현대 사회에서 소셜 네트워킹 서비스의 증가와 확산은 많은 정보를 쉽고 빠르게 얻을 수 있도록 하였지만 허위·과장 정보의 확산이 큰 문제로 자리잡고 있다. 최근 해외에서는 이들을 자동으로 분류 및 판별하고자하는 Fact 검증 모델에 관한 연구 및 모델 학습을 위한 데이터의 제작 및 배포가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 아직 국내에서는 한국어 Fact 검증을 위한 데이터가 많이 부족한 상황이기 때문에 본 논문에서는 최근 좋은 성능을 보이는 openai 의 GPT-3를 한국어 태스크에 적용시킨 HyperCLOVA 를 이용하여 한국어 Fact 검증 데이터 셋을 자동으로 구축하고 이를 최신 Fact 검증 모델들에 적용하였을 때의 성능을 측정 및 분석 하고자 하였다.

Knowledge-based services are largely dependent upon human-driven works. Therefore, considering human characteristics is required when modeling processes for knowledge-based services. As an emerging technology for Business Process Management, Human Interaction Management and its supportive process management can be an alternative to deal with human-driven processes. However, current HIM does not suggest concrete method for modeling conditions that are essential to realize supportive process management. And the condition modeling of HumanEdj, the only HIM software implemented, reveals the problem of complexity. As a solution, this paper suggests a fact-oriented ontological approach to process modeling. The approach uses human-friendly form of facts for condition modeling.

Facilitates chromatin transcription (FACT) is a chromatin-specific elongation factor required for transcription of chromatin templates in vivo and in vitro. FACT consists of human homologue of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae Spt16/Cdc68 protein (hSpt16) and the high mobility group-1-like protein structure-specific recognition protein-1 (SSRP-1). Here we show that the protein level of hSpt16 is massively down-regulated in quiescent T98C cells using both immunofluorescence and western blot analysis. In contrast, we observe high level of the hspt16 expression in the proliferative T98G cells. Interestingly, the expression of SSRP-1 is not altered in both quiescent and proliferative states. Taken together, our findings implicate that the expression of hSpt16 is associated with the proliferative state and can be used as a proliferation marker.

DA-3002 is a genuine human growth hormone produced by Dong-A Pharm. Co. Ltd. research laboratory using recombinant DNA technic. In this study, antigenic potential of DA-3002 was examined by active systemic anaphyaxis(ASA) in guinea pigs, mouse-rat passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA) and passive hemagglutination(PHA) test as a part of safety research. DA-3002 induced anaphylactic shock in ASA test using guinea pigs Immunized with DA-3002 alone or DA-3002 incoporated into Freund's complete adjutant(FCA) when challenged with 10 times higher dose of anticipated clinical dose of DA-3002. In the mouse-rat PCA and PHA test, DA-3002 also showed positive results. DA-3002, therfore, was considered to produce IgE, IgG, and/or IgM in mice. The results of this study were similar to those of the other human growth hormones and these positive results were thought to be caused due to the fact that both DA-3002 and the other human growth hormones were heterogenous proteins to guinea pigs and mice. Considering the fact that DA-3002 is a genuine human growth hormone of which structure is identical with indigenous human growth hormone, DA-3002 is thought not to cause immunological problems in clinical use.

Antigenic potential of a recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) produced by Dong-A charm. Co. Ltd. was examined by active systemic anaphylaxis (ASA) test in guinea pigs, mouse-rat passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) reaction and passive hemagglutination (PHA) test. In ASA test, rhEPO induced the signs of restlessness, rubbing or licking nose, sneezing and coughing in the animals immunized with rhEPO 1000 lU/kg alone or rhEPO 1000 lU/kg incorporated into Freund\\\\`s complete adjuvant. In the mouse-rat PCA test, only one of six sera from the animals immunized with rhEPO 1000 lUng incorporated into Alum showed positive result. In the PHA test, rhEPO revealed negative results in all of the rhEPO-immunized groups. From these results, rhEPO was considered to produce IgE in guinea pigs and mice, but not IgG and/or IsM in mice. The results of this study were similar to those of the other recombinant human erythropoietin and these positive results were thought to be caused due to the fact that rhEPO were heterogeneous proteins to guinea pigs and mice. Considering the fact that rhErO has an identical structure with indigenous human erythropoietin, rhEPO is not thought to cause immunological problems in clinical use.

20th century was the age of Modernism which was based on rational side of human mind. However, with the fall of Modernism, also came the fall of rationalism's dictatorship. Now, we see the pursuit and quest of irrational thinking as a new possibility of human expression which actually was already begun by Dada and Surrealism in early 20th century. It was facilitated by re-evaluation of Freud's psychoanalytic theory at the end of 20th century. This paper researches psychoanalytic approach applied to the analyses of unconscious human desires in art and design, especially its application to contemporary space design. These designs represent, without making any ethical evaluation, the fact that those unconscious desires are part of inborn human nature and the fact that 21st century is heading toward open society which embraces diverse values and possibilities. By analyzing irrational tendencies in contemporary space designs, this paper aims at proving the meaning and value for one of new directions in 21st century space design. First chapter is an introduction. Second chapter studies Freud's psychoanalytic theory. Third chapter examines the psychoanalytic methodologies with which unconscious desires are expressed in art and design. Fourth chapter classifies the types of subconscious desires expressed in contemporary space designs and analyzes their case studies. Fifth chapter is the conclusion.

Human Engineering has an intention of design to keep the best condition of man-machine system. Hitherto the conception of design has been used to include existing engineering, as mechanical engineering and electric engineering. But the manufactured goods which to be made these process seem to be fully equipped on physical function, but faults come out discountent repeatedly to users. Accordingly, the development of industrial design has been demanded for improving functional design. It is considered that industrial design has aesthetical sensation. In actually, it must be 1. to provide for utility and safety, 2. easy for maintenance, 3. cheap at cost. 4. possible for sales appeal, 5. and good on appearance. As taking into consideration above five conditions, however, for 삯e sake of comprehend to human being about operating method of machinery and equipment, it should be reflected to design what kind of training way will be needed. Also, it must be considered what a certain extent would be occurred tiredness to human being. in other words. it should be considered the design to be possible the reflect to principle of motion economy, It should not be made adoption of human ability for the designed machinery, it must be adopted the method to consider the design on presuppose about human ability. For study of these actual fact, this paper is summarized the essence of human engineering, and also to find out the methodology as humanistic engineering, It is, Particularly, subdivisionization of operation in flow operation is essential direction of mechanization. Generally. as developing the subdivisionization of operation, it will be lack of satisfaction on operation which worker take charge of. The subdivisionization of operation makes the operation to simple-repetitive, to lose the interest of worker and will be also come into question to the feeling of worker's livelihood. It is human's fundamental desire to have get skilful function or special technique. But the subdivisionization of operation hold in those human's fundamental desire and so that it will likely to lose the sorority of living by this fact. Accordingly, this paper have an operation to hold out the methodology on presuppose about human ability.

Objective: to improve agricultural working environment using tools and equipments. Background: most existing tools currently used, in fact, are discrepant from human factor guidelines so that they are still exposed to the musculoskeletal disease. Method: the provided tools and equipments are mostly designed considering human factor engineering or usability engineering in a way to avoid musculoskeletal disease. Results: propose the top-down procedure and usability engineering steps to evaluate them for the system design suitability. Conclusion: apply them conveniently into rural environment to help farmers working environment.

The phenomenon due to the abundance of material civilization, and the destruct of environment provokes the damage to the order of nature in the earth. To prevent the fact, the necessity of the ecology start to become influential an important issue. In an outlook on the world of the ecological concept, human evolves with an environment as the mutual interdependence eventually. The approaching of the ecological method to reform of the present environment is an essentiality. In a viewpoint, the interior landscape starts to distinguish as an ecological concept in interior environment. To recognize the necessity of an interior landscape, comparison and analysis have been carried out in the worldwide examples of the lobby space in high-rise office buildings. In the results, the interior landscape is an essential fact to create an ecological interior environment. As the perceiving of the importance in the composition of the ecological environment, it needs to recognize the imminence the introduction of the ecological concept in the human life.

사실 검증(Fact verification) 문제는 문서 검색(Document retrieval), 증거 선택(Evidence selection), 증거 검증(Claim verification) 3가지 단계로 구성되어있다. 사실 검증 모델들의 주요 관심사인 증거 검증 단계에서 많은 모델이 제안되는 가운데 증거 선택 단계에 집중하여 강화 학습을 통해 해결한 모델이 제안되었다. 그래프 기반의 모델과 강화 학습 기반의 사실 검증 모델을 소개하고 각 모델을 한국어 사실 검증에 적용해본다. 또한, 두 모델을 같이 사용하여 각 모델의 장점을 가지는 부분을 병렬적으로 결합한 모델의 성능과 증거의 구성 단위에 따른 성능도 비교한다.
