National Defense & IT Convergence is ensuring actual force integration by developing new IT Convergence Technology for the purpose of realizing the concept of Network Centric Warfare. The Ministry of Defense has appointed National Defense & IT Convergence Center of Defense Agency for Technology and Quality as a specialized agency for the National Defense & IT Convergence development, a mission in the creative economy era and has been active in military demand inquiry and prior technology plan with the industrial-academic research institute for discovery of National Defense IT Convergence projects based on the Convergence Center. Further, it is promoting focused on the timely introduction of private IT new technology by operating the project planning team comprised of defense domain specialists and by applying the advanced planning method etc. Accordingly, for the development of National Defense & IT convergence, developmental strategy is urgently required to be utilized effectively after considering theoretically on the national IT Convergence policy enforcement and phenomenon of National Defense & IT Convergence technology and analyzing them comprehensively. This thesis promotes in phases the IT Convergence projects which are identified for the development, improves the efficiency of newly created National Defense & IT Convergence center and suggests training program of IT Convergence personnel related to the defense reforms. With such, it will achieve smart defense in advance and will also contribute largely for the realization of the immediate paradigm shift and of the creative economy.

This research is to analyze how an introduction of full-time quality control("QC") personnel system in audit firms influences on audit quality and verify how important it is to establish the quality control system for auditing quality. We measure audit quality as the level of discretionary accruals and compare the differences between audit firms with QC and without QC. In addition, we analyze the difference in audit qualities between before and after activating the full-time QC personnel system by comparing audit quality of before 2015 with that of after 2016. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the audit quality is higher when audit firms have QC personnel. Second, the audit quality is improved after the introduction of the full-time QC personnel system.

This study is a descriptive investigation study to identify the Convergence factors of the subjective health status, communication with medical personnel and drug misuse on medication adherence. The subjects of this study were 179 senior citizens who used community elderly welfare centers. Data were collected from January 13, 2020 to January 17, 2020. Data analysis was performed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA. Post-Hoc Test Was performed using Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. The regression equation of this study explained 24% of medication adherence. Drug misuse(𝛽=-4.32, p=<.001) was the factor that had the greatest influence on the medication adherence, followed by the presence or absence of chronic disease (𝛽=-3.04, p=.003), marital status (𝛽=2.64, p=.009), and communication with medical personnel (𝛽=2.26, p=.025 ) in that order. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a convergence system of medication adherence for the elderly using community welfare centers.

In order to prevent information leakage, companies are monitoring the information leakage by internal staff by building individual security system and integrated monitoring system of firewall and DLP function. Especially, many log data of the integrated monitoring system cause time and money, and it is difficult to detect information leak of fast malicious personnel due to system slowdown. It is necessary to speed up the system by digitizing large log data for each day and person for fast information leakage detection and there is a need to develop and manage a continuous monitoring program for the information leakage indications personnel. Therefore, we propose an improved integrated monitoring system using log data by date and individual data.

It may be summarized to four kinds of innovation through global convergence, and the convergence of adjacent areas according to mega-trends in medical services market and actively introduced ICT technologies, public and private partnership. Health care is no longer a local industry, it is becoming Global Convergence. In the case of developed countries, it is increased to income levels, the development of new medical technologies, while the increase in specialized medical services and need of aging population. It increases migration of foreign medical personnel, geographical proximity and choice of the best medical technology, regardless of the cost. The increasing demand for high quality yet relatively low foreign prices of medical services. Hospitals are especially spread of international certification such as the US JCI standards. Hospital exports are being evaluated and opened the way for the export industrialization as ICT convergence hospital that can be exported to the fusion-related technologies more efficiently. Current local hospital has already reached saturation, globalization of Korean hospital is being the time necessary. Thus, unlike a strategy for each country, as well as technology transfer it is also possible, such as total exports provided the building, medical equipment procurement, local medical personnel (doctors and nurses) selection and training, PR and marketing. In the current medical law and need to be revised prospectively maintained for publicity and abroad, there is a need for further legal dragons and actively support a more flexible policy on the application of national law overseas medical services.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of SMEs' R&D competence on management performance. Research design, data, and methodology: The empirical data of this study are derived from 2,375 SMEs that participated in the material, parts, and equipment research and development support project conducted from 2014 to 2018. Among them, 2,230 data were analyzed by classifying them into high-tech and low-tech fields. SPSS 24.0 was used for statistical analysis and correlation analysis and T-TEST were applied. Results: It was analyzed that the level of R&D organization, research personnel, and the number of patent registrations all affected operating profit and sales. In particular, it has been proven that research personnel have a greater impact on management performance among the level of R&D organization, research personnel, and the number of patent registrations. In addition, there was a difference between high-tech and low-tech industries in the impact on operating profit and sales, which are indicators of management performance. Conclusions: This study suggests that R&D competence are strengthened to advance the material, parts, and equipment industries and to promote future growth, while differentiated support is needed according to each company's R&D competence and technology level.

Recently, CCTV installations are rapidly increasing in the public and private sectors to prevent various crimes. In accordance with the increasing number of CCTVs, video-based abnormal behavior detection in control systems is one of the key technologies for safety. This is because it is difficult for the surveillance personnel who control multiple CCTVs to manually monitor all abnormal behaviors in the video. In order to solve this problem, research to recognize abnormal behavior using deep learning is being actively conducted. In this paper, we propose a model for detecting abnormal behavior based on the deep learning model that is currently widely used. Based on the abnormal behavior video data provided by AI Hub, we performed a comparative experiment to detect anomalous behavior through violence learning and fainting in videos using 2D CNN-LSTM, 3D CNN, and I3D models. We hope that the experimental results of this abnormal behavior learning model will be helpful in developing intelligent CCTV.

A secured building where only approved personnel can access is sometimes not secured because of the lack of recognition of security. Unapproved personnel enter and access freely to the internal system of the building, and this makes security risks. In order to deal with these problems, the existing entrance-control system had developed by using the RFID card certification and the infrared sensor to measure distance. However, it is difficult for the system to guarantee security due to the weakness of each method. Therefore, this study aimed at providing a new method of guaranteeing security by comparing the double entrance-control system and the existing entrance-control system.
