The purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of Information Management in the interior finishing work. The results of this study are summarized as follows; I) Analytical survey of actual construction progress of interior finishing work 2) Review of computer-based development in construction planning & information management of interior finishing work 3) Structure of interior finishing work Planning and Management Support System And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize planning and execution of interior finishing work in korea.

This research is aimed to study the finishing material applied in interior space for improving residential environment. First of all, it finds out what is 'Sick Building Syndrome' and 'Sick House Syndrome', how harmful to human body about indoor air pollution substance (such as volatility organic compound, formaldehyde) and investigate the effect when the environment-friendly finishing material is used. Secondly, classify and examine all kind of finishing material applied in interior space. Finally, after emphasize the importance of environment-friendly finishing material from domestic or overseas, this research suggest the basic information of environment-friendly finishing material in order to use in the future buildings.

Based on individual characteristics and values, human preference on interior finishing material is various . Finishing materials, however, do not seem to satisfy those characteristics and values. Given the aspects of life style and population classes, finishing materials are an important part of human life and draw much attention . As a result, there is a necessity to study them systematically. This study related finishing materials to tenants, understands the characteristics both of them, and identifies in terrelations between them in order to find out satisfaction and preference which teants have towards their finishing materials. As a result, this study is about design materials preference of tenants in apartment houses for the purpose of improving quality of finishing materials. A practical study method of questionnaire research was used to find out tenant's opinions on components of interior space.

As a response to the recent increase in the Interest in environment friendly interior finishing materials, the purpose of this study is to compare the awareness of environment friendly interior finishing materials between interior designers and housewives, as representatives of two different consumer groups, and to examine how the preferences between them differ. The study participant group for this research consisted of 80 interior designers working in Gwangju, and 166 housewives who were residents of a number of apartments in Gwangju. Self administered questionnaires were provided to the participants and were then collected. Unpaired t-tests and $x^2$ tests were used to compare the prevalence of epidemiological factors and the variables that revealthe awareness and the preference between the two groups. While it was expected that both groups would source information using the internet, the housewives group showed a tendency to also seek advice from others in the selection of environment friendly interior finishing materials. Interior-designers considered the high price and the lack of diverse products as the most serious problems involved in selecting environment friendly interior finishing materials. Interior-designers chose design, color and long-term use, and the method of maintenance as standards by which to choose interior materials in general, while the housewives considered 'environment friendly' as the most important standard. Both groups however favored environment friendly materials. There was no difference between the two groups in terms of their belief in the need to trust a well known brand name and in the importance of a Green-label placed on interior finishing materials such as wallpaper, paint and laminate flooring.

Selling Environment is very important space in this era of sensitive consumption, which facilitates direct contacts with consumers. Interests of consumers in the 21st centuries, lie in the higher quality of life, and they wart to create their own lifestyle through purchasing of goods in the marketing environment. A company can hold dominant position in the changing marketing environment, in case it differentiate with other competing companies and keep consistencies of identity. Finishing materials of interior design elements, play an important role in making a visual images of department stores, and the usage of finishing materials transfers the images of department store to consumers This study aims to introduce theoretical backgrounds of interior materials composition, which provides important tools for decision of images of department stores, and also aims to propose design guidelines for interior finishing materials as an elements of visual marketing, through the case studies of major department stores. Depending on these intentions, present conditions of interior finishing materials are analyzed, and a fundamental planning directions of interior materials are proposed, as the strategic elements of a department visual marketing.

The need for adopting automation technologies to improve inefficiencies in interior finishing modeling work is increasing during the Building Information Modeling (BIM) design stage. As a result, the use of visual programming languages (VPL) for practical applications is growing. However, undefined or incorrect space designations in BIM models can hinder the development of automated finishing modeling processes, resulting in erroneous corrections and rework. To address this challenge, this study first developed a rule-based automated interior finishing detailing module for floors, walls, and ceilings. In addition, an automated space integrity checking module with 86.69% ACC using the Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) model was developed. These modules were integrated into a design automation module for interior finishing, which was then verified for practical utility. The results showed that the automation module reduced the time required for modeling and integrity checking by 97.6% compared to manual work, confirming its utility in assisting BIM model development for interior finishing works.

In recent years, living space of modern society have vared, and new methods to build have been introduced using new building materials and interior finishing materials as the life level is enhanced. But these kinds of materials release some harmful substances to people. The most of people living in new apartment have headache and dizziness, and feel sick of the stomach, sleepiness, eye stimulus, concentration decrease and allergies. That called 'sick house syndrome'is becoming new society problem. The purpose of this study is to investigate the kinds and various problems of the interior finishing materials and to pursue improvement of living place and pleasant interior surroundings.

Today, the whole world is going through a big chaos due to the COVID-19, but paradoxically, the emergence of COVID-19 has been leading to the need for sustainable development, such as Green New Deal that can improve global warming and carbon emissions, and the need for sustainable architecture is growing bigger and bigger in the architectural field as well. The level of CLT buildings in Korea is at a very rudimentary stage, while CLT buildings remedying existing wooden buildings are getting the spotlight among European countries for sustainable architecture. This study was conducted to categorize structure layer compositions of overseas CLT buildings and analyze architectural techniques and materials applied by collecting and analyzing information about CLT structure layer compositions of overseas CLT building-related institutions, companies and cases. When classifying structure layer compositions of foreign CLT buildings depending on the roles of layers. it was revealed that exterior wall structure layers were combined and organized within a sequence of external finishing, ventilation, waterproof, board, external insulation, airtightness, structure, airtightness, interior insulation, interior finishing, sloped roof structure layers were external finishing, ventilation, waterproof, board, external insulation, airtightness, structure, airtightness, interior insulation, interior finishing, flat roof structure layers were external finishing, ventilation, waterproof, planking wood, external insulation, waterproof, external insulation, airtightness, structure, airtightness, interior insulation, interior finishing.

The apartment house is one of the representative housing types in Korea. However, it has not met the diverse and individualized needs of their residents. This study was intended to identify the residents' preference of interior design in apartment houses and suggest the guidelines for the diversity of Intoner design In apartments. The subjects were 412 apartment residents who lived in Haeundae, Busan. They were asked about their preference for interior images of each room and finishing materials. The findings were as follows. 1) The apartment interior images were composed of nine main factors. 2) The residents preferred to 'practical' interior image in apartment and different interior images for each room. 3) The residents preferred interior images were different by their housing sizes and space organization types. 4) The residents preferred to different finishing materials for each room..
