SI 프로젝트에 있어서 프로젝트 관리자의 정보화 역량과 관리 역량이 프로젝트 성공도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 : 프로젝트 규모의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of the Project Managers' IT Competency and Managerial Competency on the Success of SI Projects : Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Project Size)

  • Information Systems have played a strategic role in achieving business goal and become an essential tool in today's business environment. Thus, the number of developing SI project has increased and it becomes complex and sophisticated. It is known that project manager's leadership could lead the project success. In this study, project manager's competencies are divided into two types, information competency(information-oriented mind, information utilization competency, information development competency) and managerial competency(project management, human relationship, project expertise. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of information competency and managerial competency on the SI project success and to find out the moderating effect of project size. The result of this study reveals that information utilization competency, project management competency and human relationship have a strong relationship with both customers and suppliers side of projet success. Moreover, the relationship between managers' competencies and project success is shown to be different by project size. The result of this study implies that each managers' competencies has to be developed and applied according to project's complexity and size.

현대 소비자의 소비자정보역량: 전자제품 구매 시 정보탐색 효율성 및 효과성에 미치는 영향 (Consumer Information Competency of Contemporary Consumers: Effects on Information Search Efficiency and Effectiveness for Purchase of Electronic Goods)

  • This study aimed to measure consumer information competency, which indicates consumers' general ability to search and utilize information. The model of this study was constructed in order to identify how consumer information competency influences the efficiency and the effectiveness of external information search. The model was verified with related prior knowledge as a moderator variable in order to understand holistic consumer information search activity. The result of the study is as follows. First, the concept of consumer information competency was constructed with four sub-abilities: define, search, extract, and synthesis & use. The ability of define was the highest, as opposed to the ability of extract, which was the lowest. Second, consumer information competency was lower for women as well as for low family income. The sub-abilities of search and synthesis & use were lower for aging consumers. Third, consumer information competency has positive effects on information search efficiency and effectiveness. Moreover, the efficiency influences the effectiveness positively. Fourth, prior knowledge moderates the effect of consumer information competency to the efficiency. Only for consumers with high knowledge the efficiency has the effect of mediating between consumer information competency and the effectiveness.

  • 본 연구는 고객관계 역량을 높이기 위해 정보시스템의 역할을 내부 프로세스 역량과 기업 내의 커뮤니케이션을 통하여 고찰하였다. 내부고객의 업무효율성을 개선하여 외부고객의 만족도를 높이는 방향으로 정보시스템의 역할을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 한국직업능력개발원에서 제공한 인적자본 기업패널 자료 중 정보시스템 활용, 커뮤니케이션, 내부 프로세스 역량 및 고객관계 역량 변수를 사용하였으며 연구 결과, 정보시스템의 활용은 내부 커뮤니케이션과 프로세스 역량을 증가시키고 내부 프로세스 역량은 고객관계 역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 커뮤니케이션은 내부 프로세스 역량을 향상시키는 것으로 제시되었다.

  • 본 연구는 수학과 교과역량으로서의 정보처리 능력이 어떻게 해석, 적용되고 있는지 교과서 분석을 통해 탐구하였다. 중학교 1-3학년 10종 30권 교과서의 191개 과제를 정보처리 능력 하위요소에 따라 분석한 결과, 하위요소별, 교과서별로 차이가 컸으며 공통적으로 '공학적 도구 및 교구 활용'에 매우 치우쳐 있었다. 과제 유형별로도 해석과 적용 방법의 다양성이 발견되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 정보처리 능력 함양을 위한 개선 방향과 시사점을 논의하였다.

  • 지능정보기술로 인해 나타날 경제·사회의 혁신적 변화에 대응하기 위해 전 세계가 범국가적으로 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 지능정보사회에서 국가 공무원에게 요구되는 지능정보화 역량을 정의하고, 지능정보화 역량을 구성하는 요소들을 파악하여 역량군과 그에 따른 세부역량을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 블룸의 디지털 텍사노미에 관한 선행연구, 정보화 역량 및 국가 ICT 관련 정책에 대한 문헌분석을 실시하였고, 블룸의 디지털 텍사노미 관점을 본 연구에 맞게 수정·보완하여 이를 기준으로 지능정보사회에서 국가 공무원에게 요구되는 지능정보화 역량을 정의하고, 잠정적 역량 구성요소를 도출하였다. 그리고 5명의 교육(공)학 및 정보화 전문가, 정보화 업무 담당 공무원을 대상으로 전문가 검토를 실시하였고 그 결과, 7개 역량군에서 22가지 역량이 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 지능정보화 역량은 국가 지능정보화 인적역량개발을 강화하고 활성화하기 위한 기초자료로 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대한다.

An Empirical Study on the Effect of Internal FTA Utilization Factors on Export Performance

  • Purpose - This study aims to identify the internal capabilities that export companies need to possess in order to utilize FTAs and to propose ways to expand their export performance through them. To achieve this goal, the study analyzed the internal factors that affect FTA utilization from a resource-based perspective, such as Origin Management Competency, Information Acquisition Competency, contract Management Competency, and Commitment to Export, based on prior research on corporate capabilities in the field of management and FTA-related research. The study ultimately aims to confirm whether a company's FTA utilization contributes to its export performance through the management and response to its internal factors for FTA utilization. Design/methodology - To achieve the research objective, this study conducted a literature review related to FTA utilization and identified the internal factors of companies that affect FTA by classifying them into Origin Management Competency, Information Acquisition Competency, contract Management Competency, and Commitment to Export Based on this, a final research model was developed, hypotheses were set through a preliminary study survey, and conclusions were drawn by analyzing the data of 312 companies. Findings - The empirical analysis results indicate that Origin Management Competency and Contract Management Competency have a positive impact on FTA utilization, while Information Acquisition Competency and Commitment to Export do not have a statistically significant impact on FTA utilization. Based on these findings, this study suggests measures for efficient FTA utilization for companies that want to utilize FTAs. Additionally, FTA utilization has a positive impact on export performance. In other words, the extent to which companies utilize the signed agreements has a positive impact on their performance. Based on these results, this study identifies the characteristics of companies that want to utilize FTAs and proposes measures for future efficient FTA utilization. Originality/value - This study has confirmed that in order for companies to utilize FTAs, they must meet the requirements of the FTA. To this end, the study has concluded that it is important to manage and address internal factors such as Origin Management Competency, Information Acquisition Competency, contract Management Competency, and Commitment to Export to increase FTA utilization. Based on these results, it can be confirmed that it is essential for companies to have an understanding and management of the internal factors that satisfy the requirements of the FTA in order to utilize the FTA.

간호대학생을 위한 간호정보활용역량 교육프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증 (Development and effects of a nursing information literacy competency education program for undergraduate nursing students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and test the effects of a nursing information literacy competency education program for undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The subjects consisted of 42 sophomore undergraduate nursing students who had completed a fundamental nursing course (experimental group: n=21, control group n=21). The nursing information literacy competency education program consisted of 8 steps in 8 sessions, taught over 4 weeks, which was 20 hours in total. Data were collected between January 23 and March 14, 2019 and were analyzed using Chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, t-test, paired t-test, and repeated measure ANOVA with SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results: Significant differences were shown between the experimental and control groups regarding nursing information literacy competency (F=91.74, p<.001), problem-solving ability (F=52.43, p<.001), self-directed learning ability (F=36.61, p<.001), and evidence-based practice competency (F=59.66, p<.001). Conclusion: The nursing information literacy competency education program was effective in improving the nursing information literacy competency, problem-solving ability, self-directed learning ability, and evidence-based practice competency of nursing students. Hence, we recommend the nursing information literacy education program will be included as an independent course in the nursing curriculum for undergraduate nursing students to promote a needed proficiency in nursing information literacy competency.

ASP(Application Service Providers)의 핵심 역량과 성과 탐색 (An Explorative Study on the Core Competency of Application Service Providers and its Influence on Business Performance)

  • ASP (Application service provider) as a new type of information systems service has been popular recently and has taken a much attention of information systems professionals and researchers. One stream of the research on ASP performed by IS community dealt with utilization and benefits of ASP systems use. The other researchers argue the importance of ASP vendors' capability to provide users with appropriate services. Kern, Lacity and Willcock (2002) summarized the components of core competency of service providers based on their extensive case studies on application service providers. Also, Levina and Ross (2003) developed a value delivery process of application service Providers in their case study This study is developing Prepositions and an empirical model based on the theory of core competency from strategic management study. The dimension of core competency is composed of management competency, technical service competency and customer service competency. Each dimension is made up of competency items derived from previous studies and adapted by professionals in ASP industry. The validity of the dimensions and items in each dimension has been checked with factor analytic method for empirical test. The core competency dimensions are correlated with performance factors of application service providers including growth of revenue, asset and customer base.

지식정보처리역량에 대한 과학교사의 인식 조사 (A Study of Science Teachers' Perception on Knowledge Information Processing Competency)

  • 지식 정보화 사회에서 가장 중요한 역량 중의 하나는 지식정보처리 역량일 것이다. 지식정보처리역량은 2015 개정 교육과정의 핵심역량이기도 하면서 과학 교과와 매우 관련이 깊다. 역량교육의 필요성에 대해서는 많은 사람들이 공감하지만 수업 내에서의 실천은 교사의 의지에 달려있다. 따라서 지식정보처리역량에 대한 과학교사들의 인식과 수업실태를 조사하였다. 조사 방법은 서울의 중학교 교사 32명과 고등학교 교사 32명의 객관식 및 주관식 설문과 지식정보처리역량과 관련된 수업을 진행하는 교사 3인의 면담 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 지식정보처리역량에 대해서 모든 교사가 그 중요성을 공감하였으며 정보화 사회라는 시대적 흐름과 과학적 역량 함양이라는 교과 목표와 연관지어 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 수업에서 실천하는 경우는 많지 않았는데, 이는 설문 결과는 수업 시간의 부족으로, 면담 결과에서는 교사의 PCK 부족을 꼽았다. 지식정보처리역량 관련 연수 경험은 절반 정도였으나 대부분 정보활용 교육에 관련된 것으로 수집과 분석 부분에 대한 연수가 필요함을 의미한다. 지식정보처리역량의 요소별 중요도는 정보수집, 분석, 활용 모두 매우 높았으며 그 중 정보분석이 가장 높았다. 대부분은 중학교 교사의 중요도 인식이 더 컸으나 그 차이가 유의하지 않았다. 정보수집 요소에서 정보원의 중요성에 대해서는 고등학교 교사의 인식이 유의 수준에서 더 높았다. 지식정보처리역량의 함양을 위해서는 과학 교과 수업시간에 정보처리역량을 강조할 수 있도록 과학 탐구의 의미를 확대하고 타교과와의 연계 방안도 고려할 수 있다. 또한 지식정보처리역량 함양이 교과 교육내에서 자연스럽게 이루어지기 위해서 제도적 뒷받침과 역량의 특성을 고려한 교수학습방법 개발이 필요할 것이다.

보건진료소장의 사회적 관계망, 정보활용역량이 직무역량에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Social Networks and Information Literacy Competency on Job Competency of Community Health Practitioners)

  • Purpose: This descriptive research study aimed to investigate the effect of social networks and information literacy competency on the job competency of community health practitioners. Methods: The participants of this study were 170 community health practitioners working in the southern and northern regions of J, Korea. Data collection was carried out from March 6, 2018, to April 17, 2018, using a structured self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the SPSS / WIN 23.0 statistical program. Results: Information literacy competency showed 45.5% explanatory power for job competency. However, there was no significant relationship between social networks and job competency. Conclusion: It is helpful to establish a systematic education system for job training and to expand educational opportunities using varied methods like online or mobile-based teaching to increase the job competency of community health practitioners.
