상태방정식을 이용한 주유소 탱크에서의 유증기 배출량 산정법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Calculation Method of VOCs Emissions Using Equation of State in the Gas Station Tank)

  • This study was investigated the estimation of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) emission from a gas station tank. To improve the atmosphere environmental quality near the gas station, the installation of vapor recovery system has been expanded recently. Therefore, it was necessary to calculate VOCs emissions from the gas station tank with vapor recovery systems for evaluation of their performance. The VOCs emissions are difficult to measure directly because of various sources and irregularly emission by pressure rise. In this study, VOCs emissions were estimated by simple calculation based on the equation of state for measured pressure, temperature and volume of a gasoline tank at a gas station. The result confirmed that the present national emission factor did not have significant discrepancy with the calculated value.

Non-cutoff 조명기구가 설치된 주유소의 조명환경 및 빛공해 평가 (Luminous Environment and Light Pollution in Gas Stations with Non-cutoff Luminaires)

  • 주유소 조명은 안전하고 시각적으로 흥미롭게 디자인되어야 한다. 최근 연구에는 빛공해와 에너지 낭비 때문에 non-cutoff 조명기구를 주유소에 이용되면 안 되는 것을 보여주었다. 본 연구에서는 non-cutoff 조명기구를 사용한 주유소의 조명환경을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. CS-100 휘도계와 Radiant Imaging Prometric-1400을 이용하여 건물표면, 캐노피, 천정, 기둥 및 바닥면을 측정하였다. 그 결과 캐노피 조명기구의 개수가 증가할수록 건물전체 표면휘도가 증가하였으며, Non-cutoff 조명기구를 설치한 연구대상 전체 주유소는 빛공해를 유발하였다. 따라서 주유소 옥외조명에 대한 기준이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

  • 국내에는 가스를 사용하는 에너지 산업시설(저장시설, 고압가스 배관, 충전소, 탱크로리 등)이 전국에 산재해 있다. 이러한 대형 가스 시설에서는 화재, 폭발 및 유독물질 누출 등 중대사고가 발생할 수 있다. 또한 대기오염을 줄이기 위한 천연가스자동차의 보급으로 LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas), CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) 충전소의 보급이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 부천에서 발생한 LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) 충전소의 대형가스사고 이후 충전소의 설치는 많은 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 LCNG/LNG 복합충전소를 연구대상으로 선정하고 기존의 정성적 위험성평가의 결과를 토대로 정량적인 위험성 평가를 표현하고, HSE(Health and Safety Executive) 기준과 비교를 통한 위험성을 확인하고자 한다.

  • According to the "hydrogen economy roadmap" announced recently by the government, fuel cell electric vehicle diffusion and hydrogen refueling station construction are actively being carried out to prepare for the hydrogen economy era. The station will be expanded by introducing various charging station models such as hydrogen complex charging station, package, and mobile. Accordingly, the study on the safety demonstration of the charging station and related regulations should be compromised. The purpose of this study is to collect monitoring data during charging according to the distinct four seasons in Korea, and to use it as safety demonstration data by analyzing the charging status, charging rate and charging time during charging.

  • 산업의 발달에 따른 영향으로 에너지수요가 증가함에 따라 국내에는 에너지 산업시설(저장시설, 고압가스 배관, 충전소, 탱크로리 등)이 전국에 산재하게 되었고 사용하는 에너지의 종류도 과거 한정된 자원이 아닌 다양한 에너지원을 사용하게 되었다. 이러한 에너지시설에는 화재, 폭발 및 유독물질 누출 등 중대사고가 발생할 수 있다. 더욱이 국내의 에너지시설은 밀집되어 있어 연쇄적인 사고가 일어날 가능성이 존재한다. 이 연구에서는 기존에 설치 운영되고 있는 LPG(liquefied petroleum gas) 및 가솔린(gasoline) 충전소와 LNG(liquefied natural gas) 충전소에 대한 피해예측을 실시하고 이를 비교 분석 함으로써 국내에서 처음 시도되고 있는 가솔린 주유소 및 LPG/LNG 충전소가 병설되어 설치되는 경우의 안전성을 검토하고자 한다.

LPG충전소 유휴공간의 태양광발전설비 설치 유효성 (Validity of solar energy generation at the underused Space of LPG filling station)

  • 지난 2008년, LPG충전소와 유사한 주유소의 경우 관련법인 위험물관리법 개정을 통해 태양광발전설비의 설치가 합법화 되어 실제 몇몇 주유소에서 태양광발전설비가 운용되고 있다. LPG충전소의 경우 2015년부터 관련법이 개정되어 LPG충전소의 사무실, 캐노피 등의 유휴공간에 태양광발전설비 설치가 합법화 되었다. 일본의 경우 지난 2009년부터 LPG충전시설에 태양광발전설비를 설치하여 운용하고 있는 것이 조사되었다. 위험지역으로 분류되는 LPG충전소의 경우 작은 화재가 큰 사고로 이어질 가능성이 크다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전산유동해석을 통해 태양광발전설비 설치의 안전성에 대해 평가하고자 국내 외의 관련 기준과 사례를 조사하였다. 또한 조사된 결과를 바탕으로 가스유동해석 프로그램의 하나인 FLACS를 이용해 저장탱크 방출관과 자동차용 충전기 파손에 의한 누출을 가정하여 유동해석을 진행하였고, 캐노피에 설치된 태양광발전설비의 안전성에 대해 간접적으로 평가하였다. 그 결과 충분한 안전거리를 확보한다면 캐노피 상단으로의 폭발범위의 LPG가 유입되지 않는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

국내 주유소 시장의 휘발유 가격경쟁 분석: 공간 효과를 중심으로 (Price Competition in Korean Retail Gasoline Market: Focusing on Spatial Effects)

  • Purpose - This study conducts an empirical analysis on gasoline pricing of Korean retail gas stations focusing on spatial effects. Unlike previous studies, the study uses an official land price for a proxy of the importance of location, and also allows the spatial effects from other competing gas stations as well. Research design, data, and methodology - In collection of data, we obtain more abundant data than those of previous studies. The gasoline prices used in the study are 909,084 observations as daily data from January 1 to July 31 of the year 2016. A proxy for the land price is collected by linking official public land price data with address information on each gas station. For the estimation, the study employs the Panel Spatial Dubin Model to make the best use of the collected location information. Results - As expected, spatial properties of gas stations have significant effects on the gasoline price. As the price per square meter increases by 100 thousands won, the price of gasoline rises 9 won per liter. Among other characteristics, the price increases by 16 won per liter if the station has a convenience store, and about 5 won if it has a car wash service. Gasoline price in Singapore accounted for 26% of variations in domestic gasoline prices. SK Energy and GS Caltex are the top brands in terms of price. The study also finds prices and other important properties of competing gas stations have significant effects on others' prices. Prices of competing gas station have a positive relationship with those of others. If a competing gas station raises the price, the gas station also raises the price, and lowering the price lower the price. Among brands, GS Caltex has the greatest downward pressure on nearby gas stations. Conclusions - The study confirms that location value of gas stations affect their gasoline prices, and the prices of the competing gas stations also have a significant effects on their prices. It suggests that the prices in the competing retail areas tend to be synchronized with each other.

서비스 관여도에 따른 소비자 만족이 충성도에 미치는 영향 - 주유소 서비스를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of Consumer Satisfaction on Loyalty According to Involvement - Focused on the Gas Station Service -)

  • Gas station consumers have become increasingly conscious of expanding choices and service options available at retail outlets. The purpose of this study was to determine key factors in customer choice of gas / service stations. This study seeks to identify key the relationship between socio-demographical variables and consumer choice, and consumer satisfaction and loyalty associated with gas / service station usage. The research instrument comprised of a questionnaire in the form of an on-line survey that was administered during November, 2010. A Total of 1,000 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. The collected data were treated with SPSS Windows 18.0 and analyzed in for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of were as following: First, there was a strong positive relationship between involvement, satisfaction, loyalty of gas station service. Second, satisfaction was significantly affected by involvement, the frequency of gasoline purchases, the information route and customer's occupation. Third, loyalty was significantly affected by consumer satisfaction, involvement, frequency of gasoline purchases, information route and customer's occupation.

가스충전소에서 작업복의 정전기 안전관리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Safety Management of the Electrostatic in Working Clothes at the Gas Station)

  • In order to prevent fire and explosion due to the electrostatic discharge at the Gas Station etc. This result will be applied to standard in the future. Wearing the non-electrostatic removing wear, Charged voltage of human body is 3,980V(MIE is approximately 0.79mJ). There is a possibility of fire explosion because the MIE of LP gas is 0.25mJ. In accordance with using period(whasing times), Charged voltage is shown that propensity is increased. Electrostatic charge amount is upper standard($0.6{\mu}$C) of the hazard of electrostatic removing wear. There is a possibility of fire and explosion. Therefore, countermeasure and management are needed about gas station worker.

대용량 멀티포트 동시 충전 기반 수소충전소 안전성 평가 연구 (Risk Assessment for High Capacity Multiport Hydrogen Refueling Station)

  • Hydrogen infrastructure is expanding. High-capacity hydrogen refueling stations offer advantages because they can refuel a variety of light and heavy-duty vehicles, and multi-port refueling technology is developing to reduce charging time for heavy-duty vehicles. In this study, we suggest directions to lower the risk by analyzing the risk factors for each process involved in the installation of a high-capacity multi-port hydrogen refueling station in Changwon city. We conducted both qualitative and quantitative risk assessments of the equipment to evaluate the station. A hazard and operability study was performed for qualitative risk assessment, and PHAST/SAFETI were used for quantitative risk assessment. Quantitative risk assessment was used to calculate the consequence analysis of the facility to ensure secure design prior to station development and to predict individual and societal risks in various scenarios. As a result, the station's risk level was determined to be as low as reasonably practicable.
