공학 분야 역할모델의 현황과 전문성 계발에 미치는 영향 (Current States and Effects of Role Model on the Expertise Development in Engineers)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the current states of role model and effects on the expertise development in engineers (i.e., undergraduate students and experts in the field of engineering). Based on the previous studies, role model was categorized into two domain, general role model and value sharing role model. A total of 257 participants (162 undergraduate students, 95 experts) answered survey questions about their role model (the number of their role model, the frequency of meeting with them, and the number of sharing value with them), major confidence, knowledge acquisition, and research performance. The results showed that engineers had 1 or 2 general role models and that the contents of role model were different between the two groups. The value-sharing role model significantly predicted major confidence and research performance in undergraduate students whereas the number of general role model was closely associated with major satisfaction in experts. These results suggest that it is important for engineering major students to have general role model and value-sharing role model in order to enhance expertise development. Establishing infrastructure for having and meeting with role models can facilitate the development of personal expertise in engineers.

  • The purpose of present study is to applied center assess method to Military General's Promotion System. This study aim to examine assessment center method based on core competency model will be applied to Military General's Promotion System and Human Resource Management. This study propose that Military General's core competency model based on job analysis to identify competency of Army, Navy, Air Force's Generals and to identify the consequences and performances of assess center method. This study propose that assess center method applied to Military General's Promotion System have many kinds. Facilitated Simulation methods were Planning and Analysis /Oral Presentation, Presentation management Coaching, customer /Peer lnteraction. Non-facilitated Simulation methods were In-Basket game, Leaderless Group Discussion, role playing. And this study propose that Military General's assessment center method based on core competency model will be effective in Military field.

A MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR HISTORY-BASED ACCESS CONTROL

  • Access Control is one of essential branches to provide system's security. Depending on what standards we apply, in general, there are Role-based access control, History-based access control. The first is based on subject's role, The later is based on subject's history. In fact, RBAC has been implemented, we are using it by purchasing some orders through the internet. But, HBAC is so complex that there will occur some errors on the system. This is more and more when HBAC is used with other access controls. So HBAC's formalization and model which are general enough to encompass a range of policies in using more than one access control model within a given system are important. To simplify these, we design the mathematical model called non-access structure. This Non-access structure contains to historical access list. If it is given subjects and objects, we look into subject grouping and object relation, and then we design Non-access structure. Then we can determine the permission based on history without conflict.

임상간호원의 사회화과정단계에 있어서의 역할모델, 직업에 대한 지각향성 및 자아실현성간의 관계 (Nurses단 Role Models, Perceptions Toward Occupation, Self-Actualization Value and the Phases of Socialization Process)

  • This study was designed to investigate the changes of nurses' role model, perceptions toward occupation, and self actualization value in terms of the phases of socialization process. Two hundred and sixty nine nurses working in clinical settings were randomly selected from 15 general hospitals despersed over Seoul and Kyungki province. Data were gathered by the standardized Perceptual Orientation Test, the Self-actualization Test, and Questionnaires on role models and phases of socialization process developed by the investigators from October 1985 to March 1986. The data were analysed by ANOVA and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The results were as follows: 1. The average time period required for the shift of phases of socialization process were; phase Ⅰ, role adjustment, took average 10 months of employment: Phase Ⅱ, interpersonal adjustment, 12 months: and Phase Ⅲ, role conflict, 15 months respectively. Conflict resolution, phase Ⅳ, began to take place 18 months of employment; and shifted to phase V, internalization and self-actualization at 25 months of employment. 2. Throughout 5 consecutive phase, the number of immediate superior nurse model was dominantly the highest among the role models. The number of head nurse role model increased at phase Ⅱ, phase Ⅲ, and phase Ⅳ. Respondents with school model in phase I tended to transfer to work model at phase Ⅱ. 3. The perceptions toward occupation were not significantly influenced by the Phases of socialization process. 4. The score of self-actualization value was not significantly influenced by the phases of socialization process. 5. In regard to perceptions toward occupation, nursing director model group showed significantly lower score in phase I (p<.01). 6. The comparison of self-actualization value between the 5 phases revealed significant difference in phase I: in particular among respondents with school model at p<.05. To conclude: 1. The phase Ⅲ of socialization process is the period of role conflict which occur at 15 months of employment, an6 conflict resolution, phase Ⅳ, begins at 18 months of employment on the average in clinical settings. 2. The immediate superior nurse and the head nurse are important role models for nurses all through their socialization process.

해양대순환모형을 이용한 해빙의 역할에 관한 수치실험 연구 (Numerical Study on the Role of Sea-ice Using Ocean General Circulation Model)

  • 본 연구에서는 기후 시스템 내에서의 해빙의 역할을 살펴보고자 열역학적 방식에 의한 해빙 모형을 개발하고 이를 해양대순환 모형인 MOM에 접합한 해양/해빙 접합 모형을 구축하여 수치적 실험을 하였다. 연구에서는 먼저 접합한 모형을 이용하여 해빙의 계절 평균적인 분포를 모사하였다. 또한 해양대순환 모형이 해빙 모형과 접합한 경우와 접합하지 않은 경우를 비교함으로써 대규모 해양 분포에 나타나는 해빙의 역할을 살펴보았다. 또한 모형의 결과를 다른 모형의 결과 및 관측자료와 비교 분석함으로써 해양/해빙 모형 접합 모형의 결과를 검증하였다. 접합 모형은 양반구 고위도에서의 해빙이 계절적 분포를 전체적으로 적절히 모사하였다. 해양대순환 모형이 해빙 모형과 접합한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우에 대한 비교 연구에서 해빙은 양반구 고위도에서의 해수온과 염분을 유지시켜주는 중요한 역할을 할뿐만 아니라 South Ocean 순환세포와 남반구 순환세포(Southern Hemisphere circulation cell) 및 북대서양 심층수와 관련한 자오 심해 순환과 남극환류 같은 동서류의 순환도 적절히 모사하였다.

신뢰성이론을 바탕으로 한 통합 컴퓨터 보안 모형에 관한 연구 (An Integrated Computer Security Model Based on the General Trust Theory)

  • For the last two decades, there has been much research on computer abuse from the perspective of the general deterrence theory based on objectism, which covers security policy, security awareness programs, and physical security system. The traditional view offered by the general deterrence theory indicates that security policy, security awareness, and security system play a major role in preventing computer abuse. In spite of continuous organizational efforts and investments based on these systematic factors, the incidence of computer abuse in organizations is still rapidly increasing. This paper proposes another perspective-the social control theory based on subjectism-in preventing computer abuse. According to the social control theory, organizational trust, which comprises organizational attachment, commitment, involvement and norms, can prevent computer abuse by reducing insider's computer abuse. The aim of this article is to assess the role of organizational trust come from attachment, commitment, involvement, norms in preventing computer abuse. The results indicate that both organizational trust and deterrent factors are effective in preventing computer abuse.

혈액투석 환자의 우울 예측 요인 (Factors Predicting Depression in Hemodialysis Patients)

  • Purpose: This study was done to provide fundamental data for developing a depression prediction model by discovering main factors that affect depression in patients who do maintenance hemodialysis. Method: The subjects were 191 patients doing maintenance hemodialysis selected from outpatient dialysis clinics at 9 major general hospitals, The Instrument tools utilized in this study were adapted from depression, fatigue, sleep disturbance, stress, adaptation, symptoms, daily activities, and role limitation and thoroughly modified to verify reliability and validity. The collected data was analyzed with a SPSS-PC 11.0 Window Statistics Program for real numbers, percentage, average, standard deviation, and multiple regression. Results: The correlation factor for depression was (M=2.54) fatigue(M=3.12), sleep disturbance (M=2.82), stress(M=3.04), adaptation(M=2.53), daily activities(M=2.24), symptoms(M=2.37), and role limitation(M=2.24). The strongest factor that affected depression was explained by symptoms of the patients who performed hemodialysis. The analysis of the factors that affected depression revealed a $58.4\%$ prediction in symptoms, stress, role limitation, and adaptation. Conclusion: It has been confirmed that the regression equation model(Depression=7.351 + .266$^{\ast}$symptoms + .260$^{\ast}$stress -.l89$^{\ast}$adaptation + .057$^{\ast}$fatigue) of this research may serve as a prediction factor for depression in Hemodialysis Patients.

치과위생사 통합교육과정을 위한 접근 (Approach Toward Integrated Curriculum for Dental Hygienist)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine what the role of denial hygienist was. The subjects were 751 dental hygienists from dental clinics, dental hospitals, general hospitals, public dental clinics and their branches throughout the nation. After a survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed with SPSS WIN 10.0, and variance analysis and post-analysis were implemented. And Forgarty's 8th integrated model, out of 10 ones, was selected to delve into the practical role of dental hygienist in detail. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The three age groups had a significantly different opinion on the significance of individual subjects. The dental hygienists of thirty six and over found the basic and preventive public dental care courses most important, and the 31~35 age group placed most stock in education and research. Overall, the post-analysis results showed that prevention and clinical courses were considered most vital, followed by education and fundamental courses. 2. There was a significant gap between four groups from the different work places in their view of the weight of the individual subjects. According to the post-analysis, the dental hygienists from the general hospitals, public dental clinics and their branches gave more weight to fundamental, education and research areas. Those who were with the dental clinics, dental hospitals and general hospitals put higher value on clinical course than the dental hygienists from the public dental clinics and their branches. 3. Two groups with a different career also had a different outlook on the importance of the individual subjects. The post-analysis results illustrated that the dental hygienists who had worked for three years or more put higher stress on the fundamental course than those with a less career, and the dental hygienists with a five-year or higher career attached more importance to the education and research field than those with a smaller career. 4. There was a significant difference between the three age groups in their clinical role. The post-analysis results indicated thai the younger dental hygienists were more of assistants than of professionals, as they chiefly took X-ray photograph, handled treatment materials or performed treatment-related works. Overall, handling treatment materials was most common. 5. The three groups from the different work places significantly varied in their clinical role. According to the post-analysis, those from the dental clinics and dental hospitals took more x-ray photographs, handled more treatment materials and performed more relevant works, compared to those from the general hospitals, public dental clinics and their branches. 6. The two groups with a different career differed significantly in their clinical role. The post-analysis results suggested that the dental hygienists with a less career played an assistant role more, which handled treatment materials or carried out other relevant works. 7. The fundamental courses (I) and (II), preventive class (I) and (II) and its practice course were regarded as integrated subjects that they should take 10 offer preventive treatment, which was one of the dental hygienist missions. What's needed to act as dental-care educators was the basic courses (I) and (II), dental hygiene education and its practice. Finally, integrated clinical courses (I) and (II) and clinical practice were viewed as necessary for their role performance as dental treatment collaborators.

구조방정식을 이용한 종합병원 행정직원의 역할스트레스가 소진, 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향분석 (A Study using Structural Equations on how the Role Stress of Administrative Workers in General Hospitals Affects Burnout, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment Analysis)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 의료기관 행정직 종사자의 역할 스트레스가 소진과 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하고자 실시되었다. 본 연구는 200병상 이상의 종합병원 중 10곳의 행정직원을 대상으로 2015년 7월 13일부터 8월 14일 까지 한 달 동안 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사된 설문은 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석, 평균분산추출, 연구모형의 적합도 지수, 연구모형의 경로계수 추정치 분석 등을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과로는 의료기관 행정직 종사자의 역할갈등과 역할과다는 소진에 정(+)적인 영향을, 소진은 직무만족에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조직몰입과의 관계는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 부서간의 연계 업무 등에 있어 역할갈등을 줄이기 위해서는 업무에 대한 명확한 지침과 업무지시의 통일성 등이 필요하고, 정확한 업무 측정과 계량으로 구성원의 역할을 적정화할 때 조직에 대한 애착과 헌신도도 높아지고 궁극적으로 개인의 직무성과도 향상될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

의료정보시스템의 RBAC 프로토콜 연구 (Study on The RBAC Protocol of Medical Information System)

  • 일반적인 RBAC 모델에 존재하는 역할 간의 계층 관계에 의하여 상위 역할은 하위 역할의 권한을 수행 할 수 있지만 의료기관과 같은 경우 반대의 경우도 일부 필요하나 이 같은 경우가 의료정보시스템에서는 허가 되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 동적 역할 할당을 정의 하였으며, 이를 통하여 하위 역할이 일시적으로 상위 역할이 가지는 권한을 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였고, 의료정보시스템에 적용 사례를 보였다.
