The cubicle type GIS rated at 25.8kV has been designed and manufactured by Jinkwang E&C eacently with their own technologies and KERI's assistances. The C-GIS has been tested to check the design capability for reference before conducting the type test. The operating characteristics test, short time withstand current and peak withstand current test, basic short circuit test duty T60 for preconditioning test, cable charging current switching test, capacitor bank current switching test, basic short circuit test duty T100s and T100a, single phase earth fault test, double earth fault test has been conducted. The test results show that the design and the manufacturing of the C-GIS has an enough capability to pass through the type test except the occurrence of 2 NSDDs in the cable charging current switching test and the instability of opening time at the minimum operating voltage. The problems shown in the tests will be improved soon and the successful pass will be expected in the following type test.

A multimedia Version of ${\ulcorner}Lee-Kim test of Korean Articulation{\lrcorner}$ "Lee-Kim Test of Korean Articulation" consisting of picture test, Sentence test, user's manual and notation, analysis sheets was published in 1990 to serve as a standard tool for testing and analysing the articulation errors of normal and abnormal speakers. It has been found, however that, the picture and sentences test using the printed version of Lee-Kim test of Korean Articulation revealed several limitations, in i, e, a) inefficiency in inducing desirable response from the informants b) lack of concentration and interest on the part of informants c) no consistent way of providing the informant with a clue in case the informant is unfamiliar with the word represented by the picture or the sentence. d) no reliable means for the speech-language pathologist to analyze and evaluate the informant's speech in relation to the standard pronunciation A multimedia version of Lee-Kim Korean articulation Test which features picture and word as well as recorded voice has been developed with a view to eliminating the limitation mentioned above and facilitating the articulation test-with ease and accuracy.

We derive a test statistic for the general linear test in the ridge regression model. The exact distribution for the test statistic is too difficult to derive; therefore, we suggest an approximate reference distribution. We use numerical studies to verify that the suggested distribution for the test statistic is appropriate. A asymptotic result for the test statistic also is considered.

This paper is an assessment on the dynamic test results of optical bench for LEO satellite. According to the design requirements, optical bench was designed and manufactured. Dynamic test was performed to verify stability of optical bench. Low level random vibration test, sine burst test and sine vibration test are carried out to identify dynamic characteristics and to verify static strength and safety under quasi-static load conditions. From the result it can be stated that the optical bench is well qualified under the launch environmental conditions.

항공기 엔진 지상 성능시험을 위한 15만 파운드 급 Test 설비를 구축하기 위해 Test Cell Type, Cell Flow, Cell Bypass Ratio, Approach Velocity, Cell Depression, Front Cell Distortion, Noise 및 Vibration 등의 주요 설계 목표를 설정 하였고, 설비 완공 후 최종 성능검사를 통해 목표 값을 충족하는 성능 데이터를 획득할 수 있었다.

To investigate an in-pile behavior of the newly developed DUO fuel pellet, the irradiation test will be carried out in the domestic test reactor. Irradiation test capsule for the HANARO reactor, which is a specially designed equipment used for material, irradiation and creep test, must satisfy the operational requirement on the hydraulic characteristics and structural integrity. In this study, a pressure drop, a flow-induced vibration and a short-term endurance test for the newly developed non-instrumented test capsule were carried out using FIVPET as a out-pile evaluation test. The test results show that the new test rig satisfy the HANARO operational requirement with sufficient margin.

This paper treats accelerated life tests for automotive connector. The contact resistance of connector is explained by some factors; the use time(calender time, real cycle), stresses and loads adapted in auto test. The relationships between contact resistance and some factors are compared and analyzed by regression models in various test conditions; field use-environment, manufacturer's test environment, and accelerated test condition. The consistency between of manufacturer's test and field test is examined. Finally, the future study on accelerated test for automotive connector is presented.

The variable demand on the energy market, as well as the limited energy storage capabilities, requires a great flexibility in operating hydraulic turbines. But, present in Korea, the absence of testing laboratories and technical criteria for the performance test of small hydropower degrades the efficiency of the domestic hydropower machines, A performance guarantees for hydro turbines shall be contain, as a minimum, guarantees covering power, discharge and specific hydraulic energy, efficiency, maximum momentary overspeed and maximum momentary pressure and/or maximum steady-state runaway speed, as well as guarantees related to cavitation. Performance test are conducted by the test standard. Test codes based on extensive research data are written under the leadership of an IEC. Performance evaluation is carry out several test(performance test, cavitation test and runaway test). The paper presents the international turbine test laboratory and performance test standard.
