의 선행연구들과 달리 우리나라 지역축제의 기초를 평가하기 위한 척도를 처음으로 개발하여 실증분석을 통해 검증하였다. 이로써 축제기초를 보다 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 세분화된 축제품질 측정의 토대를 마련하였다.

Due to the inflammatory of body exposure it did not become popular to the Korean nation but the body painting as a body art is definitely required for it be become a new pure artwork. In this body painting color is the core factor for visual part and expression and coloring obtained from the color is very important in creating effective image. In Korea beauty industry the researches are limited to the study on coloring expression of general beauty makeup. Therefore, this research analyzes color images in recent body painting artworks by defining characteristics of colors and coloring applied by theme. For the research subjects, dominant and secondary colors were extracted from the artworks presented in preliminary and final rounds of year 2012 and 2013 World Body Painting Festival. For the selection of final coloring stimulation the most frequent coloring by theme was first chosen. Among them, 2 individual coloring bands were selected by theme among the high frequency colors. For the analysis of coloring image shown in body painting works total 8 coloring bands were created and they were compared and analyzed by indicating each divided coloring band on the coloring image scale by theme. In this research coloring image analysis was done after examining colors and coloring of artworks presented in World Body Painting Festival by theme. This research has its meaning that it provides information and guideline for coloring design work of body painting by analyzing coloring image used in color and coloring of body painting by theme.

과거 10여년 동안 한국의 지역축제는 양적, 질적으로 급성장해 왔다. 그리고 축제를 기획하는 전문가와 연구자들에 의해 지역축제의 문제점 또한 많이 지적되어 왔다. 하지만, 선행연구들 대부분은 한 시점에 근거한 문제점 제시에 그치고 있다. 한편, 최우수 문화관광축제들은 대부분 10년 이상의 역사적 과정 속에서의 시행착오를 통해 정착단계를 맞이하고 있다. 그만큼 과정을 이해하는 것이 근본적인 문제점을 해결해 나가는데 중요하다. 본 연구는 나주 영산강문화축제를 사례로 지역의 대표축제로서의 정착화 과정에서의 축제 콘텐츠 변화양상을 시계열적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 가장 큰 문제점은 광범위한 주제설정으로 인한 축제소재의 불명확성이 축제의 정체성 상실로 이어지고 있다는 점이다.

축제의 양적 팽창에도 불구하고 지역축제에 대한 만족도는 몇몇 축제를 제외하곤 그리 높은 편이 아니다. 이는 지역축제의 본질적 목적에 비해 경제성을 강조한 나머지 지역축제의 개최목적인 지역관광산업의 발전, 지역문화의 보전, 지역주민의 여가기회확대, 지역공동체 의식의 함양, 지역이미지 제고 등을 고려하지 못한 축제들이 우후죽순 생겨나고 지역주민과 관광객의 만족을 높일 수 있는 행사내용과 형식들이 차별화되어 있지 못한 것에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 점을 고려하여 문화체육관광부의 축제평가기준을 토대로 제24회 김포문화예술제에 참여한 관광객과 지역주민에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 지역축제 만족도 결정요인을 규명하고 이를 통해 지역주민과 관광객간의 재방문의도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 향후 김포문화예술제가 성공적인 지역축제가 될 수 있도록 축제마케팅 전략수립에 유용한 시사점을 제공한다.

Festival costume shown in festival parades targeting historical events or figures helps to understand the theme of festival and grants visual effects and at the same time, is an important factor to identify then-cultural environment. Accordingly, this study aims to make a periodic review of traditional costumes used in parades for Hanseong Baekje Cultural Festival and Yeongam Wangin Cultural Festival which are both the festivals that backgrounded Baekje period, make a comparative analysis of the archetypes of reproduction costume vs Baekje costume, understand the problems of festival costume, and seek developmental directions. After making a comparative analysis of reproduction costume shown in festival parades, it was found that king costume, queen costume, governmental official costume, and humble class costume were all different from Baekje costume in terms of configuration, materials, color, shape, and creating method of costumes, and problems were drawn. When it comes to costume items, Pasul and Danryungpoh that didn't belong to Baekje period were worn. The problems in color research can be identified in governmental official costume. The problems in type of costume are shown in the length of po worn outside, margin of width, and degree of restoring accessories. Therefore, it seems to be necessary to convey and identify costume creating method by festival parade-related persons.
