The purpose of this study is to develop Web database for healthy city that contains healthy city indicators for making city health plans, setting project priorities, monitoring projects, and evaluating healthy city projects, effectively. Using Delphi survey method for identifying indicator domains and indicators, we extracted nine domains with thirty-four healthy city indicators. Based on the appraisals of DB users about the contents of DB, a web database for healthy city Wonju was constructed. We developed a web database system for the purposes of sharing high quality health related data for managing and evaluating healthy city projects. The web database currently provides variety data in the web address, http://healthycity.wonju.go.kr/index.html. The web DB comprised with major healthy city indicators that are the most important indicators, healthy city indicator data that have a variety data set for encompassing all domain areas such as city infrastructure, health medicine, economies, and all other related areas and qualitative data that contains policy reports, research results, healthy city information and all other tips. A database of healthy city is very essential and important because it makes healthy city projects alive by managing and sharing healthy city related data effectively. But we need to fill out some blank cells in DB because there are currently unavailable data for some indicators. In conclusion, we expect the web DB contributes information sharing of healthy city project teams and improving healthy city project quality at Wonju city in Korea.

The realization of u-City is coming near in some local governments by applying various city services, namely, u-City services to the city construction field to improve competitiveness of the city. But it is a reality that some local governments are experiencing many trial and errors in application of the u-City service in addition to the problem posing that the u-City service is not considering characteristics of development or application environment of an individual city. The present research proposes a service model for on-site application of the u-City service to solve this problem. The proposed model suggests a method for specifically conceptualizing and objectifying the on-site application that the existing concept-oriented model or an architecture-oriented model, etc. didn't provide. The verification system on effectiveness or effects of the u-City service model to remove ambiguity on the u-City service especially. The verification system of the u-City service model grasps the technology, function, procedure and target, etc. that the u-City service contains, evaluates whether the model satisfies conditions that the model should have, and secures objectivity and predictability of the u-City service model through confirmation on propriety, implementation and effectiveness, etc.

본 연구는 U-City 경쟁력의 개념 및 U-City 관련 지수의 연구동향을 파악하여 U-City 경쟁력 지수의 개발방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 정보화시대, 미래도시, U-City의 개념을 관련문헌을 토대로 파악하고, U-City경쟁력의 개념을 제시하였다. 다음으로 U-City를 비롯한 미래도시 관련 지수의 연구동향을 파악하여 U-City 경쟁력 지수 개발에의 시사점을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 U-City 경쟁력지수 개발 절차와 각 단계에서의 유의점을 제시하였다. 연구결과 U-City 경쟁력은 거주민의 요구사항에 대한 신속한 대응 및 도시공간 관리의 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 ICT, U-City 인프라, U-City 서비스, U-City 관리 능력을 의미하며, 이를 측정하기 위해 평가체계의 마련, 평가지표의 선정, 표준화, 지표별 가중치 산정, 평가모형 설정의 개발절차가 필요한 것으로 파악되었다.

We report the case of a 46-year-old Chinese male patient who visited our clinic complaining of infertility. Semen analysis revealed azoospermia, and azoospermia factor c region partial deletion (b1/b3) was detected using Y chromosome microdeletion analysis. Testicular sperm extraction was performed after genetic counseling. The bilateral ductus deferens and a portion of the epididymis were absent, whereas the remaining epididymis was expanded. Motile intratesticular spermatozoa were successfully extracted from the seminiferous tubule. On histopathology, nearly complete spermatogenesis was confirmed in almost every seminiferous tubule. To our knowledge, this is the first case report of b1/b3 deletion with a congenital bilateral absence of the vas deferens and almost normal spermatogenesis.

u-City 통합운영센터는 u-City 운영의 가장 기본이면서 기존 도시와 u-City를 차별화 하는 중요한 요소이다. 이에 따라 도시통합운영센터에서 효과적으로 제공해야 하는 u-City 서비스 선정을 위한 분류가 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 u-City 도시통합운영센터의 중요 기능인 관제에 해당하는 서비스들을 분류하고 향후 u-City 도시통합운영센터를 구축할 때 관제 관점에서 고려되어야 할 서비스들에 대하여 제언하고자 한다.

Onco-testicular sperm extraction is used to preserve fertility in patients with bilateral testicular tumors and azoospermia. We report the case of a testicular tumor in the solitary testis of a patient who had previously undergone successful contralateral orchiectomy and whose sperm was preserved by onco-testicular sperm extraction. A 35-year-old patient presented with swelling of his right scrotum that had lasted for 1 month. His medical history included a contralateral orchiectomy during childhood. Ultrasonography revealed a mosaic echoic area in his scrotum, suggesting a testicular tumor. The lesion was palpated within the normal testicular tissue along its edge and semen analysis showed azoospermia. Radical inguinal orchiectomy and onco-testicular sperm extraction were performed simultaneously. Motile spermatozoa were extracted from normal seminiferous tubules under microscopy and were frozen. Eventual intracytoplasmic sperm injection using the frozen spermatozoa is planned. Onco-testicular sperm extraction is an important fertility preservation method in patients with bilateral testicular tumors or a history of a previous contralateral orchiectomy.

현 정부는 신성장동력의 녹색기술산업 분야에서 첨단그린도시를 선정하여, 향후 많은 지자체 등에서 앞다투어 U-City 건설을 목표로 많은 서비스를 도입할 것으로 예상된다. 그러나, U-City 서비스, 프로세스, 필요한 H/W 등에 대한 표준화는 이루어져 있지 않은 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 U-City 건설에 활용될 수 있는 IT 기반의 U-City 서비스 개발 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 U-City와 NSD(New Service Development) 방법론들에 대한 문헌연구를 중심으로 U-City Service 개발 방법론 도출을 위한 분석을 하였다. 이러한 U-City 서비스 개발 방법론 연구결과를 통하여 U-City 서비스 도입을 위한 지침서를 제공할 수 있는 토대를 마련할 것이다.

본 연구는 U-City 서비스 지원기관이 'U-City 서비스 및 산업 활성화를 지원하는 기관'으로서의 역할을 수행하기 위하여 어떠한 기능에 우선순위를 두어야 하는지 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 관 산 학 연 전문가를 대상으로 AHP 방법을 활용하여 U-City 서비스 지원기관의 기능 영역과 기능 요소의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 분석하고, 민감도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 기능 영역별 상대적 중요도는 1) U-City 서비스 관련 정보의 유통, 2) U-City 관련 제품 및 서비스의 품질인증, 3) U-City 기술의 연구개발, 4) U-City의 표준화, 5) U-City 전문인력 양성 순으로 나타났다. 기능 요소별 상대적 중요도는 1) U-City 정보 유통 추진체계 마련, 2) U-City 정보 유통을 위한 유통망 설치 운영, 3) U-City 정보 유통 및 가격 정책 수립 지원, 4) U-City 정보 유통 목록 제공, 5) U-City 제품 및 서비스의 품질인증 기준 마련 및 적용, 6) U-City 인증항목, 인증대상, 인증절차 등 제도연구, 7) U-City 정보 유통현황의 조사 분석 및 제공, 8) U-City에 구축된 인프라와 서비스 수준 평가, 9) U-City 관련 핵심원천기술의 개발 및 국산화, 10) U-City 수집 정보 및 서비스의 분류체계, 전달체계 등의 표준화 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 U-City 서비스 지원기관의 기능 설계에 직접적으로 반영할 수 있고, 직무 조정과 인력 배치, 재원 배분 등에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

현재 도시는 문제를 해결하고 경쟁력 향상을 위하여 ICT 기술을 접목시킨 지능형 도시에 집중하고 있다. 이러한 지능형 도시는 U-City, Smart City 등으로 정의되어 추진되고 있다. 이러한 추세 속에 U-City와 Smart City의 차이점이 무엇인지 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 타 연구와의 차별성으로 텍스트마이닝을 활용하여 논문 추세를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 지금까지 논문 추세를 통해 U-City와 Smart City의 차이점을 분석 도출하여, 향후 U-City 연구의 방향에 일조하고자 한다. 이러한 분석을 통해 국내 U-City는 도시에 대한 실제적 적용에 초점을 두고 있는 반면 Smart City는 단일 서비스 제공이나 기술개발 쪽에 초점을 두고 있다고 유추할 수 있었다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 키워드 집합의 구성에 주관적인 의견이 반영되었고, 키워드와 초록만을 분석하였다는 한계점을 지니므로 논문의 본문 또는 관련 연구보고서 등에 대한 추가적인 연구를 통해 U-City와 Smart City의 차이점을 확인하는 것이 필요하다.
