This study examined well-being as a mediator between self-discrepancy and dropout intention of junior college Student. 270 students in Busan answered the questionnaire about self-discrepancy, well-being, dropout intention. Structural equation modeling indicated that there were the complete mediating effect of well-being in the relationship between self-discrepancy and dropout intention. It indicated discrepancy between individuals' representation of their actual self(their actual self-state) and their representation of individual's hopes and aspirations(their ideal self-guide) affects junior college students' dropout intention, and well-being mediate process of self-discrepancy leading to dropout intention. This conclusion provide the significant implications that help preparing psychosocial intervention strategy for junior college students to decrease dropout intention and intervention strategy to enhance their well-being.

This study sought to investigate the effect of academic satisfaction on the dropout intention of cosmetology undergraduates. Analyzing the effect of academic satisfaction on career dropouts showed that the sub-factors of academic satisfaction-evaluation satisfaction, class satisfaction had a statistically significant part effect. Analyzing the effect of academic satisfaction on psychological factors for dropping out showed that the sub-factors of academic satisfaction have a statistically significant effect. Furthermore, regarding the effect of academic satisfaction on environmental factors, the sub-factors of academic satisfaction have a statistically significant effect on wealth. High satisfaction was shown to have no statistically significant effect on dropout intention. The results of the study showed that the higher the degree of satisfaction with the evaluation and the degree of satisfaction with the course of beauty majors, the more negative (-) the impact on dropout. For cosmetology majors, academic satisfaction is a subjective emotion felt through study at university and major. Students with high academic satisfaction are more likely to love their school and their work, and positively influence their intention to stay in school and reduce student dropout rates. Intention to drop out indicates the intention to lose interest and purpose in cosmetology college students. This is directly linked to the dropout rate of school students and requires steady research. Through this research, we hope that active discussions will be held on academic satisfaction and intention to drop out of university students specializing in cosmetology.

본 연구는 전문대학생의 학업스트레스가 중도탈락의도에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고, 학업스트레스와 중도탈락의도의 관계에서 학업지연행동의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구문제는 첫째, 전문대학생의 학업스트레스는 중도탈락의도에 영향을 미치는가 둘째, 전문대학생의 학업스트레스와 중도탈락의도 간의 관계에 학업지연행동이 매개효과가 있는가이다. 이를 위해 J대학교 218명을 대상으로 학업스트레스, 중도탈락의도, 학업지연행동 설문조사를 실시하였다. 학업스트레스, 중도탈락의도, 학업지연행동 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하고, 학업지연행동의 매개효과를 분석하기 위해 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 매개효과의 검증은 Baron과 Kenny의 절차를 이용하여 검증하였고, 유의성 검증은 Sobel 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학업스트레스와 중도탈락의도, 학업지연행동은 정적상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 학업스트레스가 중도탈락의도에 영향력 있는 요인으로 15%의 설명력을 보였으며, 학업지연행동에 영향력 있는 요인으로 5%의 설명력을 보였다. 셋째, 학업스트레스가 중도탈락의도에 미치는 영향에서 학업지연행동의 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 전문대학생의 중도탈락의도를 낮추기 위한 다양한 전략들에 대해 논의하였다.

본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 자아탄력성, 이중문화수용태도, 집단따돌림 및 부모양육태도가 학업중단의도에 미치는 영향을 설명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년패널 5차년도 자료를 활용하였으며, 다문화 청소년 1,347명을 표본으로 추출하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다 구체적 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화 청소년의 높은 자아탄력성 및 이중문화수용태도와 긍정적 부모양육태도는 학업중단의도를 감소시키는 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 다문화 청소년의 집단따돌림 피해경험은 학업중단의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모의 부정적 양육태도는 다문화 청소년의 학업중단의도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 독립변수 중 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 다문화 청소년이 학업중단의도를 가지는 것을 예방하고 실천현장에서 활용할 수 있는 프로그램들을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용이 학업중단의도에 미치는 영향과 자아존중감의 매개효과를 설명하는 데 있다. 분석을 위해 다문화패널(MAPS) 8차년도(2018) 자료를 사용하였으며 1,105명을 대상자로 선정하여 회귀분석과 sobel test 등의 분석방법을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용은 학업중단의도를 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화청소년의 한국문화수용과 학업중단의도와의 관계에서 자아존중감은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 다문화청소년의 외국문화수용과 학업중단의도와의 관계에서 자아존중감은 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 다문화청소년의 학업중단의도를 낮추고 자아존중감을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 방안을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The following study seeks to ascertain the motivations behind students' academic major selection and to identify the obstacles they encounter in the transition to university life, with the objective of providing information necessary to adapt well to the university and the course. Thereby, we aim to supply basic resources needed in the development of a university adaptation program to prevent academic dropout. Methods: Between October 1, 2019 and November 29, 2019, a self-administered questionnaire was distributed to a study sample consisting of students currently attending dental technology courses in Gangwondo and Gyeonggido. A total of 474 (94.8%) responses to the questionnaire were received and used for the final analysis. Results: Factors including major selection motivation, intrinsic motivation (p<0.001), academic adjustment (p<0.001), social adjustment (p<0.01), and institutional adjustment (p<0.05) all had negative relationships with academic dropout intention. Personal-emotional adjustment (p<0.001), however, showed a positive relationship with dropout intention. The explanatory power of the model was found to be 50.0%. Conclusion: This research shows that intrinsic motivation and personal-emotional adjustment diminish academic dropout intention. Therefore, it is recommended that diverse postenrolment course-adjustment programs should be developed to improve students' confidence in their choice of study, their adjustment to the course, and their level of satisfaction.

본 연구의 목적은 부모양육태도가 다문화 청소년의 학업중단의도에 미치는 영향과 그 관계에서 이중문화수용태도의 매개효과를 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년패널(MCAPS) 6차년도 자료 중 다문화청소년 1,323명을 분석대상자로 선정하였다. 분석방법은 주요변수의 기술통계, 상관분석, 구조방정식 등을 활용해 경로분석 모형을 검증하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 부모의 긍정적 양육태도와 이중문화수용태도가 학업중단의도를 감소시키는데 반해, 부정적 양육태도는 학업중단의도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이중문화수용태도는 긍정적 양육태도와 학업중단의도 간의 관계에서 부분매개 효과를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 부정적 양육태도와 학업중단의도 간의 관계에서도 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용태도를 높이고 학업중단의도를 예방할 수 있는 실천적 방안을 제시하였다.

최근 대학입학 학령인구의 감소에 따라 입학생 모집에 큰 어려움이 예상되고 있다. 대학알리미에 공시된 전국 4년제 대학의 최근 3년간(2016-2018)의 중도 탈락률은 4.1%(217개 대학 기준), 4.3%(214개 대학 기준), 4.6%(212개 대학 기준)으로 매년 지속적으로 증가하고 있어, 대학의 당면한 가장 큰 현안으로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 H대학에서의 대규모 실증 연구를 통해 대학생의 중도탈락의도에 대한 분석과 그 의도에 영향을 미치는 교육 요인을 도출하였다. 먼저 중도탈락의도에 대한 분석결과, 공과계열 학생의 중도탈락의도가 인문계열에 비해서 높고, 고학년 일수록 높게 나타났다. 특성화고 출신이 일반고에 비해서 높았으며, 본인이 등록금을 마련하는 학생들이 그렇지 않은 경우에 비해서 높게 나타났다. 중도탈락 의도에 대한 요인분석결과 수업곤란도, 전공 만족, 학부모 만족, 국제화 만족, 대학교육성과 만족 순으로 중도탈락의도에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

이 연구는 체육계열 학과 학생들의 중도탈락요인, 조직신뢰, 전과의도 사이의 관계를 조사하는데 목적이 있다. 4년제 6개 대학교의 체육계열 학과 480명의 학생을 연구 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 제안된 연구모형검증을 위해 구조방정식과 부트스트래핑을 이용하였다. 결론적으로, 중도탈락요인의 학문적 영역, 사회적 영역, 환경적 영역은 조직신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 중도탈락요인과 전과의도의 관계에서는 학문적 영역만이 전과의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 사회적 영역 및 환경적 영역은 전과의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한 조직신뢰는 전과의도에 긍정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 조직신뢰는 학문적 영역과 전과의도 사이에서 부분매개 역할을 하였으며 사회적 영역 및 환경적 영역과 전과의도 사이에서는 완전매개 역할을 하였다.

This study was carried out to understand the influence of dental technicians' image and major satisfaction on dental technology students' dropout intention. A questionnaire survey was administered to 273 students in the Department of Dental Technology. Frequency analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results are as follows: The image of dental technicians differed significantly depending on factors such as school year, personality, whether a family member is a dental technician or not, reason for choosing a department, difficulty in one's own academic life, and disciplinary life adaptation (p<0.05). The image of dental technicians was seen to be positively perceived when the respondent had an affirmative personality, or had a dental technician among family members or chose the department for its uniqueness, or found no difficulty in academic life, and adapted well to a situational or environmental change. Major satisfaction of dental technicians was seen a meaningful difference in items such as school year, personality, awareness of dental technicians, reason for choosing a department, the difficulty in own academic life, and the disciplinary life adaptation (p<0.05). Individuals with high major satisfaction and low dropout intention included those with a positive personality, who think affirmatively about dental technicians, who chose a department owing to suiting the aptitude and interest or to the uniqueness of the major. The influential factors on dropout intention included general satisfaction out of major satisfaction, perspective and self-confident image among dental technicians, and an awareness of dental technicians. The establishment of a desirable image of dental technicians and the improvement in major satisfaction are considered likely to contribute to reducing the dropout intention of dental technology students.
