The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the ICT legal system and the ICT performance by new technology's investment for government organizational changes. I will show the impact of government ICT investment interest, competency, convergence and process change, and then present policy direction. A research method used the structural equations. As a result of analysis, ICT investment interest and operational competency showed the negative impact the ICT legal system and the role change of ICT process and convergence of new technologies showed the positive impact. The Framework Act on National Information showed the positive impact on organizational performance, but the E-Government Act showed the negative impact. The contribution in the study expanded organization research from MIS perspective, and each organization is required the conflict resolve by ICT investment. A future study will require longitudinal study of ICT capabilities from previous to present government.

The world is in the process of a structural change related to ICT convergence knowledge industries. ICT is leading to the creation of new products and services, and is making our lives more convenient, safer, and more efficient. In advanced countries, many studies have been conducted with the goal of developing new business models converged with ICT, and this is also the case in the food industry. Korea possesses world-leading ICT, and if this ICT is applied to the food industry, a world-class new business model can be developed. The u-Food System, which is in the process of development in Korea, is a next-generation food system that can allow food providers, consumers, and distributors to access various types of information about food products, including traceability, distribution, safety, quality, and freshness, and manage this information. It is a future food system that converges ICT, biotechnology and sensing technology with food. Based on the u-Food System, this paper will introduce the status of current smart quality distribution technologies that converge ICT (such as sensor tag, sensor network, LBS, GIS, and CDMA) with food technologies (such as traceability, quality, distribution management) to manage the safety and quality of fresh food in the distribution process.

Recently, the value of ICT-based medical devices, equipments, software and service development are is increased according to strengthening the convergence among ICT, medical technologies and services. This paper presents the new convergence business models by applying cloud service to medical industry. In order to develop the new convergence business models, we checked the validity and feasibility through analyzing the medical market environments such as medical data backup, medical regulation etc. and present the new convergence business models and the direction of commercial business models for customer acquisition, market expansion and competitiveness improvement. This study is to provide the guidelines for establishing the core capacity strengthening strategy and partnership cooperation strategy when we design a new convergence business models in various industrial fields.

In this paper, the development level of information security technology for internet of things(Iot), big data and clo ud services is analyzed, and the detail policy is proposed to be leader in area of patents and ICT standard. The conc ept of ICT convergence is defined frist, market and current state of technology for three convergence services is the n analyzed, and finally main function and security target for each technology are presented. The evaluation criteria a nd IPR are analyzed to diagnose the level of patent and standard for the technology. From the results, even though the domestic competence is inferior compared to other advanced country, the efficient policy should be presented by using our capability for the big data and cloud. Furthermore, the technology development for the IoT and cloud is ne eded in advance considering the market-technology influence effects. In addition to, M2M security framework in IoT, data security in big data and reliable networking in cloud should be developed in advance.

Companies are now rapidly entering the realm of the realtime economy named 'Now Economy'. 'Now Economy' features the measurement and assessment, accelerating speed of decision making about business. According to this, companies intend to change their disposition to be able to make quick and accurate decision by gathering informations rapidly and correctly, and then by processing that. Applications of ICT can be possible to change the new decision system of companies. In this thesis, the new decision system through amalgamations of BPMS, Mobile, Cloud Service, Hadoop, BI and AI is presented. It will be able to make decision quickly and accurately by collecting all information between the most efficiently managed process and formal and informal data inside company through this, and then by combining changes with situations outside company.

Korea's laws regarding ICT must follow the Void for vagueness doctrine, the Principle of forbidden general delegation, the Principle of justification of system and the Principle of balancing test in the Constitution. The Act for the Promotion and Convergence and so on of Information and Communication in the Future should be improved as follows. It is desirable to improve the part where the principle of system justification of the Constitution is problematic in relation to existing laws. It is desirable to improve the ICT's policies on industry and convergence technologies so that they are well balanced between promotion and regulation of ICT's industries. It is desirable to improve the information service policy and legislative makeup relationship between various government agencies related to ICT. It is therefore desirable to improve the institutional complement to the post-regulatory framework for the protection of users of ICT in the future. It is desirable to create a device to replace the functions of the Information Service Budget Council in the special law of ICT.

The purpose of study was to test the effects of job characteristics and job stress on job satisfaction in the ICT Convergence Venture Companies and the moderating role of social support between job characteristics and job satisfaction. For this study, the data were collected from 15 ICT Convergence Ventures in metropolitan area by using structured questionnaires. The sample of 301 employees was selected and analyzed by hierarchical regression technique. The results showed that job characteristics had a positive effect on job satisfaction and job stress had a negative effect. And also found out social support had the moderate roles between job stress and job satisfaction except coworker support with regard to role ambiguity, whereas it did not serve as a moderate role between job characteristics and job satisfaction. The research results are summarized, the implications for ICT convergence Ventures were discussed, and the directions for future research were suggested.

Since the introduction of the open innovation at the beginning of the 2000s, various studies have been carried out on the convergence of technologies, such as the development of new technologies and the development of the business domain. while exploring the technologies necessary for the convergence of appropriate technologies in this research, we propose a discovery process of challengeable research areas by means of the integration of heterogeneous fields which are based on the strategic formulation of ICT and chemical safety industry. In this paper, we consequently propose the 103 detailed convergent technologies based on ICT, especially including artificial intelligent technology and smart big-data platform architecture, were derived from the research areas of the chemical safety field, We expect that research related to the safety field will be frustrated in the future.
