건축 문화재 용어의 법제도적 개념 정의를 위한 기초 연구 (A Basic Study for the Legal Definition of Cultural Property Terminology related to the Architecture)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the legal definition and usage of cultural property term related to the architecture within the cultural property-related legal system and general legal system, and to present proper terminology and specific concepts that can be used for the architecture as cultural properties. In the current cultural property legislative system, terms about the architecture are diverse and obscure, and the definition of each term is different from the concept in the general legal system. In this context, this study presented the terminology of 'the architectural heritage' as 'a cultural property by construction act' to cover whole cultural properties related to Korean architecture. And the conceptual scope of the architectural heritage is divided into the technology and the performer related to the act, the record and the building related to the product. and Each concept needs to be specifically tailored to its object and scope. Systematic definition of terms for cultural properties related the architecture can positively influence systematization of cultural property preservation and management as well as empirical research and education on Korean architecture.

  • The aim of this papaer is to prove the discrete compactness property for modified Raviart-Thomas element(MRT) of lowest order on quadrilateral meshes. Then MRT space can be used for eigenvalue problems, and is more efficient than the lowest order ABF space since it has less degrees of freedom.

일제강점기 문화재 정책 형성과정 연구 -위원회 구성과 목록 변화를 중심으로- (Study on the Formulation of the Cultural Property Policy during the Japanese Colonial Period -with the Focus on the Composition of the Committee and Changes in the Listing of Cultural Properties-)

  • 일제는 그들의 통치목적을 달성하기 위하여 우리 문화재에 대한 조사와 제도화를 하였다. 이러한 과정은 일본인 관료와 학자들을 중심으로 진행되었으며, 몇 번의 변화를 거쳐 체계화 되었고, 1916년에 제정된 "고적 및 유물 보존규칙"과 1934년에 지정된 문화재들은 현재 우리나라 문화재 정책의 시작점이 되었다. 이 글은 일제강점기에 조선총독부 주도로 진행된 문화재 정책을 문화재에 관한 전반을 심의하던 '위원회'의 인원 구성과 '문화재 목록'의 변화상이라는 관점에서 살펴보았다. 이러한 사항들은 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 조선총독부는 문화재 정책을 입안하고 결정하기 위한 심의기구로 '위원회(보존회)'를 두었는데, 제도와 인적 구성 면에서 조선총독부 관료를 과반 이상 두도록 하여 조선총독부의 정책이 관철되도록 하였다. 이 속에서 조선인은 극소수가 참여하였는데, 그들마저 형식적인 구색 맞추기였다고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 조선총독부가 조사하여 목록화한 문화재는 목록화 계기에 따라 크게 세 시기로 구분된다. 첫 번째 목록(1909~1916)은 등 급제로 대표되는 세키노타다시에 의해 주도되었고, 두 번째 목록(1917~1933)은 대장법으로 대표되는 구로이타가쓰미에 의해 주도되었다. 구로이타가쓰미는 문화재 제도를 입안하고 목록을 공식화 하면서 세키노타다시의 영향에서 멀어지려 하였는데, 이러한 정황이 제도와 실제 목록 내용에서 드러나고 있음을 확인하였다. 세 번째 목록(1934~1945)은 1934년 지정문화재 목록으로 만들어졌는데, 이 단계에서는 세키노타다시의 조사 성과도 반영이 되었으며, 종전의 규정에서 제외되었던 현존사찰의 중요 문화재도 포함이 되었다. 이렇게 1934년을 기점으로 현재 우리나라 문화재 목록의 기본적 체계가 만들어졌다.

A Study on the Seller's Liability regarding Property in Goods on the International Sale of Goods

  • This study examines the seller's liability to transfer the property to the buyer. Even though contracting parties choose CISG as the governing law regulating their obligations and rights by means of their contract, CISG does not concern with the effect generated by the transfer of property. Thus, the issues of the property is settled in conformity with the domestic law applicable by virtue of the rules of private international law. By considering the general rules of the transfer of property in goods under SGA and KCC as the lex rei sitae, the difference of requirements to pass the property between them is analyzed and then the reasons why the transfer of property is importantly considered are discussed. In addition, as CISG does not exclude completely the matters concerning the property and provides the provision like Art 41, the seller's liability to deliver goods free from the third party right or claim is examined under Art 41. Lastly, the practical advice is suggested.

  • Duggal-Jeon-Kubrusly([2]) introduced Hilbert space operator T satisfying property ${\mid}T{\mid}^2{\leq}{\mid}T^2{\mid}$, where ${\mid}T{\mid}=(T^*T)^{1/2}$. In this paper we extend this property to general version, namely property B(n). In addition, we construct examples which distinguish the classes of operators with property B(n) for each $n{\in}\mathbb{N}$.

부순모래 대체율에 따른 콘크리트의 공학적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Engineering Property of Concrete With Replacement Ratio of Crushed Sand)

  • Recently, Trouble of sand supply is occurred according to exhaustion of natural sand resources. therefore, various measures are proposed for solution of trouble of sand supply and crushed sand among measures is used as one of most universal measures. but because crushed sand have poor particle shape and plenty of makes micro particle, the quality of concrete using crushed sand deteriorated. Therefore, this study evaluated engineering property of concrete with replacement ratio of crushed sand and applied evaluation result to fundamental data for quality control of concrete using crushed sand. The result of this study have shown that quality of concrete using crushed sand independently is poor against general concrete. but, the concrete mixing crushed sand with general sand can be similar in workability of concrete used general sand and increase compressive strength of concrete as against concrete using general sand.

  • In this paper, an efficient hybrid nonlinear conjugate gradient method is proposed to solve general unconstrained optimization problems on the basis of CD method [2] and DY method [5], which possess the following property: the sufficient descent property holds without any line search. Under the Wolfe line search conditions, we proved the global convergence of the hybrid method for general nonconvex functions. The numerical results show that the hybrid method is especially efficient for the given test problems, and it can be widely used in scientific and engineering computation.

Therefore, this study evaluated engineering property and durability of concrete using crushed sand and applied evaluation result to fundamental data for quality control of concrete using crushed sand. The results of this study have shown that quality of concrete using crushed sand independently is poor against general concrete. but, the workability, compressive strength and durability of concrete mixed crushed sand with genera can improve on those of concrete used general sand.
