This study considers the stages of curriculum development for the integrated curriculum of Pusan National University Graduate School & Hospital of Korean Medicine, and specifically the KAS2021 (announced in 2019), improvement measures for the curriculum of the College of Traditional Korean Medicine, and the case of the College of Medicine. The introduction of integrated curriculum in the College of Traditional Korean Medicine starts from the members (doers)' agreement. In the process of development, the organization that represents the members, the organization that sets up a goal and designs the curriculum, and the organization that executes them should fulfill their own roles. The stage of development and operation should have the support system for manpower, institution, administration, and finance. The curriculum (draft) should be concrete enough to be operated in reality. For the smooth operation of integrated education, it is necessary to secure more full-time teachers than before, and it is also necessary to have an organization fully in charge of monitoring and improving the operation. For the introduction and operation of integrated curriculum in Traditional Korean Medicine education, the members' agreement, institutional change, support system, and the cultivation of manpower for the operation/evaluation/development of curriculum should be considered.

Although Busan Port is a world-class transshipment port, it is geographically divided and, despite the continuous increase in transshipment volume, ITT port integrated operation is not being performed, reducing port operation efficiency. In addition, the operation raises the problem of inefficiency in social and economic aspects, along with an increase in the volume of transshipment transport and the resulting increase in transshipment transport costs. This paper deals with the necessity of forming an integrated operation organization to carry out the ITT joint dispatch in the process of improving the ITT efficiency in Busan Port, and the organization structure centering on the transport companies and freight owners performing the Busan Port ITT. We intend to make a proposal for the establishment of an integrated operation organization in the form of a consortium and support plans. In addition, through analysis of implications, the role of the ITT stakeholders in Busan Port and related organizations will be addressed.

Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) is a Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS) system under development in South Korea and aims to provide air navigation services after 2023. In order to provide reliable service, detailed design for the operation of this system is required. This paper proposes a detailed operation-based designs based on mission, architecture, operation definition of the system. For the stable operation of the system, an operation organization was designed and operation activities were classified in consideration of the architecture and function of the system. Detailed operation procedures were designed according to this classification and operation procedures related to the command and configuration of subsystem were verified on the Integration, Verification and Qualification (IVQ) platform for integrated testing and verification. The proposed operation concepts and procedures will be continuously confirmed and verified during verification, qualification and service preparation, and will be updated event after official KASS service.

A project constructing sewerage facilities in 9 upstream areas of 7 multi-purpose dams will have been completed by 2011. After all constructing and retrofitting of the new and the existing sewerage facilities, integrated management system with operation and control functions for the each levels of facilities will also be utilized. In this study, we studied how to compose the organization taking responsibility of the integrated management system and analysed human resources saving effect against conventional method of individual management of each sewerage facility. As a result, a method estimating the human resources in employing the integrated management among several sewerage facilities at upstream areas of dams were presented and some 23% of human resources could be saved by integrated management. Commissioning to a specialized public institute showed the highest B/C ratio of 4.5 among commissioning to local public corporations, commissioning to private corporations, and role-sharing partnership, etc.

Korea Water Resources Corporation (KOWACO), the only organization specialized in water resources management in Korea, is planning to establish a centralized control system for a related operation. in the central control room, of decision making as to water management and electric power generation. This plan is intended to convert the existing on-site operation system in each multi-purpose dam across the nation into a central operation system in the Corporations head office, for which Generation Integrated Operating System (GIOS) will be established control center in the Corporations head office and modernized nine (9) power stations. substations (RDAC). This article discusses realization of GTOS, especially real-time operation of hydropower plants and a specific architectural features for system communication.

According to Railway Safety Act, Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KOTSA) has been entrusted with 'Integrated Railway Safety Audit (IRSA) and has implemented the safety audit to the Railway operation agencies such as Korea Railway (KORAIL) and the Railway facility management organization such as the Korea Rail Network Authority (KR Network). The target of IRSA is to establish the effective rail safety management system and to raise the safety level of the Railway operation and facility agencies by checking synthetically their performance of safety duties with sincerity according to the Railway Safety Act. Even though newly introduced IRSA is conducted smoothly, it is necessary to study the methodology and criteria of the state's safety audit system. The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of IRSA by the comparative research between IRSA and other similar safety audit system and to establish the consecutive improvement concept of IRSA. Second purpose is to confirm the effectiveness of IRSA by the analysis of the relationship between audit results and the safety level of the rail operation agencies.

The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of new venture performance according to years of operation in the view of integrated research framework. We propose the integrated new ventures performance model which is composed of entrepreneur, organization/resources, industrial environment, strategy/foundation process and availability of supporting systems as corresponding variables to new ventures performance. The determinants of new venture performance according to years of operation are identified through the multi-variate statistical analysis such as moderating regression analysis with the data gathered from 110 executives of venture companies. For internal variables, entrepreneur's managerial ability and technical expertise and employee's ability affect venture's performance increasingly as years of operation increases but resource procurement ability affects decreasingly. Related to external variables, years of operation plays positive moderating role on market size growth and supporting system availability, but negative role on government venture policy for venture performances. Though this study has limitation of small sample, limited questionnaire and performance measure, it has managerial contribution of identifying determinants of new venture performance according to years of operation.

Many recent changes in medical area such as expansion of medical insurance, high expectation of people for medical service and the competition with foreign country open new area of medical service and hospital managements. Domestic medical personal have been doing their best for better medical service and more efficient hospital management. In other words, they are focusing on the renovation of organization culture, the reform of organization and operation process and building information systems. It has been more than 10 years since the first computer system was introduced in the domestic medical area. We have been trying to build more advance and more friendly computer systems. Recent advances of information technology could make this possible. In this paper, I introduce the system design of Integrated Hospital Information System include core technology, components of the system and important factors to be considered.

Recently a rapidly changing business environment, business strong ability and operating an integrated information system is actively made. However, the result of the success factors affecting the overall project, but a study to analyze the project's success is not enough. In this study, the project implementation and operation of the critical success factors that can occur in the analysis of research and practice leading to the combination of variables derived from empirical studies find and isolate the success factors were over. Present study came from existing projects that can be the integrated system, representation factors affecting the implementation and operation of business processes in order to analyze the elements and procedures, performance capabilities of the organization, consultants and professionals involved with other related variables were analyzed by injecting. In this study, the consultants and experts showed that the variables are very significant rather than the organization's ability to perform business processes and procedures. This study will give a guideline as future success factors for building an integrated system of professional experiences.

The computerization works and environment have been changed from simple transaction and data process request to system connection request, from data computerization to application work automation and process computerization through IT development and Internet spread. Recently, BPM(Business Process Management) concept has been widely propagated. It is expanding interest of business subject. Korea Railroad is operating train operation management system through 5 regional headquarters and organizations under the influence of each regional headquarter. But integrated operation and management of communication each department, work flow management and resources of depot equipment and materials have to need a lot of effort and time in huge organization as Korea Railroad. Therefore, this article realized Web Based BPM Group Ware. This article will define Korea Railroad organization and business process in using this Group Ware. And it will introduce Korea Railroad computer manage system of this Group Ware and efficient Korea Railroad Business Process through modeling and operating department work and resources management in Korea Railroad.
