  • Recently, additional value of games has been started to increase by revitalization of the game market. Especially, Because of the creation of the new trend that is item trade especially in online game, Item trade is as a easy and essential way as item trade can be created. However, compared to other planning factors, occupied weight of item is not as much as expected in exploiting a game. For this reason, we emphasize the importance of game item by giving the opportunity that increases the additional value with raising satisfaction of game through item-based study, plus suggesting new classification.

  • We have to select business Item at various alternatives through BMO Evaluation Method. This study suggested selection method best business item using Visual Basic Program. Selection item of business item is technically power, capital strength, business administration capability, Maketings, Possible total sales, Goods of future growth, Expectations of competition goods, Creation of goods, and Management. Evaluation of each item value, add total values. It is important that business item selected well for adapted business. It should be able to decide business item using this study's program.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the phenomenon of 'play' in contemporary fashion creation from an interactive point of view and to analyze cases in the contemporary fashion design creation process. The research method was a combined literature review and a case study. As a result of the research, we have derived the creations of interactive fashion design from the viewpoint can be categorized as 'play as creativity', 'mimesis', and 'deviance'. First, creativity can be seen in DIY products, customized products, and clothing that reflects the consumer's way of wearing. By actively intervening in the products and expressing their creativity in the product, it can be considered as a DIY creation. Second, mimesis in the creation of a fashion design that occurs when consumers imitate the designs of the famous fashion designers. Often similarity and difference are generated, while sometimes objects are newly constructed. Third, deviance means that an item is reborn with a completely different intention from the original shape and function by the intervention of the 'hacker' consumer. For example, the logo and the design of a luxury brand are transformed to satirize its legitimacy. In this paper, we analyzed the cases of fashion design creation as an interactive play and investigated their characteristics and tendencies.

Computer Adaptive Testing Method for Measuring Disability in Patients With Back Pain

  • Most conventional instruments measuring disability rely on total score by simply adding individual item responses, which is dependent on the items chosen to represent the underlying construct (test-dependent) and a test statistic, such as coefficient alpha for the estimate of reliability, varying from sample to sample (sample-dependent). By contrast, item response theory (IRT) method focuses on the psychometric properties of the test items instead of the instrument as a whole. By estimating probability that a respondent will select a particular rating for an item, item difficulty and person ability (or disability) can be placed on same linear continuum. These estimates are invariant regardless of the item used (test-free measurement) and the ability of sample applied (sample-free measurement). These advantages of IRT allow the creation of invariantly calibrated large item banks that precisely discriminate the disability levels of individuals. Computer adaptive testing (CAT) method often requiring a testing algorithm promise a means for administering items in a way that is both efficient and precise. This method permits selectively administering items that are closely matched to the ability level of individuals (measurement precision) and measuring the ability without the loss of precision provided by the full item bank (measurement efficiency). These measurement properties can reasonably be achieved using IRT and CAT method. This article aims to investigate comprehensive overview of the existing disability instrument for back pain and to inform physical therapists of an alternative innovative way overcoming the shortcomings of conventional disability instruments. An understanding of IRT and CAT method will equip physical therapist with skills in interpreting the measurement properties of disability instruments developed using the methods.

The Architecture and Its Function of Tool server in MPEG-21 Multimedia Framework (MPEG-21 멀티미디어 프레임워크에서 툴 서버의 구조 및 기능)

  • This paper presents the architecture and its function of Tool server. MPEG-21 will enable all-electronic creation, delivery and trade of digital multimedia content and transparent usage of various content types on network device. Therefore, we can provide access to information and services from almost anywhere at anytime with various terminals and networks. In order to support multimedia delivery chain that contains content creation, production, delivery and consumption, we need some elements to identify, describe, manage and protect the contents. Thus, we define Digital Item Processing(DIP), Digital Item Adaptation(DIA) server and Tool server as primary objects of MPEG-21 multimedia framework. DIP provides a function which creates and consumes Digital Item(DI) as a kind of a digital object by user. DIA server adapts the original DI to the usage environment description sent from the terminal and transmits the adapted DI to the terminal. Tool sewer searches for a tool requested from DIP or DIA and downloads the best tool to DIP or DIA server. In this paper, we present how Tool server is organized and is used among 2 primary objects. The paper is structured as following: Section 1 briefly describes why MPEG-21 is needed and what MPEG-21 wants. We see the basic architecture of tool server and its functionality by each module in section 2. Section 3 explains a scenario that tool server transmits tool to DIP or DIA. The paper concludes in section 4.

  • This paper presents the role and its function of Tool server. MPEG-21 means multimedia framework for delivery and consumption of multimedia which is being discussed in ISO/IEC 21000. A view of MPEC-21 aims to define multimedia framework to enable transparent use of multimedia resource across a wide range of networks and devices used by different communities. MPEG-21 will enable all-electronic creation delivery and trade of digital multimedia content and transparent usage of various content types on network device. Therefore, we can provide access to information and services from almost anywhere at anytime with various terminals and networks. In order to support multimedia delivery chain that contains content creation, production, delivery and consumption, we need many standards(elements) for identify, describe, manage and protect the content. Thus, we define Digital Item Player(DIP), Digital Item Adaptation(DIA) server and Tool server as primary objects of MPEG-21 multimedia framework. DIP provides a function which creates and consumes Digital Item(DI) as a kind of a digital object by user. A DI contains both media resources and metadata including rights information. DIA server deals with the usage environment description schema of the user characteristics, terminal and network characteristics and natural environments. DIA server adapts the original DI to the usage environment description sent from the terminal and transmits the adapted DI to the terminal. Tool server searches for a tool requested from DIP or DIA and downloads the best tool to DIP or DIA server. In this paper, we present how Tool sewer is organized and is used among 2 primary objects. Focusing on DRM technologies, this paper covers with concept and ongoing activities of MPEG-21's parts - Digital Item Declaration which is the base unit of trade and delivery, Digital Item Identification, Intellectual Property Management & Protection, Rights Data Dictionary, Rights Expression Language, Persistent Association Technology, Event Reporting, and so on.

  • 본 논문에서는 MPEG-21 프레임워크 기반 하에 방송용 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 디지털아이템 선언에 의해 디지털 아이템을 생성하고 이를 소비하기 위한 시스템에 대해 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 디지털 아이템을 XML 문서로 생성하고, 이 생성된 디지털 아이템을 소비하기 위한 관련 Parser 모듈들, 브라우저 및 리소스와 관련 데이터 DB로 구성되어 있다. 제안된 시스템을 방송용 컨텐츠에 대해 적용하였으며, 디지털 아이템의 기술을 위해 국제 표준 규격인 PEG-7 MDS 기술자를 이용 적용하였다. 예상 가능한 사용자의 여러 환경 조건을 가상하여 다양한 미디어 리소스를 적용하였다.

  • Military training is an essential item for the fundamental problem of war. However, there has always been a problem that many resources are consumed, causing spatial and environmental pollution. The concepts of defense modeling and simulation and CGF(Computer Generated Force) using computer technology began to appear to improve this problem. The Naval Operations, Resources Analysis Model(NORAM) developed by the Republic of Korea Navy is also a DEVS(Discrete Event Simulation)-based naval virtual force analysis model. The current NORAM is a battle experiment conducted by an operator, and parameter values such as maneuver and armament operation for individual objects for each situation are evaluated. In spite of our research conducted evolutionary, supervised, reinforcement learning, in this paper, we introduce our design of a scenario creation model based on evolutionary learning using genetic algorithms. For verification, the NORAM is loaded with our model to analyze wartime engagements. Human-level tactical scenario creation capability is secured by automatically generating enemy tactical scenarios for human-designed Blue Army tactical scenarios.

A Study on Prioritization of Urban Forest Composition Using Needs Analysis - Targeting Paju Heyri Village

  • This study proposes a strategy for the creation and management of urban forests in Paju Heyri art village. Urban forest composition attributes (4 categories and 16 items) were extracted and the questionnaire was asked to the level and the current level for tourists, local residents and workers in Paju Heyri art village. And the priority order for the creation of urban forests was derived through the difference between the present level (performance) and the required level (importance) and the requirements analysis procedure. In this study, the priorities of each item of urban forest formation attributes were determined. The t-test alone had limitations, so we calculated the Borich needs which were not covered by the existing Importance - Performance Analysis (IPA). We used the Locus for Focus Model, which is a method for visually confirming the difference between the current level and the required value for the required level in the 4-quadrant coordinate plane. The results of this study show that the seven priorities can be used as a useful tool for the formulation of urban forests and operational strategies and can be a basic research for the activation of urban forests in the future.
