Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a theoretically sound framework for performance analysis that offers many advantages over traditional methods such as performance ratios and regression analysis. Largely the result of multidisciplinary research during the last three decades in economics, engineering and management, DEA is best described as an effective new way of visualizing and analyzing performance data. Besides, overseas information technology companies have aggressively tried to enter the domestic market. In the age of globalization and high competition, it is imperative that the system integration (SI) companies need to introduce the performance evaluation models of SI projects, including Capability Maturity Model and Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination, to gain a competitive advantage. Therefore, it makes our research regarding evaluation of SI projects very opportune. The purpose of the study is not only to evaluate efficiency of each project by DEA but also to gain insight into various factors such as project complexity, team members' man-months structure, and process index(project management index) that link to the projects performance.

Global Positioning System(hereafter; GPS) is recently an essential element in the various navigation and weapon delivery systems of military aircraft. However, GPS is vulnerable to the jamming threats since its signal power is very weak. Therefore, ROK defense has been concerning how to resolve this issue and how to integrate these systems needed, and is trying to acquire the proper anti-jamming GPS system. This study is to provide several schemes against the jamming threats effectively. We propose the several processes to analyze the required capability and demonstrate the result's of modeling and simulations(hereafter; M&S) for this integration of military aircraft, and the mathematical programming model for system optimization of military aircraft anti-jamming GPS system on the basis analysis of M&S results which could be considered available budget and the project characteristic. These schemes will be helpful on proper acquisition of these systems and. We are looking forward to contributing to the integration of anti-jamming GPS system of ROK military aircraft.

There has been a recent increase in the interest towards founding companies and in line with the South Korean Government's policy on start-up support, discussions are rife about the effect of entrepreneurship on the management and performances of these companies. To enhance the competitiveness of SMEs, it is expedient to acquire and deploy consistent entrepreneurship, differentiate corporate resources, ensure the appropriate utilization of resources and the integration of such factors in response to the changing environment. This research examines relationships among entrepreneurship, three components of corporate capabilities, dynamic capability and technical performance based on resource-based view and the dynamic capability theory. The authors also investigate the moderating role of corporate life cycle. To test the hypothesis, we conducted a survey on 352 technologies -innovative SMEs located in South Korea via professional research institutes. The findings confirm the hypothesis that SMEs' entrepreneurship has a positive effect on three kinds of corporate capabilities (e.g., marketing, R&D, operations capability), and it had a positive effect on dynamic capability, whiles dynamic capability also had an influence on technical performances. The findings also confirmed the hypothesis that corporate life cycle moderates the relationship between dynamic capability and technical performances respectively. The research implications for both practitioners and academicians are discussed.

This study aims to address the literature gap by examining the direct relationship between big data analytics capability, marketing innovation, and organizational innovations. Additionally, this study would examine big data analytics capability as the antecedent for both innovation types and how these relationships influence firm performance. The research model is developed based on the integration of resource-based view and knowledge-based view theories. The quantitative method is used as the research methodology for this study. Based on a purposive sampling method, a total of 115 questionnaires were obtained from managers in star-rated hotels located in Malaysia. Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is utilized for the data analysis. The result shows that big data analytics capability positively affects marketing and organizational innovations. The findings show that big data analytics capability and organizational innovation positively influence firm performance. Nonetheless, the result revealed that marketing innovation is not positively related to firm performance. The findings also indicate to hotel managers the importance of big data analytic capability and the resources required to build and develop this capability. The contributions from this study enrich the literature on big data and innovation, which is particularly limited in the hospitality and tourism context.

Purpose : This study examined the hand function and visual motor integration capabilities in 30 children with developmental disabilities. The children were divided into an experimental group (n=20) that received digital sensory perception training and a control group (n=10) that did not receive this training. Methods : Training was conducted a total of 12 times for six weeks, for 50 minutes a day, twice a week, for the experimental group. The Jebsen-Taylor Hand Function Test was used to determine the hand function before and after the intervention, and the Beery VMI-6 was performed to identify the visual motor integration capability. Results :After the intervention, the ability to perform hand functions and visual motor interaction increased significantly in the experimental group but not in the control group. Digital sensory training therefore had a positive effect on the hand function and visual motor integration in children with developmental disabilities. Conclusion : A digital sensory perception training program is an arbitration method that can positively improve the hand function and visual motor integration ability in children with developmental disabilities.

UAProfile과 MPEG-21 Terminal capability는 Device의 특성을 기술한다는 점에서는 비슷하다. 그러나 자세히 기술하고자 하는 특성이 다르므로 서로 다른 구조를 가지고 있다. 하지만 UAProfile과 MPEG-21 Terminal capability의 메타데이터를 통합함으로서 이 두 메타데이터 그룹들 간의 이질성을 극복할 수 있다. 또한 두개의 메타데이터들을 합쳤을 경우에는 서로 상호 보완적 역할을 하기 때문에 하나의 메타데이터 그룹을 사용한 결과보다 표현능력을 더 향상시킬 수 있다.

The purposes of this paper are to compare expert systems and decision support systems, and illustrate the possible benefits when expert systems are integrated into the model base of a decision support systems for supporting decision-makers. Integrating expert systems capability into decision support systems may enhance the quality and efficiency of both computerized systems. This integration can improve selection of model, analysis, model management, judgement, and modeling. Thus the results are much more powerful decision support systems than are presently available.

LTPS has potential capability to realize various kinds of circuit integrations on panel glass because of its relatively higher field effect mobility of around 100cm2/Vs. Recent progress of LTPS technologies and advanced technologies, which are generally called "System on Glass (SOG)," will be discussed. The technology includes circuit integration, photo-sensor integration for input functions, and display quality and performance improvement.

This work describes an applications of CEP(Capability Evolution Process) in the SoS(Systems of Systems) environment. SoS is a set of systems that results when independent systems are integrated into a larger systems that delivers unique capability. CEP is focused on system performance and integration, interoperability requirement between systems within a force package. This work analyzes CEP and applies to OO joint marinetime operation. From these results, the possiblity of the CEP application in the SoS environment is presented.

This paper describes limitations and solutions of the existing processor-monitoring concept for a military supersonics aircraft Flight Control Computer (FLCC) equipped with modern architecture processor to perform the system integration test. Safecritical FLCC integration test, which requires automatic test for thousands of test cases and real-time input/output test condition generation, depends on the processor-monitoring device called Processor Interface (PI). The PI, which relies upon on the FLCC processor's external address and data-bus data, has some limitations due to multi-fetching capability of the modern sophisticated military processors, like C6000's VLIW (Very-Long Instruction Word) architecture and PowerPC's Superscalar architecture. Several techniques for limitations were developed and proper monitoring approach was presented for modem processor-adopted FLCC system integration test.
