Artificial intelligence technology, which is the core of the 4th industrial revolution, is making intelligent judgments through deep learning techniques and machine learning that it is impossible to predict if it is applied to stock prediction beyond human capabilities. In US fund management companies, artificial intelligence is replacing the role of stock market analyst, and research in this field is actively underway. In this study, we use BLSTM to reduce errors that occur in unidirectional prediction of the existing LSTM method, reduce errors in predictions by predicting in both directions, and macroscopic indicators that affect stock prices, namely, economic growth rate, economic indicators, interest rate, analyze the trade balance, exchange rate, and volume of currency. To help stock investment by accurately predicting the target price of stocks by analyzing the PBR, BPS, and ROE of individual stocks after analyzing macro-indicators, and by analyzing the purchase and sale quantities of foreigners, institutions, pension funds, etc., which have the most influence on stock prices.

Recently, there has been demand for the convergence of IT (Information and communication Technologies, ICT) with defense, as has already been achieved in civilian fields such as healthcare and construction. It is expected that completely new and common requirements would emerge from the civilian and military domains and that the shape of war field would change rapidly. Many military scientists forecast that future wars would be network-centric and be based on C4I(Command, Control, Communication & Computer, Intelligence), ISR(Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), and PGM(Precision Guided Munitions). For realizing the smart defense concept, IT should act as a baseline technology even for simulating a real combat field using virtual reality. In this paper, we propose the concept of IT-based smart defense with a focus on accurate detection in real and cyber wars, effective data communication, automated and unmanned operation, and modeling and simulation.
Objective: This study is aimed at investigating indoor air quality on public transportation (subway, train, and bus) according to changes in season and time. Methods: We evaluated TVOC and HCHO on public transportation based on the un-controlled parameters of the Ministry of Environment. We also measured temperature and humidity since they affect the concentration of TVOC and HCHO. For public transportation classification, subway lines were classified into Lines 1 to 4. Additionally, trains were classified as ITX and KTX. Results: When comparing summer and winter on public transportation, the concentrations of TVOC and HCHO did not show any particular tendency. However, the concentrations of TVOC and HCHO during traffic congestion was higher than levels during times of non-congestion on most public transportation. In summer and winter, the measurement results for temperature and humidity showed a normal range, so temperature and humidity did not affect the concentrations of TVOC and HCHO. In the case of TVOC, TVOC concentrations on new trains were found to be relatively higher than on older ones, but there was no statistically correlation. Conclusions: A survey was conducted on the indoor air quality on public transportation. This study also analyzed data based on TVOC and HCHO for designing policies and managing indoor air quality.
As the network composed of numerous sensor nodes, sensor network conducts the function of sensing the surrounding information by sensor and of the sensed information. Our military has also developed ICT(Information and Communication Technology) along with the methods for effective war by sharing smooth information of battlefield resources through network with each object. In this paper, a sensor network is clustered in advance and a cluster header (CH) is elected for clusters. Before deployment, a certificate is provided between the BS and the sensor nodes, and after clustering, authentication is done between the BS and the sensor nodes. Moreover, inter-CH authentication technique is used to allow active response to destruction or replacement of sensor nodes. Also, because authentication is done twice, higher level of security can be provided.
Social scientists have studied interaction between human beings, while computer scientists have expanded the research domain from human-human to human-machine, human-agent, or machine-machine. The reason why an adoption of Smart Work is failed is an anxiety about ICT usage which middle managers have. It is important to explore the concept both to reduce an anxiety on an application and to increase continuance to use it. Therefore this study takes "empathy" as a key factor to play a leading role both to relieve the anxiety about the application and to improve the intention to use it. The data is gathered from a survey of undergraduate who have experience to use MS-Access. The findings show that application empathy decrease the application anxiety, but the empathy increase the continuance mediated by cognitive and affective attitude.
The effective cyber capability assessment methodology does not exist, it's difficult to check the current state of the our country's cyber capabilities and to establish cyber capability enhancement plan based on the result of assessment. The cyber capability assessment is necessary in order to determine the current level of the country, establish policy directions and provide the basis for effective budgeting. But assessment of national cyber capability is multi-criteria decision makink problem. In this paper develops an assessment model based on the AHP and TOPSIS. AHP is used to determine weight of the criteria and TOPSIS method is used to obtain final ranking. We also introduce the result of four major nations cyber capability assessment using the proposed methodology. The experiment used the virtual experimental data. And the result show that the proposed methodology can expand the number of criteria and alternatives for assessment and provide more sophisticated mathematical base for objective assessment comparing methodology using AHP only.

The rapid development of information communication technology(ICT) is born opportunities of business venturing and many items of start-up. On the smart media era, there are a lot of location based services. Thus we researched to find which factors impact location based constructs on smartphone environment in this study. We have conducted a preference analysis of the influencing factors for location based constructs for our study. In first steps, based constructs that were already known by empirical studies were categorized information, entertainment, safe&emergency, navigation&tracking and advertising&commerce. In second steps, the preference relationship among the categorized constructs were analyzed using AHP(analytic hierarchy process) technique. Participants of this study were 106 students H university in Daejeon-city during 2014. 10. 11 to 2014. 10. 25. The result of the analysis might be summarized that the chatting(0.170) has the highest preference among the above constructs. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed.

The IT technologies applying to IoT(Internet of Things), Big Data, and AI(Artificial Intelligence) are needed in the era of 4th industrial revolution. So, the IT convergence courses of computer science major which will be required in the companies in order to prepare the crises of 4th industry revolution are necessary. And, one approach to cope with this problem is the training of IT convergence man power based on NCS(National Competency Standard) education. In this paper, we propose and analyze the NCS education courses for computer science major in order to teach the students who are needed in the Korean domestic companies preparing the 4th industrial revolution. The skills and applications of Chatbot, Blockchain, and CPS(Cyber Physical System) for the post mobile and post Internet technologies are included in the proposed courses.

This paper compares the performance of wireless communication technologies to replace the wired networks by wireless networks on avionics intra-communication. Due to the drawbacks of wired network, such as complexity, weight, maintenance cost and scalability, it leads to the high data rate and network traffic demands of avionics systems. Therefore, in WAIC(Wireless Avionics Intra-Communications) system suggested by ITU(International Telecommunication Union), based on environment of avionics system and requirements of a wired network, wireless network structures are defined to solve the problems of wired networks. In this paper, we consider features, advantages and disadvantages of wireless communication technologies which can be used for wireless avionics network, and we propose suitable wireless communication technology candidates for wireless avionics networks in WAIC environments.
This study attempted to test not only the influence of transformational leadership(TFL) on employees' unethical pro-organizational behavior(UPB), but also the mediating effect of organizational identification(OID) between TFL and employees' UPB. This study employed two research methods: literature review and empirical testing of the developed hypotheses. Data were collected through online questionnaire instruments from 229 employees working at companies in Korea. To test the hypotheses, structural equation modeling was employed. The model is shown as adequately fitting to the data. The results showed that there was not a positive and statistically significant relationship between TFL and employees' UPB, and OID played as a mediator in the relationship between TFL and employees' UPB. These findings provide a meaningful implication that the positive impact of TFL is linked to employees' UPB through OID.
